Birthday celebrations

Stayed at this lovely property in 2019, said we would be back and it did not dissapoint. The views and location of this property are hard to beat. Walking distance to shops, beach x 2, bus stop. Dulce such a great host.

Special location on the Costa del Sol

Dulce’s property in Rincon is set on a cul de sac with about 4 other homes on the cliff/sea side of the street. Gorgeous sea views from the large balcony where we enjoyed our meals and the warm breezes under the awning. Bbq set up next to pool is very handy for meal prep. Small pool came in handy. Conveniently located for easy access to grocery stores, beaches, restaurants, cafes, Malaga and highways. Communication with Dulce was timely and smooth, just used Google Translate.

Great property for a lovely family get together. Good location, with easy access to local amenities, and excellent transport links to Malaga and surrounding area. Property had everything we could possible need, and catered for 9 of us comfortably. Our host Dulce was very helpful on our arrival, meaning we settled in straight away. Will definitely come back again.

Great view of the Mediterranean See

A family with grandparents, parents and children spend a week in the house. It’s great with nice terraces, the pool and enough of space. We walked to the beach in Rincon and visited the beach restaurants. Very typical for Spain. 20-25 by car to Malaga city center.

Family time

Hospitable and welcoming arrival. Breathtaking view overlooking the sea. Very clean villa and grounds. Lovely to have a private pool. Dulce was an exceptional hostess who went out her way to accommodate all our needs. Would definitely stay again and We had a great relaxing holiday and would recommend to family and friends

A lovely property with an amazing views.

We've just returned from the property and had a lovely week. Dulce the owner was extremely pleasant and hospitable staying to greet us after our airport transfer was delayed and allowing us to return to the villa to shower before we left for our late afternoon flight and providing light refreshments. The villa was comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect and we enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony, clean pool and lovely garden.

Excellent stay

Highly recommend this property. Immaculately clean and the views were spectacular. Dulce was the perfect host. Excellent communication and was so kind to leave us a generous amount of groceries due to our late arrival on Saturday night. Villa had everything we needed from adequate towels to plenty of toilet roll! We stayed late October and area was very quiet with not many restaurants open at start of week. Hope to stay again. Thank you Dulce!

A most pleasant stay

The view from both deck and pool is seriously fantastic. House is big, has good bedrooms and several bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Layout is good as you have several areas as where to interact yet also privacy. Kitchen is good. Pool being saltwater has this fresh feeling and is of good size. Sra Dulce is clear five star landlord. Check in was swift. We can clearly recommend this house t anyone looking for a stay with a view.

Magnificent Villa

The Villa is more beautiful, than the pictures. We had 13 people, and there is abundance of space for everyone: enjoyed coffee on a huge terrace, lunch in the shady garden, new year's dinner in the house. Magnificent sea views from everywhere. Nothing was missing: silverware, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils would allow to host even later parties. Dulce, thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us!

Outstanding Villa!

We were a group of 6 adults and 6 children and have just arrived back after staying at this beautiful Villa. The sea view from the balcony and poolside is stunning and we spent many hours appreciating this amazing scenery! The Villa location is excellent for supermarkets which offer delivery or is a short taxi ride away. There are also numerous lovely restaurants a short walk away. The Villa is situated between 2 beaches which offered beautiful walks in either direction. Amenities in this spacious Villa were excellent for a large group of guests with beach towels, pillows, glasses, plates etc.. in abundance! Dulce was the perfect host from communication before our trip, meet, greet and tour on arrival and even helping us to arrange a transfer to the Aquavelis Waterpark during our stay! Our children (ages 9-13) spent endless hours in the pool and enjoyed the table tennis on the ground floor. Thank you Dulce for our stay in this beautiful property! We would highly recommend!

Lovely villa, stunning views and great location for beaches

Fantastic! Villa is lovely and has stunning views across the Med. Dulce (the host) was superb and the welcome cake was a lovely touch. Our party of 6 included two children (13 and 9) and two grandparents (78 and 79). Our stay was 6-13 April and the weather was lovely and sunny (low 20s all week). The villa is on a headland in between two beaches (Cala del Moral and Rincon de la Victoria) - both less than 10 mins walk. The kids loved playing in the goals on the beaches. We enjoyed the views on coastal path along the rocky headland. Warning: there are quite a few steps to get from the villa down to the beaches, but this was fine for our party. The villa itself is fantastic with lots of space. It is south facing and gets the sun all day. The balcony is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the beautiful sea (we actually saw some dolphins). The area by the pool is a fantastic private sun trap with plenty of chairs and sun loungers. We enjoyed the pool, although not heated and may be too cool for some (but not for us). Downstairs has three bedrooms and a table tennis room with patio doors leading to the pool and garden. It also has a large fridge freezer which was fab for keeping the drinks cold. Upstairs has three more bedrooms, a well equipped kichen (with another large fridge freezer) and a lounge/dining room which leads out onto the large balcony. Malaga is c.20 mins away by bus and there are plenty of Ubers. Recommend this villa!!!

Lightfoot/Major Family Celebration Holiday

Firstly we would like to say how good communication was with Dulce. From booking right through to greeting us at her home on our arrival. She gave us a tour of the house and when asked what time was the pool out of use in the evenings she replied "This is your home now". Dulce left us to enjoy our holiday with the knowledge we could call her with any problems. There were no problems. This property exceeded all our expectations the view was amazing actually brought tears to our eyes. Pool was used all the time as weather fantastic as was the pool. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children ranging in ages from 11 to 60 years old. The grandchildren enjoyed competitions with the adults at the table tennis. The property had everything we needed and more! The village was a short walk along coastal path and in the evening was a great place to walk with the family and locals. Two beaches to choose from pathway to the left and right both lovely but our favorite was to the right. We could catch the bus to Malaga and it only took 30 minutes, it was festival time in Malaga making it an exciting place to be. We also walked to the caves which took about 20 miniutes and worth a visit. The supermarket was in walking distance and delivered our food for 3 Euros a bargain! There is a buther,Fishmongers and bakery all worth a visit. The people in all the shops were so helpful as they had little English and we had very little Spanish. There is a market on Wednesday prices very good as it was used by mainly locals. If you are looking for a Spanish resort with very few tourist this is the place. Thank you Dulce for a wonderful holiday at your home you have thought of everything for a perfect stay. Will be definitely be going back.

Fantastic villa!

The villa was perfect for our family holiday. We were a party of 12, ranging from my 81 year old mother in law to my 2 year old grandson. We all had a fabulous time! The villa was superbly equipped, we wanted for nothing. The kitchen had plenty of everything, there were loads of towels, there were plenty of sunloungers for the outdoor areas, and 5 umbrellas so that shade could be created wherever we needed it. The lovely town of Rincon de la Victoria was only a 10 minute walk away. However, this did involve going down steps. But there was an alternative walk which only took a few minutes longer, which my son and daughter in law took with the pushchair. My mother and mother in law hired mobility scooters from a local shop at a really good price, as they cannot walk far unaided, and they used the longer route to get into the town as well. There's also a good and reliable bus service into the town which only took a few minutes, and the bus stop is only 3 or 4 minutes from the villa. The local taxis are also plentiful and not expensive at all. The only small issue we had was with the air conditioning, which was timed to come on and go off each day, ad we couldn't use it outside of these times. My grandson was going to bed at 8 o'clock in the evening, and as the aircon wasn't timed to come on until 10 o'clock, his room was very hot for the first couple of hours, and this affected his ability to sleep, and we had to use a fan on him to keep him cool. But this wouldn't stop us from using this villa again. It is in a fantastic position, with great views, superbly equipped, and the owners were really nice. They were always helpful and communication was very good. They always responded promptly to any queries we had, both before we went and whilst we were there. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home with plenty of space! Very welcoming and cozy feeling. Breathtaking views!

We loved our time staying at Calle Murillo 13. Dulce is such a kind and warm hostess, and the home reflects that, as well. There was more than enough space for our family/friend group to sleep and sprawl out. We spent time in the pool every day we were there, and cooked on the outdoor grill for every meal we prepared ourselves. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony, or in the garden, and easily slipped into the leisure way of life that is Malaga. With easy access and a 5ish minute walk to 2 different types of beach settings (sandy on one side, rocks/shells on the other), we took many strolls discovering cafes/restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels to go around - for bathing and pool/beach use. Having a washing machine to use proved to be very helpful, also. Printed directions or markers for which settings to use would have made things simpler for its use, but we googled and figured it out. There were a couple things we purchased to use during our stay - a small blender, measuring cup, mixing bowls, and a whisk - but these were all minimal cost, and were left at the house for future use. A larger trash can would have been helpful, as well as some basic cleaning supplies - dish soap/dishwasher detergent, Clorox/floor cleaner. The AC units can be a little tricky to figure out, and it got pretty warm a couple of nights, but with windows opened, or a fan blowing, it was still pretty comfortable through the night. The suburb of Rincón de Victoria is a quiet little area, which we very much appreciated - even with a sleepy Sunday, when the whole town starts to stir around 1pm. Being about 20 mins from the airport and 25ish from Plaza de Constitución made for easy access when we wanted to explore a little more. We even had friends who took a day to travel to Morocco, too! Overall, the location was fantastic. The house was cozy and comfortable. The access to things was convenient. We would definitely recommend this home, and this area for those looking for a quiet, easy, relaxing vacation.

Compramos esta casa en 1991, y la fuimos arreglandola poco a poco a nuestro gusto , En ella se crio nuestro hijo donde fue tan feliz que solo piensa en disfrutarla. Ahora por trabajo y estudios vivimos en Malaga y la compartimos con vosotros

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Le hicimos una gran reforma en el año 2000 y otra ahora en el 2016.y sigue tan amplia, soleada y disfrutando de las vista del Meditarraneo que casi lo podemos tocar. Por su situacion al sur, el sol entra en la casa en invierno y nos respeta en verano por lo que es acogedora, y luminosa. caliente en invierno y fresca en verano

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Independiente, se disfruta del sol, del mar y de la intimidad que nos proporciona, pero muy bien conectada con el Rincon de la Victoria y La cala del Moral. Asi podemos disfrutar de centros comerciales, cines, actividades de agua, mi preferida el remar en canoa, y grandes paseos junto al mar. Sin olvidar del famoso pescaito de la Bahia
