A dog-friendly, quiet cottage, this renovated stay is ideal for your next family or friend trip to beautiful Northwest Arkansas. Your enjoyment of the outdoors is maximized as there is convenient boat parking on-site, as well as two decks, a patio with twinkly Edison bulbs, and a firepit. In addition, you have access to the neighborhood lake and swim area. When you want to get your boat on the water, the Hwy 112 boat ramp is mere minutes away.

Composed of vaulted ceilings, warm wood finishes, and bright colors - the interior of Blue Beaver Cottage displays a sunny open layout. The living room grants effortless access to one of the decks, a large smart TV, and an oversized sofa. The full kitchen is sure to impress all chefs with its stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and ample cookware.

Downstairs, you'll find an additional family room - perfect for late-night movie viewings. The bedrooms, equally beautiful, are all lined with soft linens and central air. Additional amenities include a board game collection, yard games, a hammock, and a private washer/dryer.

As the sun begins to set over another day on vacation, gather as a family around the firepit's dancing flames to reminisce on all of the memories you've made thus far! Don't forget to look up at the sky as the stargazing opportunities are unforgettable.

This charming cottage enjoys a great location only seven and a half miles from Downtown Rogers, which has coffee, shopping, restaurants, museums, and so much more. Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion, Top Golf, Crystal Bridges, the Walmart Museum, and downtown Bentonville are less than 15 miles away!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
