Este moderno apartamento (con banda ancha de fibra ultrarrápida) en Dream Hills 2, Orihuela Costa, a poca distancia en coche de Torrevieja y cerca de zonas como Villamartin y Playa Flamenca. Cuenta con 2 habitaciones (una doble, una doble) con más espacio para dormir dentro de las principales salas de estar si es necesario. Además, se proporciona una cuna para un niño pequeño.

La propiedad ha sido mejorada al encerrar una terraza exterior para que pueda usarse durante todo el año y hacer que el resto del apartamento sea más espacioso. También hay 2 baños y ambos tienen un inodoro / lavabo, uno con bañera / ducha y el otro con ducha, ¡excelente para grupos grandes!

La cocina cuenta con buenas instalaciones, mientras que la sala de estar cuenta con instalaciones de comedor, así como TV + DVD / Video. Además de un balcón, la propiedad tiene un gran solarium privado en el techo que es perfecto para tomar el sol o hacer una barbacoa. Se han instalado unidades de aire acondicionado en el salón y en las dos habitaciones.

También puede usar 2 piscinas comunitarias a unos 50 metros de distancia y, aunque no es del tamaño olímpico, ¡es ideal para darse un refrescante chapuzón!

En general, el combustible en España es un poco más barato que en el Reino Unido, así que aprovecha y explora la Costa Blanca tanto como puedas. Es muy fácil llegar a una red de carreteras fácil de seguir, aunque para ayudar con esto, en el apartamento encontrará instrucciones para llegar a algunas de las principales atracciones, así como servicios esenciales.

Características mejoradas: Hemos mejorado la terraza / balcón inferior para que pueda usarse durante todo el año. Durante el verano, las ventanas se pueden abrir para que pueda beneficiarse de la brisa, pero en los meses más fríos puede apagar el viento y aún así beneficiarse de la luz del sol.

Al hacer esto, también hace que el resto de la propiedad se sienta más grande. Lovely solarium

Lovely solarium with great views of mountains. Unfortunately we had to leave early becouse of illness. But this would not put us off returning to area in the future.

Dream Hills II

The property is very nice indeed and comfortable, located very close to shops and restaraunts. It is only a short drive to the beach from Los Altos and to Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca where you can find the night life. Tha solarium is great with BBQ, tables and chairs and sun loungers. I would recommend this property for your stay in this area of the Costa Blanca

A clean and well equipped apartment, with a homely

We had a pleasant trip over for a few days. Ian was great with us beforehand and so we knew what to expect. The key holder met us on time and we knew she was there if we needed her. A clean and modern apartment, we didn't spend much time there, but all the facilities were there that you would need for a longer stay.

Hi Ian just like to thank you for your apartment we had a lovely time there ,the apartment is very nice with two bath rooms which was very handy, the sun roof is one of the biggest sun roof we have had with plenty of room on it .anyone going there will need a car as its a bit far out as we had a car it was no problem we would use this apartment again if we go to Los Alt5os

Great apartment

The 3 of us spent the last week of August and the first week of September in Ian’s apartment. This is the 3rd time in as many years that we have stayed in the area and this stay was as exceptional as the previous 2. The apartment has everything you need both inside and in the outside areas. The location is very quiet although there are 2 very good bar/restaurant areas less than 10 minutes walk away. A car is required to enjoy the local beaches and for longer excursions to the lovely towns of Murcia and Elche. I would recommend this property to everybody, both young and old, and would hope to stay here again on any future visits to this area.

A very nice holiday

First of all, the communication from the owner before, during and after the holiday has been exceptional and the keyholder met us on time. The key holder was punctual and very helpful. The apartment was clean and well maintained and with a layout that would suit most people. All of the facilities worked really well and we were all very comfortable for the whole fortnight. We really liked the size of the rooftop solarium (marvelous !) for sitting unbothered in the sun. Loads of room to spread out either in the sun or shade if needed. Plenty of sunbeds and chairs. With a car neither Torrevieja (town, harbour, beach, market on Friday) or La Zenia (beaches, shopping center) are far away (only a 5 minutes drive). We would recommend this property to everybody, both young and old, and would hope to stay here again on any future visits to this area. Thanks to Ian (the owner) and John and Juliana (the keyholders) for helping us have the perfect holiday!

GREAT APARTMENT

First of all I would like to say the description by the owner (Ian) is 100% accurate.We was met by Janette and shown around and handed over the keys and she told us if we need anything she is only a phone call away.As you walk in the apartment it has a spacious feeling and was spotless.The aircon in all the rooms was a boon as it was a very hot week so it made the apartment even more comfortable than it already was.If you like your TV the system has all UK channels and a built in video club with a choice of about 3000 films that was a nice touch.the solarium is a good place it has sun all day and is well equipt with everything you need (and the blow up pool does fit big people in it ha ha).We always rent a car so you can make full use of the area but you can get by without one as taxis and buses are an easy way to get around.There is an Aldi a few minutes walk away and next door to that is a new Merca china it is kind of a large general store that sells about everything.Also within east walking distance there are 2 commercial centres Via park 3 and Via park 5 both with bars and restuarants and VP3 has a pharmacy.So all in all we had a really great holiday and it made it even better as the apartment is in a quiet area.Ian has obviously worked very hard to make this place a good place to have a holiday. Great apartment highly recommend.!!

we spent a week at this apartment,we knew the area well as we had stayed on the next road in a friends apartment the year before so we decided to go again when our friends were over there. I was a little dubious of how the apartment would be with it being a rental property but i needn't have been as it is very well maintained. From enquiring about available dates to returning home it was a very stress free process as Ian kept excellent communication with us and with very speedy responses to everything i enquired about. I knew when i came across the advert for the apartment that the description was accurate having stayed on dreamhills 2 before, i knew the layout would be perfect for us,there was 4 of us myself,my partner and 2 teenagers so having 2 bathrooms was a god send especially when getting ready to go out to the nearby complexes,bars and restaurants. We didn't hire a car as the taxi services are very reasonable and getting about is very easy,I admit a car would come in handy if you want to travel to a lot of different places and maybe go to the bigger consum supermarket, but we found aldi and the closer consum to have all we needed as we ate out nearly every night. We stayed in August and it was extremely hot so the air con in the apartment was great and gave us quick relief from the heat.The roof terrace i think is fantastic for soaking up the rays and to basically chill and watch the sunset over the horizon which from the roof terrace you have a fantastic panoramic view of. I would highly recommend venturing out to cabaroig,it cost 13 euros in a taxi but you will find an abundance of restaurants ranging from italian to indian,we ate at Bushwackers where my friend had a kangaroo burger they do regular food too. We also went to Aquopolis the waterpark in torrevieja which was a good day out, the food there was quite expensive so i would recommend taking a picnic and plenty to drink. At the nearby via park III we enjoyed the food at CKone the prices were very reasonable,we even went for a full breakfast a couple of mornings,the lime bar was our regular haunt and if you like a quiz they have one on a friday but get there early as it gets packed out.I also recommend a jaunt down to the abbey it's a lovely bar/restaurant with a huge outdoor stage area where you can watch cabaret,they also have a childs play area. so in short we had a fantastic time and the apartment is perfect for anybody.Thank you very much Ian booking with you was a pleasure.

We liked the apartment and especially the rooftop. Everything was as described and we had a wonderful vacation. The key holder Richard was available for whatever time we let him know. Having access to a rooftop and a shared community pool was great. Kitchen was also well equipped. It is has just enough space for 4 people. Thanks for letting us stay at your apartment!

Excellent stay from start to finish

Excellent communication with the owner Ian before arriving and also Richard locally who met us at the property. The accommodation is as described and the location great. We have enjoyed lots of walking and cycling and the weather has been brilliant. Nothing is too far away and being able to walk to the local Aldi is a big bonus. Even though it is January there is lots of restaurants and bars open and we had a great time at the large Friday market in Torreviaja. We have found beautiful beaches with just a few people on them to enjoy the 20+ degree temperature. The roof terrace is amazing and has excellent views. Thanks Ian.

Peaceful

Initial contract very good. All questions asked were answered promptly. Accommodated well for my 4 month old too. Was very clean upon arrival and in a nice peaceful neighbourhood. Was only short walking distance to via park and aldi and a nice cut through to get to my grandparents. Will stay here again in the future.

Home from home

Booked for 7 week stay (currently on our third week). The apartment is perfectly equipped for long term stay and looking forward to rest of stay. Aldi and two small commercial centres with bars and restaurants within easy 5-10 minute walk. Walk to the beach or La Zenia Boulevard is about 45 minutes. The apartment is surrounded with a mix of holiday let's and long term let's with neighbour informing us that peak season can be busy. Here late September/October weather has been fab and pools to ourselves.The roof terrace is perfect, good views, comfortable sunbeds, large parasol for shade and a shower to cool off. We drove down from UK so having car here for a long stay is a bonus.For anyone thinking of driving I can recommend it. We took Portsmoth to Le Havre ferry, stayed near Bordeaux first night, Teruel for second night then half a day travel to apt. Cost of tolls £70, Hotels £112 and petrol £140. The roads all the way were traffic free,no roadworks,no accidents, no hold ups, much better than UK. Overall can't fault apt, contact with owner for minor issues was easy and dealt with quickly. Would recommend and would book again.

Great place to stay

Great holiday from start to finish. From the booking process to leaving. Lovely clean apartment with everything you need for your stay. We had no problems whilst we were there so didn’t need to contact the key holder Caz. I’m sure Caz would have gone out of her way if we needed any help. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a lovely big roof solarium with plenty of sun lounges and table and chairs. It is close to the amenities within a short walk. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anybody.

An ideal Winter Break

We took a short break in January and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well equipped and personally serviced apartment. The rooftop area proved to be the place for relaxing when not exploring the local area, and we enjoyed the warm weather in great comfort and safety. A car for a short stay would be essential but there are local amenities within walking distance, my husband was able to watch his favourite team in the local bar and managed make some new like minded friends. Overall the service both from Ian and Janette who looked after us whilst there, could not be faulted.

Good 2 bed house, with large roof top

The listing is accurate and the photos are representative. The roof space is huge with plenty of room for a large group to use and relax in. The indoor dining area was fine for us (just 2 of us) but a larger group would have to eat on the rooftop. We were pleased to see that basic cooking provisions such as salt, pepper, oil, ketchup etc were left by previous guests and not removed by cleaners which happens in some properties. If you are only eating in once or twice, the cost of buying these things is otherwise disproportionate. The property was clean and the owner provided great service - the info provided prior to setting off about the house and the area was top notch. We would recommend the property to a friend or relative. Local restaurants you should try - Nautilus serves great paella on the beach at Punta Prima and Punta Prima restaurant (further down the coast) served up a very good menu del dia - 3 courses + coffee for just 10 Euro. The local bar was very friendly and has Sky Sports etc. There is a well stocked ALDI very close by which we used every day for bread, wine, cheese etc. Very handy.

My husband and I had a wonderful time apartment.

The apartment was absolutely everything you would want. We know the area well and the apartment is just perfect. It is so good that we are goings back Iin September and hopefully June next year. - Ian doesn't know this yet. But hopefully will soon

I'm really passionate about renting our property out and take it very seriously. However, with that comes great responsibility when you think people are quite often deciding to have their only or main holiday in your property and are using their hard-earned money to pay for it.

Therefore, I go to great lengths to make sure the experience of booking the property is straightforward and hassle-free. If people are used to booking a 'package deal', going straight to the Owner can be a bit unnerving and so I think it is important to show this option is no less professional whilst also being more personal.

As for the property itself, I pride myself on continually improving it. Over the years a lot of time and money has been spent so that each and every year it has been improved in lots of small and big ways and the number of return guests is testament to the fact that we're getting it right.

I think the fantastic reviews say everything. However, the amazing comments from all kinds of different groups is amazing - it doesn't seem to matter how young or old guests are, whether adults only or with children, everyone seems to really enjoy not only the apartment but the area.

I would encourage people to use our property as a base as to only see the immediate area would be a missed opportunity - there are some great places to visit and explore within a short drive. However, if all you want is to put your feet up and relax then that's fine and we've made sure you can do that both inside and outside.

The apartment strikes the right balance of being homely without feeling like you're stopping in someone else's home.

We have air con throughout whereas most properties of this size may only have it in the lounge and/or 1 bedroom; we have units in both bedrooms and the lounge.

We've effectively extended the inside of the property by enclosing a terrace. You can open all the windows when it's warm but it makes this a space you can use all day and all year making it feel much more comfortable.

Overall, the property is furnished to a very good, comfortable standard and we keep it that way. So when we are there, we always set aside time to do any repairs or touch up the paintwork, and generally think about how we can improve the apartment. When I think about how much it has changed in the last few years it is amazing and I hope to keep saying that for many years to come.
