*The inside furniture cannot be taken and used outside.*We have pest control visit monthly to prevent pests in the property. It is important to know that this property is in a remote location and sometimes pests can get in despite our best efforts. Please take out the garbage frequently to help us prevent pests.
Avoid Extra Fees
*If excessive wear and tear are found on the property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on-site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, an additional fee of $500 will be applied to reservation.*If AT ANY TIME the maximum number of occupants is exceeded, or bring visitors from outside the Owner has the right to charge a minimum of $300 USD per additional person in the house per day.

*If the Owner receives information about excessive noise, they have the right to evict the Guest and all occupants immediately and bill the Guest a minimum and additional service fee of $400 USD.

*If any sign of smoking, vaping, or use of “other” substances is discovered, the Guest will be charged a minimum $2,000 USD cleaning fee for inside the home and $500 USD for exterior areas.

*Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of a pet is discovered, the Owner will charge the Guest an additional $500 USD minimum cleaning fee.

*A lost key fee is of $250 USD will be added should one get lost.
*If at any time the guest disconnect the internet or the air control at the property, it will result in a fee of $2,000 .
We will send a personal of our cleaning team to verify the system.
*Parties at this property are not allowed. Likewise, the new AirBnb policy prohibits parties on any property on the platform. Therefore, if there is any sign of a party, you will have to pay a penalty of $ 2,000 USD.

*Any damage to the complex or the apartment will have to be paid by the Guest and will also result in a fine of $500 USD. It will also be reported to the police.

*Know that the common areas in the apartment complex (swimming pool, gazebo, courts) have their own regulations. If the rules are broken, the President of the complex can fine the owners. If this happens, the guest must pay the fine.

Si en cualquier momento se excede el número máximo de ocupantes, o si se traen visitantes de fuera, el propietario tiene derecho a cobrar un mínimo de $300 USD por persona adicional por día.
Si el propietario recibe información sobre ruidos excesivos, tiene derecho a desalojar al huésped y a todos los ocupantes inmediatamente, y cobrar al huésped una tarifa de servicio adicional mínima de $400 USD.
