Within easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, and of course Ushuaia, Hi, Nassau, Sankeys, Bora Bora, and all the amenities of Playa den Bossa. 5-minute walk to the ferry point taking you into Ibiza town and the marina.


Supermarket bars, restaurants, and car & scooter rentals are in the direct neighborhood.

The building is made of a few units only and has got an elevator,
the apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious balcony with a side sea view, a beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, oven, cooker, washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms sofa, TV, big table, towels and bed linen are included and a nice pool with chill-out beds.

Wifi and Air Conditioning in every room is standard, there is also a safe for your belongings.

You can park your car outside, perfect if hiring a car to explore this wonderful island. A car is not necessary as everything you could possibly need for your holiday is all close by.

Bedroom Nr.1 has one en suite room with its own bathroom with one double bed and one comfortable single bed= 3 people
Bedroom Nr.2 has one double bed = 2 people,
Bedroom Nr.3 has two comfortable single beds = 2 people
Livingroom has one lovely sofa.

It is not allowed to use the pool at the night and play any music from 10 PM until 10 AM.
Don`t use music boxes at the pool or in the flat!!! Nobody of your Spanish neighbors want to listen your music!!!!
It is not allowed to listen music from any music boxes or speakers, organize party`s in the flat, make any noise or disturb the neighbors. You can only listen music from smart phones, if you do not agree with this rules, please do not book this flat!!!!!.
I prefer longer stay and quiet people.
