4th of July Family Vacation

Such an enjoyable and spacious place for our family of 10. The walk to the beach was easy with the children (ages 3-9) in our party. The property manager was very prompt in answering any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend this property.

It pretty much had everything we needed even a couple of packs of brand new beach towels just in case we forgot to pack ours. My family and I can not wait to stay here again on our next trip to Florida.

Great Location and great property

We Stayed at the Villas 113 along with other family friends. The property was very conveniently located across the street from Miramar Beach. The community had a pool. They setup an umbrella and 2 beach chairs for your everyday at the beach which was cool. The house was well maintained and clean. Will come again.

Very affordable and Harmony even worked with me on a lower deposit so that I could secure my condo which I really appreciated. My children really enjoyed the pool and still being close to the beach. We look forward to renting he villas for next year

Reviewer Comments: The miramar villas exceeded our expectations this was our first time using VRBO during our search we found this place by harmony beach vacations we were a little nervous the pictures wouldn't match the place when we got there but they were exactly what the place looked like! Perfect vacation house just steps away from the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house exceeded our expectations as it was clean, up to date, and perfect for families. We liked the location, anything we needed or wanted was close by. The beach service was great and ready for us upon arrival at the beach, which is right across the street, and wasn't very busy and crowded. The house is beautifully decorated and all the beds were comfortable. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the downstairs shower was not draining properly, which means it probably just needs snaked. We would 100% stay here again.

The best family vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled here with our young family - Children ages 9-1 years. The condo was perfectly set up for a beach vacation with children. It’s just steps across from the beach- an easy and short walk for the kids. They provided plenty of extra toys, boogie boards, etc for our use. The condo was clean, we had a timely check in, the host was responsive. The pool was not heated- which was a little chilly for March- but the kids didn’t mind, they swam multiple times a day. Loved our stay and would come back again!

Great Place Too Stay

The property is very clean and well appointed. It is very close to the beach and has a very nice pool. Other tenants were friendly and quiet. This a great place to take your family. Beach chair service is included with this unit but please know that if you are able to check in early, you may not have chairs available that day. Even though we were told by beach staff we could use a neighboring complexes unoccupied chairs, one of there tenants (a total Karen) made a huge ordeal about it and pretty much ruined our first day there. Whatever you do, do not use the chairs that belong to the Compass Rose Condos. Besides that, everything was great and the location is pretty much close to everything.

Thankfully they checked out few days later. There were also a lot of flies outside which then got inside home. Other things were great.
