Lovely building in town

Small condo. Large patio. Our favorite was the rooftop pool with surround views of the town and beach. Right downtown beside the markets. Can be noisey at night. Apartment small but large closet space in each room. Large shower. Comfortable beds and wondershshower

Perfect location!

Had a wonderful time here. The condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Once we figured out the wifi and the key(less) entry, everything went smoothly. We would book again.

Pleasant stay

Unit is well equipped. Close to good restaurants and the beach. Nice pools on the roof and overlooking beach (2). Workout room well equipped and front desk people helpful The fingerprint entry process can take getting used to but quite doable. Stephano answered our needs prmptly

Worth a look!

Stephano was an excellent host, we had a few minor issues which were dealt with immediately. The condo is beautiful. The roof top pool is amazing. This was our first time in Bucerias and we found it very noisy. Some sort of festival was taking place with loud music blaring to the wee hours of the morning. But over all the condo was very nice, lots of good restaurants within walking distance and of course beautiful beaches

The property was very clean and maintained. The option of the two pools was great a not crowded. The finger to access the apt was brilliant, no keys to carry. The kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely return.

The best host and property in Banderas Bay!

If I have to describe this stay in one word will be outstanding, since the check in my host Stefano, took care of every detail about my stay, his service was no doubt 5 stars, the condo was super nice, clean, spacious, and the view was breathtaking, definitely a place I will recommend and would love to stay again!

Great stay

Loved th contemporary new condo. Right on th beach with 2 pools..roof top pool was were we spent most of our time. It’s very nice. Good location on th south end. Although 2 beds & 2 bath th condo is small & wouldn’t want to stay with more than a couple.

Fantastic

This lovely apartment is comfortable, clean and compact. It was a good size for two people. It is perfectly positioned right in the centre of town and on the beach. Easy access to shops and cafes. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you need. The check in was easy, just a simple instruction from the owner. The fingerprint key method works well mostly, but if it does not work there is a back up key card as well. The complex has two pool areas, one on the roof and one at ground level. Both areas have beautiful pools with excellent quality furniture and umbrellas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

I recently stayed at this brand new condo in Bucerias, located right by a beautifully calm beach. The place was impeccably decorated, offering a blend of modern luxury and homely comfort. The hosts were warm and provided excellent local recommendations. For anyone seeking a peaceful and stylish beach retreat, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

First time in Bucerias

The host was sometimes not responsive. We were double booked and had to go through vrbo after a week to get a response from Stefano as to what days we were actually booked. During our stay we had no internet for a 1 1/2 days. He didn't respond to contact through VRBO text or when I called and left a voice message. Had to call again the next morning.He also told us we needed to checkout of the property at 11AM when icheckout is 12PM.I know the property owners have no control over the canal that drains right beside the building. The smell was very bad and we weren't able to use the outside deck space attached to the condo. The rooftop pool also had a smell from the drainage at times depending on which way the wind blew. When I sent Stefano a message about the smell he told me the property owners were trying to get it changed through the municipality. I don't know how often the drainage happens, it was definitely unpleasant for 1/2 of our stay. It's a beautiful property, unfortunate about the canal odour.

LOVE this new vacation spot--RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!

This new building is just beautiful. We may have been the first ones to stay in this unit. Though it has a few kinks to work out, it was absolutely perfect. The pools are even more beautiful than the picture. We spent many sunsets at the lower pool, and the upper pool was a quiet oasis for reading a book during the day. The staff are all extremely nice and enjoyable! The unit itself has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The view of the ocean is very nice, though not straight on. The picture is very accurate. Two bathrooms made it very convenient. Everything is new, from bedding to towels, etc. I strongly recommend this beautiful condo on the beach. The location is something we look for every year. It is minutes to walk the Mexican market or to walk to 20 restaurants or more, for live music, great food and fun. GREAT vacation!!!

Dream Location, Gorgeous Sunsets

We chose this condo for the prime location and it did NOT disappoint. Literally within 15 walking minutes of the entire town either way you go.Place is very well equipped with all the linens/paper products/ you could need and comfy beds ! Washing machine in unit is a bonus. AC is quiet and works amazing ! Staff working in and around the building are incredibly kind and so helpful. We appreciated the sense of security, this building feels like home and is very easy to relax in. Stefano and I kept in touch via text and he was incredibly generous letting us check out late on xmas day! Being a newer building we literally had the pools and common areas to ourselves the whole week most of the time. The beachfront access is 10/10 baller status, hanging out in the pool refreshed and cool watching the beach life was a fave. The ocean out front has big waves sometimes but is mostly sandy and is AWESOME for swimming ! Highly recommend booking here.

Many many problems

Property manager provided no instructions. No one there to allow us onto the property. Didn’t know how to find our condo. After there , we were not told about drinking water. Condo was badly arranged; had to move furniture to make it functional. No extra room in bedrooms even to put your suitcase. Bathrooms were terrible; large vessel sink left no counter space. Shower was very small, handle fell off; shower rain head sprayed on top you when you turned it on. Hand towel holder broken. Near end of trip, electricity was turned off for non payment.

Excellent Location in Bucerias

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for two weeks and it was a wonderful stay. The location of the apartment was perfect for us. The building is located right on the beach, and is close to everything. The check-in was easy. Stefano (host) had his property manager meet us there and made sure we got in. The apartment looks better than the pictures. It has a lot of natural light coming in and great A/C. The amenities were great. The two swimming pools were an added bonus. We used the one on the roof top for the most part. The gym has a 180 degree view of the town and lots of natural light coming in. I loved the private entrance to the apartment, however, it is worth mentioning the elevator opens up directly to your apartment. This was never an issue for us and we always felt safe. You'll find restaurants nearby and an oxxo a few steps away. The host was very responsive and helpful. His prompt and informative responses made our stay even more pleasant. The apartment has all of the basics needed. Of note, access to the building is through your fingerprint. This is important to some. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Stefano made us feel at home and at ease. I highly recommend his place.

Small but sweet

First of all I got to say that to get to the property it's a bit tricky since GPS doesn't read all of the streets around the property and the ones going one way or the other so be careful about that (not too hard just a bit confusing) The property is very nice but I found out that the photos do not represent the actual size of the condo, it was a lot smaller of what we thought by the photos still it's a very cozy and charming property. It lacked of some confort I guess because of its size. The sofa looks nice and modern but lacks of confort unless you seat by yourself then it's comfy ... Beds are ok but again if you are used to to the confort of a king size you are out of luck! Showers are nice and roomie with nice water pressure but not a lot of room on the counter to place all of your toiletries, there's plenty of room under the faucet though, as I mentioned before the whole place is a bit tight but once you realize where you are and the surroundings you get used to very quickly. Stefano was very attentive and quick to respond when we encountered a problem and found a solution in a timely manner thank you Stefano. The beach pool and the roof top pool are very nice but certainly not for a lap swim the gym is great also the sauna and steam room on the top floor. Overall we like this unit we really enjoyed been so close to everything from the local market to the big and amazing Comercial Mexicana, restaurants, bars and coffee shops most of it within walking distance.

Perfect Location for an Introduction to Bucerias!

This condo is a perfect location for an introduction to Bucerias town and Zona Dorada. Located directly on the beach at what the locals call the kissing bridge. On one side is Zona Dorada, filled with many quaint restaurants Greek, Japanese Italian all walking distance to you. On the other side of the kissing bridge you will find a lively market and dozens more restaurants. At the end of the market, you will find the central square, here you will find lots of local street food, including delicious churros. All of these things run along the main beach so you can walk through the marketplace into town and walk home along the beach. Conveniently located next to the building you will also find a delicious margarita stand. For 120 pesos, you can have wonderful margaritas delivered to your building if you’re friendly enough! The building itself is brand new - both pools are about waist deep on an adult. The rooftop is wonderful in the morning for some direct sun, and there are ample chairs and loungers to lay out on. Our suite was a two bedroom complete with queen size beds. I would note that a Mexican queen size bed feels a lot like a Canadian double bed. There is an elevator door that opens directly to your suite accessed by a fingerprint system. Pitfalls of this include your fingerprint failing to work occasionally, esp if wet from pool. Also, when you call your elevator, anyone who may be in the elevator has direct access to your condo. We had a surprise visit from a neighbor!

First time in Bucerias

We booked in Jan of 24 and in June he tells us we are double booked for 1 night. I didn't get the full refund until Dec 31st. When I asked for the remainder of the refund in Nov he didn't respond. I actually thought I would never see it. During our stay we had no internet for a 1 1/2 days. He didn't respond to contact through VRBO text or when I called and left a voice message. My husband spoke with him the next day and it was restored.He also told us we needed to vacate the property at 11AM when it states checkout is 12. I know the property owners have no control over the canal that drains sewage right beside the building. The smell was very bad and we weren't able to use the outside deck space attached to the condo. The rooftop pool also had a smell from the sewage at times depending on which way the wind blew. When I sent Stefano a message about the smell he told me the property owners were trying to get it changed through the municipality. I don't know how often the drainage happens, it was definitely unpleasant for 1/2 of our stay. I think when paying for us a premium cost for a vrbo all anyone wants is a timely response from your host. It's a beautiful property, unfortunate about the canal odour.
