We were close for walks on the beach. 4 of us had plenty of room. Tybee offered fun and good food close enough to walk to most things.

Tybee trip

Great location, right off the beach at the south end of the island. Lovely view of the ocean. Clean and comfortable. Two different decks with great views and plenty of lounging options. Quick walk to shops and restaurants as well, which was wonderful. The water in the kitchen sink didn’t work, and some of the methods to contact the management office didn’t work. However an emergency contact number was easily available.

Tybee

Good location, great view from master bedroom deck. Pots and pans were new. Unfortunately the day we were arriving received a phone call from property manager letting us know the refrigerator wasn’t working, but they would have a new one the next day. People did come to deliver fridge but couldn’t because they needed a plumber. Never received an update from manager and didn’t have a fridge for our stay. Called manager about dishwasher not working and never got a call back. Very poor communication.

Amazing view, but outdated, dirty house

The view is absolutely amazing, but the property not so much! The house seems like it has been forgotten about. The outside and inside desperately need a detailed cleaning. I sprayed air fresheners and cleaned with Lysol, but the house still smelled old and musty. We left a whole day early because the bed was so uncomfortable and the awning over the balcony flapped so loudly it kept us awake every night. We've stayed at several properties all over Tybee and unfortunately this one was the worst. We won't stay here again! Sleep and cleanliness are very important to us!

Vacation Rental Problems

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Need to add a handrail on right side of stairs going up to the bedrooms. Also need a handrail on right side of stairs going up on porch. Counter top around coffee pot area was very sticky. The flooring needed a good mopping. Toothbrush holder upstairs was fifty on the inside. TV down stairs just showed 1 channel. Some of the recessed lights didn’t work down stairs. Need to have an exterminator to spray for insects. Inside the refrigerator stank really bad.

Beautiful location!

2 day stay in tybee

Beautiful condo- great location and gorgeous decks looking out at the ocean. But 1st morning - woke up to a generator and roofers surround the condo 5 feet from our “tranquil” deck. They were finally gone by 4:30, but ruined our day there. So sad. So so loud, trucks and a crane infront of our deck.

Convenient location with beach views.

Great location, but the property falls shorts

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this townhouse is perfect. It is steps from the beach and sandbar. The townhouse has a great layout and so much potential. Unfortunately, the property was filthy and needed many repairs and updates. There was dog hair everywhere! When I sat down on the couch, I was covered when I stood up. The air return was taped up with duct tape, the curtains in the master were falling down, in the twin bedroom there was a socket without a plate on it. It made me very nervous having open electrical in a room for kids. In the master bathroom, the electrical socket and wall plate were hanging off the wall. The walls were filthy. I was shocked at the level of disrepair the property was in, when it truly has so much potential.

Property allows pets and several outdoor pillows and cushions were covered with do hair. Bathroom sink drains would not hold water.

This units decor could use some modernizing and the prickly large palm tree bushes block the ocean view when sitting on the porch. The home was very clean upon arrival.

Great Management Company

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing time. The unit was clean and I couldn't have been more happy with the management company. We had no hot water which we didn't notice until the next morning and the management company had someone come right out and by that afternoon we had a new hot water heater. The only complaint is that the queen bed upstairs is VERY HARD. Also the awning outside the bedroom window flapped loudly all night from the wind. If you are a light sleeper, this might be a problem. Both of these things can be fixed. I would stay here again if they resolved these two issues. (the cream color awning that has no function is the one that is under the striped awning )
