ESTE ES EL PUNTO! Tenemos un condominio bien abastecido en la playa de Isla Verde para compartir con usted. El dormitorio principal (1 reina), el segundo dormitorio (2 completos) y la sala de estar (futón) tienen aire acondicionado, pero deja que el mar brille a través de las ventanas con rejillas que miran 270 grados en nuestro retiro del piso 12.

Tome el ascensor hasta la cubierta de la piscina y desde allí la playa está a 12 pasos de distancia. Trae nuestro equipo de playa y deja que las olas entren. Pasee por los edificios de la playa 2 y encuentre el Intercontinental Five-Star Resort. Al lado está el famoso Hotel y Casino El San Juan.

Restaurantes, tiendas, comida rápida, cajeros automáticos y tiendas de conveniencia, farmacias y licorerías las 24 horas se encuentran a un par de cuadras de su puerta.

3 restaurantes / bares ocupan el primer piso de nuestro edificio, por lo que una envoltura de atún picante, un burrito de desayuno o una cerveza fría siempre están listos para usted. Toma una fría Medalla en El Alambique mientras el sol se pone en la arena y surfea y sube las escaleras de regreso a Casa Bonita.

Casa Bonita se actualizó en 2014 y viene completo con cable gratis, internet de alta velocidad, DVD, Blu-ray (habilitado para wifi) y teléfono (ilimitado en EE. UU. Y Puerto Rico), no es algo con lo que quiera pasar el tiempo. Estos amigos familiares.

El edificio en sí tiene un escritorio de seguridad y una piscina, y la unidad cuenta con máquinas de lavandería en el mismo piso y viene con 1 espacio de estacionamiento cubierto.

Nos enorgullecemos de abastecer todo lo que pueda necesitar, así que espere nuevos platos (interiores y exteriores), nuevos utensilios de cocina, café, especias y todos los electrodomésticos y comodidades que esperaría en su propio hogar.

Esperamos que esté de vacaciones en nuestro lugar, y nosotros (los propietarios) y nuestro administrador de la propiedad en el lugar siempre estamos disponibles para responder cualquiera de sus preguntas o brindarle excelentes recomendaciones para hacer cosas divertidas.

Amazing Location

Things we loved: There is a private door that goes right from the pool to beach. The fish tacos at the beach restaurant are delicious. Other reviewers mentioned the neighborhood was noisy so we brought earplugs and that was helpful.The layout of the apartment is great. Even though just one bathroom it was very easy to share. We really enjoyed meeting Maribel, the driver that Jay recommended.

Great Beach Location

This property was ideal for our family of 2 parents and 2 adult children as the second bedroom has 2 separate full sized beds which was ideal for us. The condo is very much as pictured, nothing particularly fancy but comfortable and with everything you’d need. The location cannot be beat for the caliber of the beach immediately outside, the walkability, proximity of the airport and the dedicated parking space if you’d like to rent a car for any excursions. We also received great Uber service as needed throughout our stay.

Very Close to beach

The room was ok needs some updating when we arrived and checked in we went to a local supermarket and spent $258 of that amount $158 was food that went into the fridge the next day all food was spoiled and rotten we noticed the fridge very old by the way didn’t close correctly the gasket is shot on door after that we had to get more food and put in fridge every time we opened fridge we had to make sure you push the door real hard to get the door to stay closed. The A/C in the living room didn’t do much needs to be replaced those who chose to stay in casa Bonita if you get room 1208 remember to push fridge door real hard so your food doesn’t spoil I would check fridge in any room just in case this building is ok needs work I wouldn’t stay there again it was last minute booking I always stay in more updated buildings I been going to P R for over 30 years it was just a short holiday. Normally I stay in Rinco by the beach by the way if I owned that condo I would replace fridge and A/C immediately among a lot of other things that need attention

great beach front location but noisy neighborhood

The property is clean albeit a bit dated. Communication with the host and property management was good. No in-unit laundry is inconvenient. Great beach front location but gets very noisy especially at night due to motorcycle gangs on the street, air planes, and noisy window ACs.

They Say Location Is Everything

This spacious condo is across a side street from a lovely beach, and access out of and into the complex is very secure and safe. In just about 2 minutes you can take the elevator from the 12th floor to the pool, walk around the pool, slip out the secure property gate, and you are on the beach! We loved the location! While the kitchen is small, it is well equipped, but we ate many of our meals out. A variety of restaurants are a short walk away, either down the street or down the beach. We enjoyed sunset from a beachside restaurant one night and took a drive out to Old San Juan another night for an unobstructed sunset view. We did have a rental car because we like to explore but it wouldn't have been needed to enjoy the nearby area. The beds are soft which was comfortable for me. The shower is excellent. The overall appearance of the condo is dated, but the views from the bedroom and living room windows make up for that. The pool is much better than it looks from the photo on the site.

Perfect place to stay on the beach!

The property is perfect for a getaway! It was clean and located right on the beach. The hosts were extremely flexible and nice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and plan to come back for myself in the future.

Perfect condo for a family beach stay

Very convenient to everything--especially the beach! We had a wonderful time and loved staying here. Definitely want to return and stay for even longer next time. We found it very hard to leave.

Excellent location

This condo was in a great location. Beach in front, airport right behind us. Convenient for flying. Big food store one street over. We are a family of 5 and found it very comfortable for all of us. Safe too. Never felt unsafe at all. Other reviewers complained of airport noise and uncomfortable beds. We found no issues with either. Actually, the main bed was quite comfortable. The pool was wonderful - clean and almost always empty. Nice to have as an option for some down time. All in all, excellent stay. Great condo. I would recommend staying there. We hope to return.

Great property right on the beach!

This location is amazing! You are steps from the beach and almost anything else you could want. Short trips to Old San Juan and El Yunque totally doable. The space itself is slightly outdated, but has everything you could need and most importantly everything was very clean. The window to the beach where you could get the ocean breeze and hear the waves is the best. We'd definitely stay here again - there was so much to do right outside the door!

Great location, over priced condo.

The location is great, we have stayed in this building many times. I did feel that this particular condo was overpriced. My sister rented in the same building, Ocean front, for $700 less. The beds were extremely uncomfortable! Woke up every morning with my back and neck hurting. Plus the futon broke while we were there. No one could come fix it until 12 hours before we were scheduled to check out. The condo was fully stocked, but I would have thought there would be more kids cups since it was advertised as a great place for kids. I did love all of the beach supplies that came with the apartment. Made it super easy for going down and keeping the kids occupied. A broom or small vacuum would have been nice to have. Overall, we went to spend time with family and Puerto Rico is a great place to visit!

The hosts were great, responsive and helpful. The property was great-just walk out the front door to the beach and centrally located. Would stay there again.

My wife and I bought this wonderful beach condo in March of 2014 so that we could have a place to take our 2 children to escape the Colorado snow. We come here frequently and keep the place equipped with anything we like to have while on vacation.

We love the mix of foreign and familiar that Puerto Rico has to offer. Also, there is so much culture, history, and nature to appreciate on the island as opposed to resorts whose only feature is the beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Before buying this condo, we stayed at several of the other larger condo developments in Isla Verde. The building we chose is not as expansive as the others, but it has quicker beach access and is really in the best central location on the strip for access to restaurants, casinos, etc.
