A spacious, airy, well appointed, air conditioned Villa with high end interior design. Ideal for families and golfers. Situated in a quiet and pleasant residential community. The property has 1 twin,1 double bedroom both with ceiling fans and bathroom on the ground floor also a second toilet on the ground floor. A large A/C master bedroom upstairs with en-suite and doors leading to a large solarium with sea views. The lounge has A/C English HD TV, WiFi, DVD and a selection of DVD/CDs. A well appointed American style fitted kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, slow cooker, air fryer, 3 tier streamer, hand electric food mixer, cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave with oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
From the dining area to the conservatory were you can relax and view the beautiful gardens. The property has a carport to keep the sun off your car, just what you need in the hot summer months! It is a 2 minutes stroll from two communal pools which now have solar heated showers in the pool area. It’s a 5 minutes stroll to the Andalusian style Villamartin Plaza which houses numerous restaurant’s.
No need to buy bottled water as villa has a filtered water system installed.

Local Beaches: The nearest is a 10 minutes drive to La Zenia a blue flag beach with beach bar and childrens climbing frame. A short walk from La Zenia beach will bring you to the Cala Capitan beach of Cabo Roig, there you will find a beach bar in the summer months.
There is a lovely walk around the head land to the main Cabo Roig beach, call into the marina to admire the boats, (take some bread to feed the fish) and then have a drink or why not try some tapas in one of the two cafes/bars around the marina.
There are other attractive beaches to discover at Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, Campoamor, all are a short drive away from our Villa.

There is a local bus service stop outside the Villamartin Plaza which will take you down to the beach.

The clean/laundry charge of 140 euros will be collected on arrival by the meet & greet person.

Great location

Property exactly as described, in a great location only a short walk from the plaza and amenities. Check-in process was easy and communications with the property manager and the key holder clear and concise. The roof top terrace is a real sun trap and has fantastic views to the sea. A great family trip

Homely but dated

No umbrellas for outside areas, tv & wifi no signal most of the time, downstairs shower loose & kept falling down. Everything you need but a little dated for the price.

FIVE STARS ARE JUST NOT ENOUGH !!!

This villa is just amazing and comes with everything you could wish for - beautifully equipped, spotless and so comfortable. The location is just perfect as you can walk to all the restaurants and entertainment at the Plaza in 10 minutes quite easily. You can drive to the fab and now famous La Zenia boulevard for more eateries and a wide range of international shops. Can't wait to book again for next summer!

The villa was like home from home. Perfect location, everything there that’s needed. The communication between owners and key holders was instant. Nothing was too much trouble. And the cleanliness of the villa was 100%. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. And it has been so well looked after. Thank you so much for our wonderful holiday. Home away from home

Our stay in Villamartin was great staying in Tom's villa. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. The villa was clean and homely making us feel at ease stratight away. The terrace was perfect for relaxing during the day with plenty of seating options. We had a small issue with the oven at the beginning of the trip but the property managers couldn't have been more helpful. They had someone over that day to check it out and by the next lunch time the oven was fixed. Thank you for letting us stay in your home, we had a great holiday.

Holiday Let

My family and a friend booked this villa in Villamarin for our summer holiday, we arranged to meet Michael on site late evening after arrival and he was waiting for us, he gave us a run down of the full villa and highlighted if there were any issues just contact him. This was not required as our stay was fantastic, the villa is perfectly situated for walking to the plaza, and had great walks down by the canal to los dolsis ect, 15 min drive to the beach, superb, would highly recommend booking this one. Thanks Michael for all you done and the recommendations.

lovely villa in excellent location

We have just returned from a weeks stay in the villa and wish it could have been longer! It is well equipped, and very comfortable and clean, with the local plaza in Villamartin literally a few minutes walk away where there are many shops and good restaurants. That said, the villa itself was very peacefully located with lovely and well kept communal pool areas, and our private sun terrace was fantastic. We flew to Alicante with our three teenagers and hired a car for the week which enabled us to see a bit of the area around Villamartin, including Torrevieja which is well worth a visit. We had excellent communication with the owner Tom before and after our holiday, and John and Hayley, the agents in Spain were very friendly and helpful when we had a query. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wishing to stay in this part of Spain, as you won't be disappointed!

Peaceful, comfortable and convenient

6 adults and one 3 year old had a lovely stay here in Villamartin. The villa is large and comfortable with many different leisure areas so families can enjoy their own space without always being crowded together! We oldies particularly enjoyed the conservatory with it's large sliding windows and the young ones loved the rooftop solarium.There was even a paddling pool in the storage chest on the rooftop terrace which my granddaughter loved. It is very well equipped, nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. The memory foam topper in the upstairs bed is a nice addition. It was 30C and very hot at night when we were there so the upstairs bedroom was rather warm even with the fan and open windows. We were very glad of the air conditioning in the living room. The gardens are pretty and well maintained. Plenty of keys were provided. The quiet location is great, being so close to the Villamartin Plaza which has restaurants galore and live entertainment. The local supermarket there is also very good. The lovely quiet, clean pool is 2 minutes walk away and it's a 10 minute drive to a delightful beach which has rockless, shallow water going out a long way. Communication with the owners was great, all queries being answered promptly. I can highly recommend staying here.

Winterurlaub

Die Übergabe der Schlüssel lief problemlos. Michael von DC Property Management war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Von der Dachterasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Es fehlt uns nichts. Einzig die Anzahl der Stromverbraucher mussten dosiert eingesetzt werden, da sonst die Sicherung kam. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wundervolle 2 Wochen trotz Corona

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt absolut genossen! Zuerst mussten wir leider von der Buchung wg Corona zurücktreten- die Kommunikation mit Tom war perfekt und immer vertrauenswürdig. Ohne Weiteres erhielten wir unseren Betrag zurück. Als sich die Situation besserte, haben wir direkt wieder zugeschlagen und es nicht bereut. Jeder von uns kam auf seine Kosten - die Ausstattung war vor allem kindgerecht (Babystuhl, Bett, Geschirr, Treppenschutzgitter, sicheres Grundstück). Unsere Großen konnten sich in den beiden sehr gepflegten Gemeinschaftspools austoben. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt & der Garten ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder... Many thanks & hopefully again :)

Fantastic Holiday

My husband and I are just home from our holiday with our 2 young children and grandparents. This villa is very spacious for all the family and only a few mins walk down to the fantastic pool. The plaza which has so many bars and reassurance to choose from Is only 5mins down the road again so handy when you have w young family with prams etc. It made our holiday easy and enjoyable! The villa itself is great witu beautiful gardens to relax in however the only draw back is lack of air con. The bedrooms only have fans and this just isn’t enough to cool down in 30 odd degrees heat. Some nights in the upstairs bedroom it became unbearable. This is the only draw back to an otherwise fantastic villa in a fantastic location. The owners are also great with communication and I felt al my questions were answered promptly.

Beautiful property, too hot though

Just back from a two week vacation in this property. We loved the location, the house and all it had to offer to our family. Our only criticism of the house was the heat upstairs. It really does need an air conditioner as a few nights my son had to sleep downstairs, this was when the temperatures were not as high as is expected next week. If there was an air conditioner upstairs we would definitely book this house every year. Beautiful house and easy access to pools made it so enjoyable

Tolles Haus

Excellent, spacious villa in quiet location

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and well-equipped villa. Surrounded by mature gardens, and with several seating/patio areas to give sun or shade at any time of day, this made an ideal base for a winter sun break. The interior is spacious and light, and equipped to a very high standard. We enjoyed the very quiet residential location but the cafes/bars of Villamartin plaza are only a 5 minute walk away. A short drive away are the high class shops of La Zenia plaza, or many beaches. I should also add that the owners and property manager were exceptionally helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

A Quality Villa

This is a lovely villa - spacious, light and airy in a quiet urbanisation. The location is very good, convenient for all amenities. It has a lovely roof terrace, where we enjoyed many an evening watching the sun go down . Inside there is plenty of room for six. More towels and bed linen - and I would have rated it five-stars.

So feel we know a little about what our guests expect from us. We currently live in a Victorian property over looking a park in sunny Hull, East Yorkshire, England.

We bought a smaller villa in La Zenia about 20 years ago, so knew the area well.
Our current villa which we purchased in 2008 is so much better. You know when you first walk into a place, you get that feeling, well this villa does that!

Apart from being spacious with a modern interior, we love how close it is to the Villamartin Plaza, don't have to think about drinking and driving.
The Plaza is just fantastic, so beautifully laid out, no pictures seem to do it justice.
