Pros: We enjoyed the stay in this apartment which has all what you need for a relaxing vacation. The view from the terasse is fantastic with sun all day and the great beach is only a stroll away. A car is recommended to get to the supermarket and city of Santa Pola as well as for excursion in the wider area. A local bus connection runs parts of the day.

Pros: We stayed during 5 days in Jose Miguel Flat. The view from the terrace is just Wonderful ( like the pictures) and the little playa "cala santa pola del este" just near is very cute. Jose Miguel is really helpful to organize your stay in Santa Pola but you need absolutely to rent a car in the Airport to enjoy your stay because the shops aren't near ( 1km or little more) and they are a lot of good sites to see around likeELCHE typical spanish old center.

Pros: Beautiful location. Santa Pola is a lovely location, where you can escape the stereotypical Brit holiday. Basic Spanish would be useful, but don't let that put you off as the locals are very accommodating. The beach is a short distance from the apartment, but the return journey is up a hill. Very spacious balcony, and great to have a communal swimming pool, which is fairly unusual for the area. All in all a great place to spend a holiday.

Pros: Had a really lovely holiday. The apartment was just as described and lovely and clean when we arrived. Even though it was hot the apartment stayed at a reasonable temperature. The area is very nice with a shared pool and the beach a short walk away. Also a short walk away were some lovely restaurants and bars and we also enjoyed santa pola town and nearby Alicante. The apartment owner was always very quick to reply to messages, full of lots of interesting and useful information and extremely helpful. We would recommend to others and plan to return again. Would recommend hiring a car.

Pros: Very clean and nice apartment. Nice housekeeper who met us late at night at the arrival day. Beautiful wiew at the sea. Very fine pool area which was very popular with our kids. It was early in the season (beginning of may), so it was very quiet. To buy food and drinks, we had to walk 25 minutes each way. I would recommend a rental car! The owners of the apartment is very nice and give you all the information you need. The housekeeper lives much closer, and can help you if you need it. I can recommend the apartment to other who might be interrested. Jan Petter, Norway

Pros: Pues hemos estado un fin de semana largo en familia, en casa de José Miguel y Gema. El apartamento está fenomenal, al igual que el entorno tranquilo y acogedor. A nuestro hijo le encantó explorar las zonas de las barbacoas como si fueran pasadizos secretos. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y era muy fresquito. Espectacular terraza donde hemos pasado largas horas charlando y viendo las maravillosas vistas del mar y Tabarca. Los dueños muy amables nos han dado información sobre el piso, playas, tiendas ... Seguro que repetimos.

Pros: wohnung nur für gutes wetter (frühling, sommer, herbst), bei niedrigen temperaturen ist die wohnung zu ausgekühlt, heizung bedeutet elektr. heizkörper, schaltet man mehr als einen ein, springt die sicherung wegen überlastung heraus, kein bequemes sitzen innerhalb der wohnung, nur spanisches tv mit wenigen sendern, küchenausrüstung für frühstück und einfache speisen nur zweckmäßig, positiv: tolle terrasse mit grandiosem meerblick, gute gartenstühle, im februar ist santa pola ziemlich “tot“, nur wenige bars und restaurants sind geöffnet, man muss immer fahren, in der nähe der wohnung keine bars und restaurants, superparkt 5 fahrminuten.

Værtspar utrolig behjælpsomme. Grim lugt fra entre med vaskemaskine (sikkert fra afløbet) og der var ingen lys derude. Tæt på dejlig sandstrand og bademulighed. Poolområde lille og ingen solsenge. God lejlighed til prisen.
