Unidad Penthouse. Solo 40 condominios en todo el complejo, por lo que siempre hay asientos junto a la piscina y mucho espacio en la playa. Puede disfrutar de su estadía sin preocuparse por guardar un asiento junto a la piscina o conseguir un buen lugar junto al océano. Este condominio cuenta con un balcón de 1,500 pies cuadrados que rodea todo el exterior de la unidad y ofrece excelentes vistas de la playa y las áreas de la bahía. Cada habitación tiene acceso al balcón para que todos puedan disfrutar del balcón en cualquier momento.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con ventanas del suelo al techo para que pueda acostarse en la cama y ver las olas entrar. El baño principal cuenta con una ducha de vapor que es fantástica.

La configuración del dormitorio es la siguiente. 2 habitaciones tienen camas king y 2 habitaciones tienen camas queen. El sofá cuenta con una cama de confort Serta. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño privado.

Amazing property

Best view and location

Our family loved our stay here. It was beautiful inside and out. It was clean and we loved that the beach was not crowded and you could walk to several places to eat. We will be back!

Easy and Convenient

Stayed at the Mediterranean complex with friends to celebrate birthdays and it was amazing. Great location next to floribama and close to grocery stores and shopping. The beach was lovely and the condo was fantastic with plenty of space!

Great Family Vacation

Condo was perfect for a large family, great location. The teens loved playing BINGO at the Flora-Bama. Beautiful beach front. Takes a little time getting used to using key fabs to get in and out and up the elevator.

Beautiful condo and a great location!

The condo is in a great location! Great spot on the beach—not terribly crowded. The tower is next door to the FloraBama, but has a buffer condo so the noise won’t keep you awake. Across the street from a Waffle House and the FloraBama Yacht Club restaurant. The balcony has a view of the ocean, the pool and the bay.

Great family vacation

We had our annual thanksgiving beach trip with our family. This condo was more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and even stocked with a few staples.

Beautiful Perdido Key!

We have stayed multiple times at this complex and in this specific unit...spacious, luxurious and an absolutely gorgeous view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Working with the owner is great and check-in is a breeze. Looking forward to the next time...

Beautiful condo!

This is the nicest rental property we have ever stayed in. Everything was so clean and it is so spacious. My husband and I, my three adult children their spouses and my two grandkids were all there. Plenty of room for all of us especially in the kitchen. The views were incredible. Every room had its own door to step out onto the balcony. Perfect beach access. With Florabama being right next door the music was great while you were on the beach. We made some great memories there and will definitely go back next year. We did have a couple of questions while we were there and the owner responded within 10 minutes.

PERFECT family vacation spot!

We had a wonderful stay! This condo was the perfect place to spend a week with our four-generation family! The location of the condo was convenient to all restaurants and stores while still in an area that isn’t congested or busy with traffic. As far as the condo itself, it has an amazing setup for families. The balcony wraps around the entire condo and gives every bedroom personal access. It is equipped with everything you will need for the trip! The pools (huge bonus that there is an inside and outside pool!), elevators, gym, etc. were never crowded and made it incredibly easy to navigate around the property. The owner was extremely easy to reach and answered all questions immediately. We will absolutely be staying at this property again!

New Year Getaway

The place was beautiful! We had 4 couples and there was plenty of space for all of us. The master bathroom was a bonus with the steam shower. We had a great view of the beach and the fireworks at midnight. We would recommend this place to all! We hope to visit again!

We LOVED the condo! It was very nice and roomy. Great location too!

The overall property was awesome but the smell from the club next door's garbage was terrible. Garbage needs to be moved to another location.

Fall break

WE came down for the week with the hopes we would have a balcony , nope . They put up the rails but wouldn't let us use it. The owners were great and the condo was larger than 4 people needed. Location is great and we will stay here again.

Incredible property in every way. One of the nicest and most secure properties on the Gulf!

I`ve been visiting the Gulf for more than 40 years and Mickey`s condo is the nicest condo I've ever stayed in. The entire property is 1st class and very secure. We visited in the Fall so having a great TV with all the sports channels was great! Unfortunately, only one of the TV`s in the bedrooms received cable, but they all had DVD players. Mickey was extremely responsive and helpful. We absolutely plan on returning to his condo next year! Thanks for everything Mickey and Roll Tide!

Pinch Me - I must be dreaming!

We get in the elevator and it’s air conditioned- not smelly, not musty and not damp. Wow! This was my first glimpse into the amazing condo/unit we were getting ready to see and live in for the next 6 days. The condo was huge! The appliances and the decor were top of the line. The view from every balcony was spectacular. We sat facing the bay and were treated to live music from the Flora-bama establishment across the street as we viewed a beautiful sunset. In the morning sitting on the gulf side balcony we watched multiple pods of dolphins swim by as we are treated to a gorgeous sunrise. The space inside allowed for our group to be all together when we wanted whether it was sitting eating dinner or relaxing in the evening playing games, watching movies while we sat in the family room/den. There was room for all the pantry food items we brought, as well as refrigerated and frozen items. Space was more than ample- spacious. Did I mentioned the master suite. Ceiling to floor windows looking out to the beach and gulf while you lounge in one of the plush chairs facing the windows or sitting at the desk reading or journaling. The bathroom has a extra large closet with a dresser inside, a separate toilet area, double sinks/vanity, a huge walking shower with a tiled seat/ledge to take advantage of the steam feature and other shower jets. Rather have a long soak? There also is jacuzzi tub. Lastly- the smoker in the balcony - what a treat. Not a dream but a glorious reality!

Buyer beware

The indoor/outdoor pool has been closed since September, 2022. Any balcony access from all condo's in the building have been blocked and prohibited to use since shortly after that in Sept. I booked our stay on Sept. 16, 2022. Not once did I receive communication to let me know that there was a major renovation/restoration project going on and that we would not have access to the things that were advertised in the description. I even added a night on the front end several weeks prior. The cost per night actually went up! This is my yearly vacation with my kids and toddler grandson. I chose this unit because it is early March, weather is not always warm, and it fit our needs of an indoor/outdoor heated pool, balcony access to enjoy the ocean/water views, a grill, and beach. All the patio furniture and grill (which we couldn't use) were crammed into the unit and we only had beach access of those things described. Had I been informed, I would have made different plans. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

Excellent place to stay

This condo and condo complex offer everything needed for a fabulous, relaxing vacation. Negatives - I really can't think of any. Positives - The best thing overall and what sets this complex apart from some of the other upscale complexes was never waiting for an elevator. My extended family and I stayed there during peak summer season and were able to immediately get an elevator each time we needed one. There are two elevators available for 20 units. The elevator then opens directly into your personal foyer. Parking - Although the parking lot is small, we never had an issue finding a place to park in the private, gated parking lot. Condo - The condo itself is beautiful, large, and comfortable. There are many original pieces of art on the walls. The kitchen has tons of storage space, granite, stainless, and very upgraded appliances. It is also very well equipped. The living area and bedrooms are very spacious. Adjacent to the foyer, you have a huge storage room to store your beach toys, this helps keep sand out of the living areas. The view - The balcony wraps from front to back of the condo. The master and living area are direct ocean front. The side and back have a great view over Ono Island. The pool is a swim through indoor/outdoor pool, it is a good size for this small complex and was never crowded. Florabama - The Florabama is next door, inside we never heard band noise. Sitting on the balcony, we occasionally heard light background band noise, it was quite pleasant. If we plan another 7 night family summer vacation, we will definitely choose this condo and complex over the other 4 BR complexes available in the area.

I have been vacationing in the Orange Beach area my entire life. I love the people, the beautiful white sand beaches and the simple enjoyment of sitting on the balcony and watching the waves roll in as the sun sets.

I enjoy the peaceful atmosphere even during peak vacation seasons. Even when other condo's are crowded, this unit is not because many of the owners do not rent their units.
