Esta casa de campo recientemente renovado de una habitación está situado en una comunidad tranquila llamada Banks O'dee. Situado a una hora de DC y cerca de bodegas y Virginia histórico.

La casa en sí ofrece una vista de Cuckold Creek y Perry Branch. Tenemos un gran muelle que se comparte con nuestra casa al lado, rampa de barco y nadar en el muelle.

Usted encontrará una abundancia de vida silvestre aquí. No es raro estar sentado en el patio, cerca del muelle, y ver águilas calvas, águilas pescadoras, cisnes y gran garza azul haciendo su cosa. Con frecuencia, usted verá ciervos de pie a lo largo del lado de Banks O 'Dee Road.

A perfect riverfront retreat!

We had the most magical weekend stay at this charming riverfront house. The view was absolutely breathtaking—watching the last rays of sunlight from the screened porch felt like pure serenity. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated in a simple, elegant way that instantly put us at ease. Every detail was thought through—from gleaming clean dishes to every kitchen gadget imaginable (yes, even a Kuraje coffee maker and a funky outdoor stove!).What truly made this stay unforgettable was the warm, welcoming energy of the owners next door. Normally, that might feel intrusive, but they were more like friends we hadn’t met yet—there if needed, never in the way. Their sweet, well-mannered son even taught us how to fish (at our request!), and they welcomed our little puppy like one of their own.The peaceful, joyful energy they bring fills the entire space, and the surrounding neighborhood is just as dreamy—lined with stunning homes and views that make you stop and stare. We left feeling refreshed, connected, and already dreaming of our next visit to this little slice of heaven on earth.

This was our mid-Winter get away from the city. The home is cute, quiet, and well appointed. The host is welcoming and responsive. We had a lovely, restful stay.

Couples trip

We chose to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary here for a quiet weekend away with our dog. The house provided everything we needed and the owners were great to deal with. Highly recommend!!

Waterfront Cottage

Everything was perfect! Having a boat dock in backyard was awesome! Our hosts were awesome and very accommodating! Really didn’t need anything extra! To wake up walk out into screened porch for morning coffee and watch nature was perfect! We will definitely be back!

Quiet, quaint, and beautiful

The property is immaculately clean, and very well stocked. Once you're on the property there's an overwhelming sense of peace and relaxation now that you're confronted with the beautiful Potomac right at your footsteps.

Great escape

We enjoyed the property, its view was awesome. The accommodations were divine. Everything worked and even though the temp outside hit 105 it was cool in the cottage. The screened-in porch was wonderful too. Crabs caught were eaten with joy.

Peaceful Getaway

We had a great trip during the week at the last minute (x2 nights)! The host let us check in a few hours early and was super friendly. The neighborhood was very calm and quiet and you can't beat being right on the water. We took advantage of the kayaks and life-vests. Perfect location for easy paddling and open-water kayaking as well. The description could have been a little more clear about the rental being right next to the owner's own house. The equipment is in their backyard shed. Not a problem at all, just caught us off guard. We loved sitting on the dock and watching the eagles and osprey. Would recommend!

Quiet, peaceful waterfront location

What a nice spot to unplug and relax! Waterfront property in a super quiet neighborhood. Hosts live next door; friendly and helpful, excellent communication. House was spotless, bed and furniture was comfortable, kitchen was all set up, spacious bathroom. There is a great screened porch that we spent most of our time on. Lots of wildlife to watch. Dog friendly with a big lot to enjoy. They have a nice grill and a fire pit. We also enjoyed a great dinner at Captain Billy's Crab House. Will be booking this house again!

Nice views

The property is located in a small neighborhood right by the water. While there are houses fairly close it is quiet with beautiful views. The house is clean and has good appliances/wifi for a comfortable stay. It is a one bedroom with a big bathroom and living room. The screened in patio is good to avoid the mosquitos. One note is for those with mobility issues, the shower/bathtub has a high ledge with a thicker width to get in/out.

Quiet and clean retreat

Tina's cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and I loved sitting out on the screened patio that faced the water with my morning coffee. it was a great break from the hectic city life that I tend to lead. I really enjoyed my stay and thank you Tina!
