Villa recién reformada con jardín, piscina, jacuzzi y terraza cerca de Alicante. Totalmente equipado: aire acondicionado, TV, DVD, wifi, toallas, lavadora, secadora, estacionamiento.
Campo de golf, playas, cine, bolera, restaurantes, tiendas de comestibles, banco, transporte público tienen fácil acceso.
En zona residencial tranquila. 300 días de sol al año.

La casa ofrece tres habitaciones, cada una de ellas con baño separado, lavabo y ducha. Dos habitaciones tienen su baño en suite. Las acogedoras habitaciones tienen suficiente espacio de almacenamiento y están equipadas con una cama doble de matrimonio. Dos camas para niños pequeños están disponibles.

El salón es amplio y ofrece vistas a la piscina y al jardín. Tiene un televisor que está conectado al wifi y un reproductor de DVD.
La cocina totalmente equipada (lavavajillas, horno, microondas, cerámica plana) está a su disposición. Encontrará todo lo que necesita (tostadora, cafetera, máquina de jugo, etc.).

La casa cuenta con una espléndida terraza, piscina (no segura para niños), jacuzzi (no climatizado / piscina y el jacuzzi se puede usar solo de mayo a octubre), aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, hermosos olivos y palmeras que le brindan unas vacaciones perfectas sensación. Hay tumbonas disponibles y un cómodo salón en la terraza. Se proporciona un estacionamiento seguro cuando trae un automóvil. La casa tiene una alarma para su seguridad.

Alicante y sus playas (la hermosa playa de San Juan, por ejemplo) se puede llegar fácilmente en pocos minutos en transporte público. Los autobuses y tranvías pasan todo el día.

La segunda ciudad más grande de la Costa Blanca invita a los turistas a quedarse día y noche. Su pintoresco y antiguo centro de la ciudad está repleto de innumerables bares, restaurantes, pubs y discotecas. Pasee por la Explanada bajo magníficas palmeras y sienta el vibrante estilo de vida español por la noche. Explore el puerto y su casino recién construido y tiente su suerte de ser millonario. ¡Quizás sean tus vacaciones de suerte!

Obtenga una vista impresionante de la ciudad y el mar Mediterráneo desde Castello Santa Bárbara, el castillo medieval y la cuna de Alicante.

Aprende español en una de las muchas escuelas de idiomas en Alicante. Son de fácil acceso y hay muchas razas diferentes disponibles.

Amplias playas de arena están situadas en el norte y sur de la ciudad y se puede llegar en pocos minutos en coche o en tranvía desde la casa.

El campo de golf más cercano se encuentra a 15 minutos en coche y ofrece un campo de 18 hoyos.

El sótano de la casa es para uso privado de los propietarios únicamente y no estará a su disposición.

Como la casa se encuentra en una zona residencial, tranquila y segura, respete a nuestros vecinos y evite usar la piscina, el jacuzzi y la terraza con demasiado ruido por la noche.

Fabulous holiday

We have just returned home after a fabulous week at the villa. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay and is beautifully decorated. The pool and outside area is stunning and we spent nearly all our time here. Alicante town centre is a short Uber ride (12 Euros) or tram ride (less than 2 Euros per person) away. Communication with the hosts was great, would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful villa, great location.

My family and I stayed in this villa for two weeks in September. The villa is very well organized, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Perfect for a family vacation. The owner was very helpful and friendly, answered all of our questions very quickly and provided useful information about the area. We hope to stay in the villa again someday and will recommend it to friends travelling in the area. Thank you Jurg!

Summer holiday break

We had a great time at the Villa. It was perfectly presented and functioned perfectly. The bedrooms were close together which was great to be near the children and the indoor space was very open and inviting. The outside space was really nice giving the option on being in the sun around the pool or in the shade. We would highly recommend.

Perfect!

We loved our stay at the villa! When we arrived everything looked even better then the pictures. The house is beautiful and it has everything you'll need. The rooms are very comfortable and it is also very nice to have 3 bathrooms. We spend a lot of our time relaxing in the garden or swimming in the pool. The wifi works perfectly. The area is also very nice. If you have a car everything is easy to reach. We did not meet the owner of the house in person but he has very nice friends and neighbours who helped out when needed. We'd love to come back some time and we recommend this villa to everyone! Greetings from Vlaardingen!

Highly recommendable

Jürg did a great job making us feel welcome. I had some questions before the trip, which where quickly answered. I even got tips for where to go shopping etc. before the trip. One of the reasons for selecting this house was caused by the photos. Before going I were prepared that the house probably wasn't as nice as shown on the photos but when arriving, the place looked as good as described. The house is located in a nice neighborhood with walls and fence around, which made it perfect for a family with small kids as ourselves. I highly recommend this house for anyone going to Alicante. We didn't use public transportation to Alicante, but rented a car instead. I don't know how easy it is to get to the city, but Sant Vicent offers both restaurants and shopping area itself. Relaxing break away

What an amazing place! It literally is a home from home. Everything you see in the pictures is exactly how it is. Lush location, unfortunately there was road works when we stayed so it was a little bit noisy, but didn’t put us off. Shops are close by, however Masymas was a rip off so I would advise you go to the SuperValu just up the road, or the shop in the Outlet area. It’s so easy to get around if you don’t have a car, there’s trams by the Outlet and it’s cheap as chips! Honestly this property is amazing and we definitely will return.

Séjour parfait

Notre séjour dans la maison à été parfait. Nous étions un groupe de 6 adultes. La maison est conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. La maison dispose d'un grand jardin ainsi que d'une piscine et d'un jacuzzi permettant de se rafraîchir et de se relaxer. Le quartier est calme et la maison sécurisé. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette maison. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

A little piece of paradise

Just 20 minutes from Alicante Airport you will find this beautiful stylish villa. The layout of the villa is spot on. Gorgeous pool and jacuzzi. Great little patio area with comfortable seating and large table. Very clean and with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Restaurants and bars about 10 mins walk. Also shopping outlet area 10-15 minute walk with eating places. Owners Jurg and Pascal were very helpful and accommodating. 😍

Lovely villa with everything you need for a perfect holiday

We stayed one week in the house, and it fully met our high expectations. We stayed 4 adults and 1 toddler (3 years old), and we all enjoyed the nice facilities of the house. You could easily fit 2 more adults, as there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The swimming pool and outdoor area is brilliant for relaxing and playing, and the big outdoor gas grill was perfect for evening barbecues. The house is equipped with everything you need and was perfectly clean. You can see that the hosts Jürg and Pascal really cares about the house. The house is located in a very quiet area, but if you want to enjoy Alicante city center or San Juan beach it can be reached by car in 15-20 mins. The Airport is also only around 20 mins away. This house is a safe choice if you are looking for a nice holiday house - Best recommendations from us! /Morten Ankersen - Denmark

Ideal holiday for adult family couples

The villa is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The pool and gardens are beautiful, especially when lit at night. The balcony was used a lot, it offered a comfortable area in the shade during the day and a dining area for six (day and evening). The villa is in a suberb of Alicante and is secluded and secure. It is a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets and the tram. The tram gives easy access to Alicante and it shops, port and beaches. We all had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday which we will remember for a long time.

SEJOUR TRES AGREABLE

Le séjour a débuté par un accueil très chaleureux de Vicky et Pascal. nous avons découvert et profité d'une maison très bien rénovée, très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et où il fait bon vivre (climatisation, piscine et jaccuzy très bien entretenus). cette maison est située dans un quartier très calme tout en étant relativement proche des plages (nécessité d'une voiture) et commodités. Pour les golfeurs, cinq golf situés dans un rayon de 20 kms, tous très bien conçus et entretenus. en résumé, un séjour dont on se souviendra longtemps et pourquoi pas revenir l'année prochaine.

Entorno ideal para vacaciones relax

Einfach nur wunderbar!

Das Haus ist perfekt für 6 Personen. Alles war sauber und die Inneneinrichtung ist der Hammer. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt kommen wir gerne wieder.

Our stay from 14th August /4thSeptember - 2016 Our Family Summer Holiday Sant Vicent del Raspeig

We had a lovely stay. The villa is near to shops restaurants bars everything you need within walking distance. The villa itself is nearly every thing you would want ,it is in very good taste we all loved it . Just minutes from our favorite ice cream parlor which is open until 10pm Mon/Sat (they do sell beers,liquer coffees) It was very well maintained. Pool, House, gardens The owners were great .Nothing too much trouble . We would recommend staying in this property . What you see in photos is exactly what you get . Brilliant .

Villa fonctionnelle

Située à proximité de commerces et restaurants à 20 minutes des plages. Quartier résidentiel et calme. Villa bien aménagée avec coin buanderie très appréciable. A revoir les chaises de la table dînatoire extérieurs en plastiques car inconfortables et trop étroites . Le salon terrasse devrait être changer ou acheter de nouveaux coussins plus épais. Sinon notre séjour de 3 semaines a été très agréable.

Outstanding

Our family traveled to Spain for our daughter's wedding to a Spainard. This house was absolutely perfect for entertaining and hosting our new Spanish family. It is a beautiful, private setting but close to everything. We would definitely recommend it as a rental. Thank you for making our arrival and departure so easy. We hope to return soon!

Fantastic Villa

The pictures do not do this Villa justice, it was spacious, new, clean, towels and bedlinen very clean, beautifully decorated, very modern but still had a very Spanis feel. Kitchen had everything you would need for a holiday, the pool and jacuzzi were great, the outdoor space had lovely plants, trees, and seating areas, also BBQ was easy to use. I believe the AirCon will be available from October, this will make it perfect. Also Jurg was great at coming back to any queries I had, he had a very friendly manner and was very easy to talk too. Thankyou Jurg

The perfect location and villa

My family and I stayed here for two weeks and had the most enjoyable time. The villa layout is very well thought through and the styling is very contemporary and stylish. The pool and whirlpool were very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for visiting the surrounding area as well as having easy access to local facilities such as shops, parks and restaurants. Whilst staying here I hired a bike from a local company as the location is also perfect for exploring the nearby mountains. Within a short amount of time I was cycling on well maintained quiet roads which was a pleasure compared to the UK! :-) Next year I understand there will also be air conditioning and a few additional features. The owners are very helpful and attentive and well feedback and suggestions. We'll definitely be coming back to enjoy our holidays next year!

We aim to keep the same spirit and therefore refurbished the house completely in 2013 and tried to give it a homely touch. We hope you feel at home right away so that you can enjoy Alicante's 300 days of sunshine!
