The holiday home El Pastor is located in a stunning valley in the natural reserve Sierra de Grazalema, only seven kilometres from the village, in a rural, secluded location at an elevation of 600 meters. It is a few minutes to the nearest neighbour, ensuring peace and quiet.
The main door leads into the living room with patio access, the dining room and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, an n oven and a microwave. A covered hallway leads to one of the three bedrooms, which is in a separate room, away from the rest of the house. A staircase at the end of the hallway leads to the shower and toilet and the laundry room with washing machine and iron. Across is another bedroom, furnished with a single bed and at the end of the hallway is a bedroom furnished with a double bed.
The house was built at the site of the old mill and bakery and accommodates up to five people. Most windows offer views of the river. The furnishings are simple and typical for this type of farmhouse; not much has changed in the last 50 years since the house was built. The necessities for daily life (electricity, water, bathroom, shower, refrigerator and stove) have been installed and the unique Spanish character has been retained.
The surrounding landscape is great for walking and relaxing. The waterfall with a natural pool at the river, which used to run the mill, is accessible on foot. Restaurants and shops can be found in town.
Both double bedrooms grant access to the covered wooden patio with a table and chairs. The garden houses plants, such as rosemary and lavender.
