Nuestro lujoso apartamento español en el elegante La Torre Resort es perfecto para golfistas y familias. Gran terraza orientada al sur para hacer barbacoas y tomar el sol con vista directa a la hermosa piscina del complejo. Mini mercado, 4 restaurantes en el lugar, bares a 5 minutos a pie. 2 elegantes habitaciones (una doble, dos individuales - inc. A / c), capacidad para 4. Mod, cocina totalmente equipada. Soleado y espacioso salón con gran sofá hogareño, TV LCD, canales por satélite, DVD, reproductor de CD. ¡¡Wi-Fi gratis!!
La Torre es un complejo de golf seguro y cerrado para familias con 12 piscinas comunitarias, tenis y un hotel Intercontinental de 5 estrellas cerca de una elegante casa club. Los huéspedes tienen acceso al campo de golf Jack Nicklaus de 18 hoyos del Resort y los campos de Mar Menor, El Valle, Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca, Las Ramblas y La Manga se encuentran a poca distancia. La Murcia medieval, a 30 minutos en coche, tiene vida nocturna, tiendas y restaurantes, y la ciudad histórica de Cartagena también está a solo 30 minutos en coche. Buceo, vela, windsurf, ciclismo, equitación, parapente, todos disponibles localmente.


Terraza: tiene una lujosa mesa de jardín para todo clima con capacidad para 4 personas con cojines extraíbles y dos cómodas tumbonas a juego y una sombrilla. Además, una gran parrilla Weber con tapa y utensilios de barbacoa.

La terraza está en el primer piso.

Proporcionado: ropa de cama, toallas (no para uso en la playa), hamacas, aire acondicionado, calefacción central, plancha y tabla de planchar, secador de pelo. El sofá de la sala de estar ha sido especialmente elegido por su atractivo moderno pero acogedor. Tiene capacidad para 5 y es lo suficientemente ancho como para dormir a un adolescente bajo el propio riesgo del inquilino.

Variedad de deportes en el Mar Menor familiar con sus aguas cálidas poco profundas.

Bonito y tranquilo

La urbanización es muy bonita y el apartamento está muy bien. Le falta algo de mantenimiento y limpieza pero merece la pena. La terraza una maravilla, brisa por la noche y sin bichos. Necesitas coche para moverte y visitar los alrededores. Hemos disfrutado de días de descanso y sol. Buena comunicación con el propietario y facilidad para entrar y salir.

Vacaciones tranquilas con todas las comodidades

El apartamento cuenta con todo el equipamiento para hacer muy cómoda la estancia. Pese al calor, por su orientación, es bastante fresco. Las piscinas están en el mismo recinto, con lo que no hay que desplazarse. También hay en el recinto una zona infantil que se ve incluso desde la terraza. Es una zona tranquila, sin apenas ruido, que permite descansar y desconectar.

Fantastic family holiday

Great accommodation with well equipped apartment near to spa supermarket and restaurants. Lovely access to swimming pools. Lots of lovely beaches to explore along coast and we enjoyed our visit to Cartagena to see the Roman amphitheatre and take a boat trip around the bay but you do need a hire car.

Amazing apartment

We had a fantastic holiday at this amazing apartment. The whole booking process and correspondence with Jas, the owner was brilliant. The apartment was spotless and the balcony was great and was a lot bigger than some of them. The apartment had everything you need and is ideal for the pool and play area. Our little boy (3) absolutely loved the pool which had a baby pool and a shallow end in the bigger pool. Even though it was the school holidays the pool was quiet with plenty of places to lie in the sun or shade. We hired a car which we parked in the car park underneath and there is a lift which was great. The apartment is near the restaurants and bars and also the supermarket. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and are already talking about returning next year if we can. Thank you Jas for everything and hope to speak again soon. Could find no faults at all

Great apartment with everything you need for a comfortable holiday

We had a great holiday at this apartment with everything you need. The apartment is spacious with comfortable beds, shower, couch and a kitchen. We loved the swimming pool and the large balcony and enjoyed it very much. We hope to come back another time.

Excellent visit to La Torre

We recently stayed at this property and from booking and then throughout the visit the communication with the owner Jas was excellent. She was very professional and made recommendations about the property and local area. The apartment is in a good spot in the development and being in the corner it is really quiet both in the day and also evening. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is well equipped. The balcony (which is large compared to others) gets the sun all morning into mid to late afternoon. The Wi-fi was excellent and very reliable. Overall the apartment will tick all your boxes and is great value for money.

Great holiday

We have recently returned from La Torre having had a great holiday. The apartment was beautifully presented and well equipped. The large terrace was great for relaxing and al fresco dinning over looking the pool. The communication with both the owner and key holder was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and hope to return in the future.

Villa living without the cost!

Just got back from a weeks stay at this beautiful apartment with my husband and two teenage children. Apartment was beautiful and equipped with everything you could ask for. Given the extremely spacious patio (which we definitely made the most of) it really felt like we were in our own villa. The sunshade on the patio was a blessing as was the bbq. La Torre itself was kept very clean and the pools cleaned daily. We hired a car which I would say is a must. We visited Torrevieja, Los Alcázares and spent a delightful day snorkelling and relaxing at a beautiful cove called Cala Cortina. I would recommend getting there early though as it’s popular! Jaswinder is an attentive host and communicated clearly throughout the booking process and when we were at the property. The only recommendation I would have is for clearer instructions on finding the property . It may however have been just us and our satnav but as the apartment numbers are at the front (facing the pool) it wasn't clearly evident from the road where the property was but we got there eventually and had a fabulous time. Thank you Jaswinder!

Beautiful apartment and resort

My husband and I and our two boys (aged 15 and 11) have just returned from a 2 week holiday at this beautiful apartment owned by Jas. Prior to the holiday Jas communicated regularly by email and always responded quickly to answer any questions I had and even during our holiday she emailed to ensure we had everything we needed and gave us useful information, which was extremely helpful. The apartment itself was fantastic and decorated to a high standard with modern furnishings and everything you would need, our boys were particularly pleased to have super fast wifi! The highlight of this property is the wonderful private terrace with full awning meaning you can sit out there all day overlooking the pool out of the full glare of the sun - essential during the August heatwave!! There is also a useful underground car park with a lift which takes you directly to the apartment which is perfect for keeping the car out of the sun during the day. I would say it is essential to hire a car during your stay as there are some lovely towns and villages to visit. We particularly liked Cartagena, Los Alcazares and Torrevieja which all had a good choice of restaurants. There are a couple of restaurants on site within easy walking distance, and we visited the Italian restaurant several times (you need to book though) and the food was excellent on every occasion and very reasonably priced. There is a supermarket on site, again only a 5-10 minute walk away, which stocks a good range of food also competitively priced. There are lots of pools on the resort but we only visited the two which the apartment overlooks. These are beautifully kept and surrounded by immaculate gardens with plenty of shade from trees if you need it. The pools are cleaned every morning and were always spotless. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing spot for a holiday.

Well presented spacious property ina quiet welcoming resort

We stayed at this property in early May with our two year old daughter. The property is in a quiet part of this large resort within excellent walking distance to the main amenities (shop, restaurant and club house). There is secure access to the property and a lift which we found very helpful with a buggy in tow. The property is in excellent condition and has all that you will need for a comfortable stay. We didn't require any air conditioning but appreciated the ease of electric shutters. We made full use of kitchen and bbQ during our stay which was more than adequate to prepare family meals. The big plus on this property for me was the fantastic private terrace with awning. We were able to stay outside all day with our little girl who was enjoying the heat but have plenty of shade too. Our little girl loved the baby splash pool and small park in the main garden of the complex which was just a 200m from the front door. Important for those wanting a quiet holiday this was a very peaceful garden and only a few children were out and about at any one time. Due to the time of year the resort was quiet and not all amenities were open as it would have been July and August. This was fine for our needs but for those who wish to eat out every night would recommend visiting in high season Would highly recommend this property for those wishing a quiet relaxing break.

Great apartment, great location!

Just back from a great relaxing break staying in this apartment. It has everything you could possibly need. The big balcony is great for sitting chilling on an evening and having brunch in the sun! The whole la torre complex is lovely and well kept. Jas the owner was very helpful giving us loads of info prior to leaving and answering all out queries both before and during our stay. We will definitely be back again.

Fantastic apartment & resort

My wife and I took our two girls (10 & 6) to this lovely apartment owned by Jas and spent a fantastic 9 days at the resort. Prior to the holiday Jas communicated by email regularly and always responded very quickly to answer any questions. She was extremely helpful and provided lots of information on the resort, recommended restaurants, where to do shopping etc The apartment itself was fantastic and decorated to a high standard with modern furnishings. The sofa was extremely comfortable too! There is also an underground car park with a lift which will take you to the apartment. Be warned though, you will definitely need to hire a car whilst you are here. Los Alcazares is lovely town which is about 15 mins drive from the resort. It has some fantastic restaurants and I would highly recommend, The Last Mediterranean Gastropub. The quality was simply outstanding! There are also some restaurants on the resort although you will have to book in advance if you want a table at the Italian restaurant. There is also an Irish bar and a Tapas bar too which are only a few minutes walk away. Murcia and Cartagena are around 25 minutes drive and well worth a visit! There are two large pools and two baby pools located next to one another with a jacuzzi pool also. The grounds are spotless and maintained every day with guards paroling regularly. I would highly recommend this apartment for a fantastic holiday!

Great family vacation

We had a great holiday. The apartment was just as expected from the pictures. Very nice :). Easy access. Elevator from the parking space in the basement to the apartment. The location was also perfect was also good. 1 min walk to the pool. A couple of minutes to walk to the resturant/ pub. (They also have take away food). The whole area was nice and clean. . Short distanse to the beach. Approx 20 min by car depending on which beach you are going to. I will say that this place would be perfect for everybody. Olderly, Families with/ without children. I would recommend a rental car because it is a lot of nice placed nearby to discover. Finally i want to thank the owner for good service, rapid feedback and good recommendations for sights.

Fabulous Apartment

Fanatastic apartment, lots of space, great modern decor, patio, swimming pools, all facilities one needs. Lovely golf course and bar / lounge. Lots of nice restuarants. I do recommend a stay at this property you won't be dissapointed. 5 stars, can't wait to go back, Jass extremelly helpful and accomodating, made our stay perfect.

Beautiful apartment for a well-earned break

Enjoyed a really lovely week in this very well appointed apartment. The sitting-room and bedrooms were all comfortably furnished and the air-conditioning was very welcome. The balcony was a great outdoor space for eating and relaxing, with a view over the courtyard. The pools were much enjoyed by our 10 year old. The apartment was near to all facilities and yet removed from any potential noise. The supermarket was well-stocked and a few of the restaurants were open. These were of mixed quality. Murcia was less than 30 mins away and was a very attractive city and the warm waters and breeze of the Mar Menor provided welcome relief from the August heat. We would certainly use this apartment again, as it made for a very stress-free holiday only 20 mins drive from an airport.

Just what the docter ordered!

Absolutely amazing apartment, and very well kitted out, all mod cons, amazing bathroon, it was like home away from home. The apartment had everything from sun loungers to a barbeque, definetly decorated with stlye and thought. Jaswinder the owner was extremely helpful checking that we had settled in nicely and gave us information on where everything was, supermarket only a 5 minute walk from the apartment, and bars and nightclub all within easy walking distance, so you can roll back into the apartment. Several pools and a jacuzzi to relax in and of course the weather was great, and the resort is amazing. Already rebooked Jass's apartment again for next year beacause we were extremely happy with the service, location, and comfort of the apartment. Ideal for couples, families and golfers.

Great 40th Getaway.

Fantastic apartment all round, all mod cons, nicely furnished and very tastefully decorated. Nice view of the swimming pool from balcony. Barbeque on terrace if you dont fancy going out. Supermarket 5 min walk and restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The owner Jass was very helpful, and called to see if everything was okay and gave us some very helpfull hints. Already booked again for next year. Great holiday!

Superb family getaway

My partner and I booked a weeks stay in this apartment with our two young children at short notice. Jas was extremely helpful and efficient with the whole booking process and arranged someone to meet us and take us to the apartment from the airport. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and overlooks the communal gardens and pool. It has a lovely large terrace complete with table and chairs, sun loungers and even a barbecue, which we put to good use! All the equipment in the apartment is of high quality and it is complete with everything that you need to make your stay enjoyable, even things that you would not normally expect to find such as an iron and a dishwasher etc. The complex itself is lovely, and whilst on a golf course, offers plenty to do besides. We are not golfers at all, but just enjoyed the restaurants and bars which were only a few minutes walk from the apartment, as well as having the local supermarket nearby. All in all, a fantastic apartment and complex, great for young families or couples and definitely a place we would return to.

Fabulous home from home accommodation.

Beautiful apartment in a great central location, a home-from-home, exactly as it is described. Fabulous pools to chose from and all within very well-maintained grounds. Would highly recommend to families or couples & golfers! Jas very helpful and made the whole bookeing process etc very simple and worry free. Lots of attractions and places to go within short travelling distance by car. Will be back!

We love that Murcia is still relatively provincial and not too commercialised. The people are great and local fish, tapas and wine are high quality but still quite cheap. Murcia has over 300 days of sunshine a year so great in May and in October! Aside from walks around the golf course and tennis we enjoy discovering local beautiful white sand beaches.

We love the size of our terrace and its views over the community pool and the quad. Cartagena and Murcia for their history, architect and abundance of good value restaurants. We especially enjoy the mud baths at San Pedro Del Pinatar and watching the wind surfers on the Mar Menor.
