Casa Julieta - un grande, villa de la familia en la soleada, Sotogrande segura

Soy una vida de Gibraltar en Londres - como la mayoría de los gibraltareños Me encanta el sol y la comida mediterránea del sur de España. Me encanta visitar tan a menudo como puedo - nuestra Casa es el lugar favorito de mi familia para venir juntos - ya que es mi marido y los niños o de mi gran familia que viven en el Rock o cerca por en España.

Sotogrande es una gran propiedad privada. Tiene sus propias entradas tripulados seguras. Es una comunidad mixta de personas que viven y trabajan allí durante todo el año además de los turistas de toda Europa. Ofrece un entorno clásico del sur de Europa, con playas, golf, tenis, deportes acuáticos y fácil acceso a la Costa del Sol y Costa del Luz. Gibraltar está a 20 minutos en coche y Málaga está a 50 minutos utilizando la autopista de peaje de fácil acceso.

Bueno, playas, arena de seguridad (Torreguardiaro) están a cinco minutos en coche, pero toda la costa es una playa larga - y camas de playa y sombrillas están disponibles en casi todas las playas en estos días.

LA VILLA
Nuestra villa es una familia perfecta (o familias) para pasar las vacaciones españolas.

Se puede alojar cómodamente a 10.

La casa principal tiene tres habitaciones (dos dobles y una individual) - y un sofá dormitorio de repuesto si es necesario. Cada habitación tiene su propio cuarto de baño con ducha - el dormitorio principal también tiene una bañera de hidromasaje. El anexo dispone de una habitación más pequeña zona de cocina doble y una individual. La piscina está situada en el amplio jardín maduro que tiene amplias zonas de sol y sombra.

El edificio anexo al lado de la casa tiene una doble y una habitación doble con su propio cuarto de baño y una pequeña zona de la cocina - y es perfecto para una familia de cuatro o como lo usamos para dar a los clientes o adolescentes de su propio espacio.

La cocina / comedor está bien equipada con electrodomésticos modernos y utensilios de cocina como yo si te gusta cocinar o como mi marido al fuego de la barbacoa de gas o carbón de leña de la chimenea tradicional.

Comer fuera es una de las mejores cosas de la vida Villa.

Hay una cuna de madera de buena calidad y sillas altas.

El lavadero tiene lavadora, secadora y repuesto nevera / congelador.

Hay naranja y aguacate árboles frutales.

Hay un puerto y / o estacionamiento externo fácil coche.

INSTALACIONES
El salón principal tiene un nuevo televisor y reproductor de DVD pantalla plana marca con una gama completa de canales del Reino Unido por satélite (incl. Deportes y películas más películas a la carta). Hay también alrededor de 100 películas en DVD.

También hay una sala de proyección de películas con reproductor de DVD además de Xbox360, PS2 y PS3.
Conexión Wi-Fi a través de cable de fibra óptica.

La piscina cuenta con tumbonas, una hamaca y un montón de juguetes para la piscina, flotadores, etc.

Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado.

ADMINISTRACIÓN LOCAL
Tenemos los administradores de propiedades locales que están siempre a mano para ayudar con preguntas o consultas o cualquier pequeños problemas.

LUGAR
Hay tres principales supermercados a menos de diez minutos en coche - Supercor (un equivalente Waitrose), Mercadona (equivalente de un Sainsbury) y hay un Lidl.

En 5 minutos a pie se encuentra el complejo Paniagua, donde encontrará una gran tienda de café español, peluquería, tienda de periódicos, farmacia y un par de buenos restaurantes.

La Marina de Sotogrande está a cinco minutos en coche - perfecto para un paseo por la noche o comida o un helado (helado).

El pueblo más cercano es Pueblo Nuevo - una ciudad de trabajo - que también está a 5 minutos en coche - aquí hay un montón de desayuno encantador (desayunos) y las opciones de cafeterías además de algunas pequeñas tiendas de comestibles, que siempre está abierta los domingos - no es el caso para todos los grandes supermercados .

Y MÁS ALLÁ
Si se dirige hacia el oeste de Marbella - encontrará el clásico de la Costa del Sol frente a la playa de las ciudades como Estepona, San Luis de Sabinillas y San Pedro.

Si se dirige este hacia (y más allá) Algeciras se encuentra el parque acuático Bahía - un gran día. Y a partir de ahí es la costa atlántica que incluye el famoso centro de surf Tarifa y millas de playas desiertas. Este antiguo litoral, la pesca está mucho menos desarrollada que la Costa del Sol y no hay mucho que explorar.

Y, por supuesto, África del norte y las ciudades costeras de Marruecos son sólo 30 minutos en hidroplano de inmediato si quieres probar el zumbido embriagador de Tánger.

This is a lovely villa, with four beds all with en suite. Its location is perfect and the host was very helpful. I would certainly recommend it.

Great Garden & Well Appointed

We enjoyed a week at Casa Julieta with family and our young children and had a great time. There was plenty of room, and having a couple of bedrooms in the pool house meant there was some private space, even in a larger group. Juliette was great to deal with and helpful with our early check in request. The house is really well appointed, although there’s only air conditioning in the bedrooms, which meant it did get pretty hot in the communal areas, but we were there during a very hot spell of weather. We very much enjoyed our stay.

A fantastic place to stay

Over the years we have stayed in various villas in Sotogrande, and this one is the best. It felt like a home from home, well situated on the Costa side in a quiet location with walking distance to local restaurants. A really well thought out holiday home. Lovely gardens & pool and the additional bedrooms in the pool room were an added bonus to give our teenage children a bit of independence. Juliette the host was really quick and helpful with any questions/communication we had. Next time we head to Sotogrande, we will definitely look to book here again. Highly recommend.

They say you get what you pay for and Casa Julieta met and exceeded all of our expectations. The house was spotless and provided everything we needed and the pool house was and ideal hideaway ideal for our 3 teenagers. The pool is stunning and big with plenty of sun beds for a family of 8. Finally Juliette our host was amazing and responsive and made the whole experience one that I would definely want to do again. Until the next time 😀😀😀😀

Best Experience Ever

Juliette's beautiful property in Sotogrande was all we could have asked for and more. The photos are amazing but they still don't do the property justice. We were a group of 10 and sleeping arrangements could not have been better. Everyone had there own rooms with separate bathrooms. All bedrooms/bathrooms were generous in size just perfect for everyone. Like the property, the location is idyllic. Just so many places to visit within an a few hours drive at the most and we had great recommendations from Juliette about what to see and do. Some of the Highlights were, the visit to the Rock of Gibraltar just 25mins away, to the beautiful Hertaige listed town of Ronda with its stunning canyon views, and the day trip to Tangier that can be done easily if you have a car. Juliette is the best person to deal with. Communication was clear and easy and she was so responsive. This honestly was the best holiday stay we have ever had. It comes with my highest recommendation. We made memories that will last a lifetime. Thanks so much Juliette for being such a big part of it for us!!

Wonderful Stay and would definitely return.

Firstly I just want to say what a wonderful host Juliette is. She was available for queries, very helpful and always prompt and polite with her responses. My family of 5 (3 kids 3 -18) stayed with my parents and my brother. We all had a wonderful time. The annexe/pool house was perfect for my husband and I and the two youngest. It was quiet for the kids at bedtime and in the morning when they wanted a lie in and close to us so that they weren’t worried about being in a new place. Also good for when they needed the loo after being in the pool. The house is on a junction so occasionally a bit noisy when a loud scooter goes past but it is mostly lovely and quiet and relaxing. The main house was lovely and had everything we needed to cook when we stayed in. All bedrooms have A/C and while the main house doesn’t this wasn’t an issue for us as we were either outside or going to bed. The house is in a great location. There is a wonderful Italian (not just pizza) 5 mins walk away, also a newsagents and a few coffee shops, a bar and a pharmacy. There are two supermarkets a 15 min walk away, supermercado and mercado. Mercado is the slightly cheaper of the two. We used both for the different things. You can also go across the road where there are other shops including where you can buy inflatables. Cabs are plentiful but expensive, €20 for 5min journey but still cheaper than us hiring a minivan for 8. Hiring a car would be easier though and good for exploring further

Nice Family holidays

The house is as described. Well equipped for 10 people. A lot of plates, glasses, pans to cook and enjoy meals. …. All the rooms are large. The garden is wonderful, well maintained. The pool is big and clean. A/C in all bedrooms but not in living room which is sometimes missing. The beds are very good quality. The owner Juliette responds very quickly and in case, local people come to repair or help that we appreciated a lot. However the kitchen ( furnitures and fridges) may need some renewal. There are several steps ( stairs of 1 or 2 steps) to go from one room to another that could be dangerous for young children. The global impression is very positive and I recommend this property.

Completo y equipado

Casa completamente equipada con detalles de la propiedad que hacían sentirse un hogar más que una casa de alquiler vacacional. Habitaciones espaciosas, cocina completamente dotada, barbacoa exterior, piscina y jardín muy cuidado y en el exterior, zona tranquila.

Amazing holiday

We have had a lovely stay in Villa Julieta. The house is fully equipped and the garden and the swimming pool just fantastic. My children,particularly, have enjoyed it incredibly. Juliette has always been available for any thing we needed and has made our stay even easier. Overall, incredible and relaxing summer holidays. Hope to be able to come back! Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en Villa Julieta. La casa está completamente equipada y el jardín y la piscina son simplemente fantásticos. Mis hijos, particularmente, la han disfrutado enormemente. Juliette siempre ha estado disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitábamos y ha hecho nuestra estancia todavía mejor. En general, han sido unas vacaciones increíbles y relajantes. ¡Esperamos poder volver!

Excellent stay in a perfect holiday house

The house is exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. It is fully equipped and very comfortable, perfect for a group of up to 10 people. It is very conveniently located 2 minutes from the main grocery stores, 5 minutes from the beaches, the golf courses, the port, etc. And to make things even better, Juliette, the owner, was extremely nice and always available to make everything easy for us. She was very responsive and very effficient in dealing with any request or questions we had.

Home from Home

We have just returned from a wonderful two weeks in Spain. The villa was exactly as described only better. Really clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Really enjoyed the pool and garden and eating alfresco and enjoyed relaxing in front of the tv on occasions. A nice area with some good local restaurants only 5 mins away by car. Lots to do in the area, we really enjoyed our day trip to Tarifa and the whale watching trip. Thanks Juliette for letting us share your lovely villa. It was our first villa holiday and I think we may have been spoilt!

Super Stay

Our extended famy had an excellent stay with BBQs most days, table tennis competitions and Uno championships in the evening! Excellent location for trips to Gibraltar to see family as well as visiting other parts of the coastline.

Fantastic large family villa in beautifully maintained surroundings with something for everyone

We stayed for two weeks in Late June 2018; Casa Julieta is a real gem which is well located in a quiet secure area but with lots of amenities nearby. There were 9 adults staying but the villa is so well equipped and laid out that there are great family areas but also secluded balconies, quiet areas and a games room which provides escape if desired. The off street secure parking accommodates two large vehicles and the garden is beautifully maintained. A large swimming pool which is ideally positioned and well maintained, together with table-tennis provided great entertainment and the garden allowed alternatives to pool sitting and some shade. The house is extremely well furnished; bedrooms are spacious with air conditioning and a large lounge that has a great library of books, films and internet TV. The kitchen is large, well equipped - great for family cooking with indoor and outside family tables and the large gas bbq was well used. Juliette is a great owner who was very responsive to communication, has a local team who maintain the grounds, pool and are available. There are several golf courses nearby (LaCanada recommended), tennis (hardcourt and clay), and all the restaurants, shops and beaches around Sotogrande port. Day trips to Gibraltar, Tarifa and Ronda are easy to do as well. We had the most wonderful stay and highly recommend Juliette and Casa Julieta.

Fantastic property in a great location, very clean, host lovely & very helpful.

Perfect for a large family, fantastic property, well equipped kitchen, lovely pool, media entertainment a big bonus. I was surprised to find two bedrooms in the pool house so separate to the main house which is worth bearing in mind if you have small children. Lovely to stay in rented accommodation with no hidden costs! And plenty of towels included! Very accommodating & helpful host, would highly recommend.

Great Getaway on Costa Del Sol

We very much enjoyed our stay at this great villa in Sotogrande. The huge house provided plenty of place for our family. The amenities offered by the host included great kitchen appliances, a gas BBQ, plenty of toys for the kids, a ping pong table, a great cable and DVD collection and many more little details left not much to desire. The large size garden and pool area were awesome and we spent most of the day in the backyard. All of us were sad to leave as we could have easily spent a few more days...

The perfect house for a large group, in a fantastic area

We are 2 families with 5 teenage boys between us and have been holidaying together for 6 years or more and this is by far the best house we have ever stayed in. When booking a villa (within budget) there is usually a compromise to be made..but not in this case. The house is light and airy and exceptionally well laid out for 2 families. Two master bedroom suites with great en-suite bathrooms and lots of drawer and hanging space meant that there was no short straw for the grownups! The youngest chose to stay in the house with the adults and the 4 older teens had the pool house. The Pool house is a great addition...fully air conditioned with and open plan area with 1 double (2 boys shared) and a separate bedroom with 2 singles for the other 2 boys. They had an en-suite shower room and small galley kitchen between them.....roll out of bed and onto a sun bed! The main house was very nicely furnished and exceptionally well equipped......we like to cook at home a lot and there was everything we needed and more. (fabulous big gas BBQ!) The outside eating area sat 10, and a separate sofa area right outside the open plan kitchen dinner provided a chill out area in shade most of the day. The boys loved the table tennis, the pool was wonderful, and the grass area big enough for garden cricket. The gated community in which this house sits provided a Polo club (great spectator sport and evenings drink venue), a tennis club (book on the day..very friendly) and a marina side shopping and bar/ restaurant complex which would not have been out of place on the French Riviera. There was also dingy sailing and canoeing on the Soto grande river, and lots of local restaurants and cafe's. We had a fabulous week- would thoroughly recommend!!

Très belle villa et super confortable !!

La villa est tout simplement magnifique ! Très spacieuse, super confortable et l'équipement au top. Très belle pelouse avec une piscine pour se détendre. J'étais enchanté par cette villa qui restera gravé dans mes souvenirs pour toujours.
