Ático con grande TERRAZA en el Centro de Madrid

Le apetecería disfrutar de unas vistas fantásticas y relajarse bajo el sol o las estrellas de Madrid desde su terraza privada?
Este apartamento de una habitación, le ofrece la mejor ubicación en una zona de moda pero muy tranquila, denominada Conde Duque. Se puede visitar Madrid andando desde casa ya que está a pocos pasos de Malasaña, Chueca, el Palacio Real, Plaza de España y Gran Vía.
Si no le apetece caminar pues, hay 4 líneas de metro muy cerca.
A la esquina hay un supermercado y un mercado local.
El piso fue diseñado por un gran estudio de arquitectura.
Tiene una superficie de unos 50 m2 llena de luz. Cuenta con una habitación con cama doble de 140cm por 200cm, un baño con plato de ducha, un salon/comedor con cocina americana. La terraza tiene una superficie de unos 24 m2 con orientación sur/este, asi que se puede ver el amanecer sobre los tejados de Madrid y el sol le da a lo largo del dia.
Cuando se reserva para 3 huespedes, dejamos las sabanas para el sofa cama del salon (140x200cm).
Voy a estar disponible por mensajería durante su estancia para cualquier información o ayuda que pueda necesitar.

Perfect in every way

Location, decor, cleanliness, comfort and communication were all top tier. The balcony is spacious and beautiful with plants and chairs and an amazing view. Probably the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in

The property is wonderful and the location is excellent. It is very nicely furnished and appointed and the view from the deck is a delight. Ludovic was a perfect host. A short walk to many restaurants and historical sites. Close to bus and metro so getting around is very easy. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay. Ludovic & Karolina were both excellent with communication and great hosts. He apartment was beautiful as described. It was clean with a beautiful roof deck, and everything we needed. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Great apartment in a wonderful location

Ludovic’s Place was great for our week in Madrid. The main living area is spacious and bright, and you’ll have an expensive view of the city from the deck. It’s a clean, modern space in an older building with a great location. We walked to all of the things we wanted to see from Retiro Park to the Palace. The bedroom is small, but the bed very comfortable. Great to have the clothes washer and the kitchen was well stocked.

The Epitome of a Great VRBO

My wife and I have stayed in VRBO's for many years in Canada and across Europe and this one ranks with the very best. Host Ludovic met us at the flat and responded to all our queries subsequently. The flat is really well located with a beautiful penthouse aura -- the only downside was that we were unable to use the balcony because of a week of rain. We like to cook and the flat had everything with stores and restaurants very handy as well. The flat is super clean and very well maintained. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was our first time in Madrid and we were delighted with this accommodation.

Oasis in Madrid

This is a great property. Fantastic location, friendly area. Ludvic is very welcoming and helpful with lots of local recommendations. The balcony is perfect although we were busy so we were not able to take advantage of it. We will just have to come back!

Home away from home in Madrid

My husband & I had been in Spain and beyond for over 2 weeks and ended our trip to Madrid. We were very pleased with the accommodations Ludovic provided with his apartment. It was wonderful to come "home" after long days of sightseeing and relax in the living room with a glass of wine. We only wished we could have stayed another day or two. It was in a quiet neighborhood which provided a good night's sleep, too! Thank you, Ludovic, for your recommendations of activities and restaurants as well; it was so helpful!

Great Place to stay in Madrid

The peaceful location near the city center offers the best of both worlds. The comprehensive manual provided valuable information about activities and amenities, making it easy to plan and enjoy our stay. Additionally, the owner met us and gave us a great overview. Excellent apartment with great views

We loved this apartment! It was in a great neighborhood and we loved walking around the area for shopping and cafes. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The best part were the beautiful views from the living room and the awesome outdoor patio. The apartment was full of sunshine and was decorated very nicely. The owner was very kind and helpful.

Amazing Penthouse Madrid Location

Amazing centrally located Penthouse in Madrid … my oldest daughter and I loved our stay. Ludovic was kind and very welcoming with well written suggestions for things to do and wear to eat. The bottle of wine was lovely while taking in the terrace view. Would definitely stay again when visiting Madrid.

A perfect apartment!

I have stayed in many apartments and this is definitely one of the very best in terms of facilities and the view from the beautiful rooftop terrace. The communication with Ludovic was excellent and the apartment was exactly as described, very well equipped, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid, with the metro station close by. The apartment is also in an interesting area with restaurants and a very good supermarket just minutes away. But the best feature of all is the terrace, which provides amazing views over the rooftops, and is perfect for sunbathing and an evening drink. The apartment is also very quiet; considering it’s in the city centre, it really feels very peaceful and away from the noise of the city. I am sure we will return.

Perfect location! Perfect accommodation! Perfect host!

Loved this place in the Malasana district of Madrid. Beautiful terrace and decor. Great location to walk to everything with many places to eat and buy a few groceries. Ludovic was the perfect host, he recommended a flamenco show which he booked for us as well as booking our car to the airport upon departure. I would highly recommend for a couple staying in Madrid.

Perfect location with amazing terrace views.

The location is perfect. We walked everywhere we wanted to go in the city while staying on a quiet street. The views from the terrace were incredible. We wish it were warmer, but not really something in the control of our host! Communication was excellent and the recommendations and assistance with tickets for the Flamenco show was above and beyond. Would highly recommend and would stay there again for sure.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

La primera vez que visité este piso me enamoré de el y de las vistas espectaculares que ofrece su terraza, espero que le gustara también.
Lo hemos reformado totalmente con la ayuda de unos arquitectos locales y le hemos dado un toque industrial.
Es un sitio muy tranquilo y lleno de luz.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

La terraza esta por supuesto la ventaja mas especial de este piso, pero el interior de la vivienda esta también muy encantadora con sus techos altos y vigas vistas originales.
