The space:
Two side-by-side large homes for large groups! These are not the typical "tall and skinny" houses you see all over Nashville built on one plot of land. These are two HUGE single family homes side by side on their own lots. These houses offer 26 total beds and plenty of space to spread out.

The neighborhood is very quiet, calm, and relaxed. In fact, it is sometimes hard to believe these two houses are only 2 miles from Broadway Avenue!

Clean and Ample size house for our family

The houses were clean and beautifully well appointed, with ample space for our large group. Location was convenient to I 65 as well as downtown Nashville. Blake, the host, was easy to communicate with via text. The only negative we experienced was with the yellow house appliances (oven temp seemed inaccurate, garbage disposal not working and missing shelves in Refrig) Otherwise, it was a great stay, so I’d choose these houses again.

I’d keep looking lol

It wasn’t all bad, but it wasn’t all good either. We had a great time and made do and it was fine but for the money that is charged it should be better in my opinion. I’ll start with the bad and end with the good - Cons - when we first pulled up to the property it wasn’t all green and beautiful like the photos on VRBO, all the bushes and lawn were brown right in front. Walking onto the front porch of the yellow house the rug under the table was ripped and filthy (I have pics, if I can post here I will) and there was so much garbage in the dead bushes that had been thrown from the porch, beer cans mostly. They have some cool light fixtures hanging on the wall but one of them was broke and hanging and the cords for them were strewed across the porch lol and the biggest one only had two lights working out of like 20. The inside of the house was clean for the most part. The couch had some stains and nasty between the cushions and there was greasy hand prints on the ceiling above the bar from a couple bachelorette parties I’m sure, but we werent there to sit on the couch or lick the ceiling so whatever. The beds were clean and the AC worked great. The cooking supplies were weak, and the fridge was small. Lastly, our friend had an item come up missing from the house and we reported it to the Metro police and they knew of the address and said it wasn’t the first time they received a report like ours so beware of the back door not having a camera. Cute houses

We rented this property for a convention. They are cute houses and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The property managers were excellent to work with. They anwsered all questions before hand in a timely manner and were very responsive during our stay. Ubers were also very convenient to use to get to downtown Nashville quickly.

Perfect for large family weekend together!

My extended family (24 of us) stayed in the Garth & Tricia homes while in town for a family weekend. The proximity to the wedding venue and accommodations were perfect and allowed for us to have a lot of quality family time together. Everyone was so pleased!
