El condominio está situado en la playa en una de las mejores islas de los Estados Unidos. Los huéspedes disfrutarán de unas vacaciones inolvidables en este condominio totalmente amueblado de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama tamaño king y la habitación restante también está amueblada con una cama tamaño King, cómoda para dormir 4 personas. Las áreas de estar y comedor son muy espaciosas, con una mesa con capacidad para 6 personas. La cocina es perfecta para comer ya que está equipada con muchas ollas y sartenes, utensilios, lavadora y secadora dentro de la unidad. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de una tarde de tenis o de pickle _ y luego ver el atardecer desde el balcón de la sala de estar.
La isla ofrece excelentes opciones para cenar y entretenerse.

Perfect location on Marco Island

The condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable week on Marco Island. The view is unbeatable, and the beach is close and beautiful to walk on. The kitchen was well outfitted so that it was easy to make some meals while we were there. We loved the location and the amenities of the condo.

Gulf front Marco Island vacation

The Somerset is a beautiful place to stay. Condo just needs a little tlc. Compared to other rentals I feel this was more fairly priced. Everything you need for the beach is there, including cart, coolers, and beach towels. Good communication with owner. Hopefully get to come back sometime.

This is a wonderful unit with an amazing view. Well equipped and plenty of beach gear and beach towels. Great communication with the owner. Just an amazing experience.

Great winter getaway

Super clean and fully stocked condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. Location is perfect for walking to multiple restaurants on the island. We enjoyed our stay and we'll be back!

Another trip to Marco

This was our first stay at the Sommerset #503 and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The unit was very comfortable, nicely updated and thoughtfully prepared for visitors. Perfect location and beautiful beachfront. Wonderful 2 weeks!

Love this area and this place!

Never disappoints. This was a very well appointed property. I’ve stayed at The Somerset now 6 times. Always a good time. Only gripe was the tree trimmers left a mess around the grounds closed one pool on Friday and left tree trimmings in the pool. We will be back

Great stay in Marco

Great communication. Beautiful condominium in terrific building. We have stayed in the Somerset many times and this unit is one of the best. Was very clean. Check in was easy. Unit was well equipped with beach amenities. Kitchen was great. TVs and ceiling fans in all rooms. Beds were very comfortable. The balcony is a little larger than some of the other units we’ve rented and the time on the balcony and the view is the best part of a great vacation experience. You won’t be disappointed.

Great stay!

Enjoyed staying here very much! Condo was clean, upscale, fantastic views, and the most well-equipped condo we've ever stayed in (beach needs and well-stocked kitchen.) Already considering staying here again and recommend to anyone looking for an effortless, relaxing beach vacation. I can see why we mest so many people who've been coming here for 15,20, and 30 years.

Beautiful property! Sitting on the beach and our balcony was awesome. Pools were great, water warm. Condo was clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. Would not hesitate to book this property again.

Beautiful

We had a wonderful two weeks in this unit with beautiful views of the ocean! Fun to watch the Dolphins and the turtles, and one day an osprey brought a fish to the unit next to us and we enjoyed watching it eat its breakfast! It is perfectly placed close to the ocean and to the beautiful pool. The unit had everything we needed and will definitely be coming back.

Gorgeous

Beautiful and clean modern condo on the fifth floor with great amenities. Incredible view from the lanai. Check in and communication were excellent. Well stocked with every beach toy anyone could want. We had a minor plumbing issue and Beatrice responded immediately. Would recommend staying there again.

Because of construction, we could not use our lanai during the day. If we did use it in the evening, we had to carry all the chairs in and out....

A True Paradise

With our stay just a couple of days post Hurricane Milton, We weren't sure that our vacation was going to take place. Communication with Beatrice was key. The stay all happened and was wonderful! The Condo was beautifully decorated and a Big plus was that both Bedrooms had King Size beds and since it was my Sister and I staying there, that was important to us. Everything was very clean, even the pool was all clean even being just a few days after Milton passed by. The Condo had full electricity though several places in the area were without, We were truly Blessed.Entry & Check-out were smooth and well communicated, and I have to mention the Sunsets from the balcony were BEAUTIFUL!!! The Outside of the entire building was getting a new coat of paint during our stay, but that posed no problem at all. So many wonderful places to eat close by. Loved The Red Roster & Hoots for Breakfast. Thank You So Much, Beatrice & Tony.

Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Everything about the condo was great. It was clean and well stocked, and there was plenty of beach equipment. I think the Somerset is the best condo property on Marco Island. Even though it was a busy week, the beach in front of the complex was never crowded and neither were the two pools. As you get closer to the resorts like the Marriott and Hilton, the beaches are packed. The Somerset is far enough away from the resorts to not be affected by the crowds.

Beautiful location

We stayed as two couples and the condo is very comfortable. The deck facing the ocean is so beautiful, we spent as much time as possible there. The owners have lots of toys and chairs for you to take to the beach. They have a cooler and a cart to carry your things to the beach. You need a key fob to get into the pool and out to the beach, and they provide you with two. It is tricky to coordinate everyone's coming and going sometimes. You can walk to a couple of nice bar type restaurants from the beach area. We had a great week.

We Visited Marco Island first time 35 years ago fall in love with this piece of paradise and purchased a condo, since then we like to spend summer time here and rent it during winter time.

This year we have the opportunity to purchase this beautiful condo at the Somerset, that offers a very spacious units, right on the beach and surrounded by a beautiful landscape.

It is not a tall building at all, so you never feel it crowded, located very convenient walking distance to hotels, little mall, restaurants , movies, mini golf.
