Nuestra nueva villa de lujo ha sido terminada con un estándar muy alto

Dormitorio principal con cama King size y amplio balcón arriba junto a una habitación con dos camas y baño completo

Habitación con cama doble en la planta baja con baño con ducha y lavabo

Todas las camas tienen colchones de calidad con adornos de espuma viscoelástica y están hechas con lino blanco 100% egipcio. Se suministran toallas de baño esponjosas de gran tamaño, secador de pelo y alfombras de baño.

La villa dispone de aire acondicionado y todas las habitaciones están equipadas con ventiladores de techo con control remoto. Las ventanas y puertas están equipadas con mosquiteras.

El área abierta de sala y comedor incluye un televisor inteligente de 50 "con reproductor de sonido DVD Blue Ray y Bose que se puede conectar a su iPad o teléfono a través de Bluetooth
Internet gratis y WiFi en cada habitación

Una villa preciosa

Es una urbanización privada,con parkin y piscina, esta en la afueras de un pueblo a 5 minutos andando al centro d san cayetano. Me ha encantado la casa , el dueño la tiene muy bien equipada, terraza completa habitaciones con buenas camas y zonas comunes preciosas, para mi un 10 en todo, espectacular.

Great holiday

Better than described. Jess went above and beyond, given our later evening arrival. Shaun came to see us and was delightful. The village was a 5 minute walk for everything we needed. We would highly recommend this property and would return 😊 Elaine, Deb and Libby.

Last minute gem

We booked this property very last minute as had a water leak where we currently were. We were able speak to the owner on the phone as soon as we booked who told us everything we needed to know. In all honesty we thought for the price it was going to be too good to be true - how wrong we were! The advert under sells the property, it was even better in person. Absolutely immaculate and everything you needed and more. There was a folder with all info needed clearly, very handy! The outdoor sitting area was fantastic, and very private. The whole complex was very quiet, and despite it being the middle of summer holidays the pool was very quiet which was lovely. The area is beautiful and well kept. Complete ease booking in and out, we were even allowed to stay a bit later so we could get our evening flight. Fab for famalies and kids, massive washing machine, great kitchen, 2 bathrooms etc. Parking was great, lots of space and right by villas. We would stay again for sure, Absolutely loved it, as did the kids! Thank you for letting us come!

Second stay

We have stayed here before and was a lovely property and great value. Had another great stay, the pool facilities are brilliant and for young kids ideal. The house is clean and well equipped with everything you should need. Having been here before we discovered a few more local locations. I would say a car is a needed, as around 10-15 mins to beaches and other coastal resorts.

Ontspanning

De woning lijkt op de foto's ruimer dan dan dat het in werkelijkheid is. het betreft een hoekrijtjeswoning met een gezamenlijk zwembad. Het huis heeft alle benodigdheden en licht op het zuid oosten, dus tot een uurtje of 17 zon en dan kan je verhuizen naar het zwembad. Je hebt wel echt een auto nodig, want ligt afgelegen van de grotere steden, stranden en supermarkten. Maar met de auto is het goed te doen.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans notre résidence, très grande piscine, au calme. La propriété est grande, propre avec une grande terrasse très agréable pour se retrouver en famille. À proximité, de nombreuses plages à découvrir, à seulement quelques minutes en voiture. Seul petit bémol, nous avons trouvé cela dommage que la gérante immobilière ne nous ait pas adressé la parole durant notre séjour malgré les fois où nous l’avons croisé. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer d’excellentes vacances !

Excellent property

The property was very nice. All very clean and had all the amenities we required. San Cayetano is a about 10-15 mins from main towns with restaurants etc and the beach but this is explained in the details to the property, but a car is probably necessary. The pool was fantastic we spent most of our time there with our young-ish kids who had a great time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely well equipped villa

Great 2 week holiday staying at this modern, well equipped villa. Quiet location - car a necessity. Great pool which the kids loved. Fantastic aircon, crucial mid summer. Fab TV system and Bose speaker system. Nice outdoor area. Very punctual and positive communication with the owner prior to our stay, which was great for confidence considering Covid travel concerns.

Residence charmante

La maison était telle que décrite, accueil excellent, résidence charmante et fleurie ,piscine très bien et calme Un seul petit bémol l’environnement est un peu désertique mais dès que vous rouler une dizaine de minutes vous avez de très jolies plages dont vous profiterez avec les sièges à disposition dans la maison. Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay. The Villa is very modern with all the equipment that we needed. It was very clean and Yvonne very helpful. The pool area is very nice and safe for small children. Lovely beaches are close by by car. I can highly recommend the villa.

Lovely house but location is not great

The house is lovely and the urbanisation is well kept. The house manager was very helpful throughout. The village in our opinion is a let down. We found lots of rubbish with little in the way of bars and restaurants. We recommend anyone using the villa has a car to get to busier areas with more activity. The pool area here is fantastic.

Fantastic Holiday 2019

We have arrived back from an amazing holiday in San Cayetano. From start to finish the whole experience was brilliant. Communication with the owner was excellent and very helpful in relation to the factilies and also information on the best flights to take. On arrival everyone was very friendly and we were shown around the villa and advised on where to go, including assistance with taxi service. Ideally a car would be useful but we chose to have a drive free holiday and this worked well as the taxi service was very good. The local town is within walking distance and has a local shop which has everything you need in it. The bakery is particularly nice for fresh bread in a morning. There are a few local bars which again are very friendly and welcoming. We arrived as the fiesta was being celebrated and this allowed us to join in the celebrations which was lovely to part of the culture in the village. The property has everything that you could wish for. Attention to detail is spot on and it is a very relaxing and homely place. There were 6 of us in the villa and it was very comfortable and relaxing. The pool was very nice and clean and not too crowded and the kids had a fantastic time and us too! We would highly recommend this place and would not hesitate in booking again.

San Cayetano, village near the sea

The townhouse was excellent, photos on website were exactly the same with what you see. It was 3 problems when we arrive to Spain: 1) we could not find the San Cayetano via GPS in the car, maybe because car was from France 2) we could not enter the house on time, no one inside was waiting for us 3) the BBQ was in very bad condition. I can say no BBQ, better if you bring your own BBQ. We bought some small equipment to make bbq by ourself. The San Cayetano is good and safety place. We like it. You can not reach a beach by walk. There are 2 nearest beaches: mar minor (good for children and no waves) and playa las higuericas. The first one in 10 mins drive, second 15 mins drive. Both are excellent. Thank you for owner, we spend a good time there.

Our Great Holiday in San Cayetano

The property condition and outside was outstanding, with all of the facilities and equipment you would expect from such a high spec property. We had a wonderful time staying in the property and the wonderful friendly village of San Cayetano.

Fantastic Holiday House

We stayed in Shaun's house in June 2018, it is situated in a quiet location and it really is a home from home. It is spotless and furnished to a very high standard, great beds too resulting in a good nights sleep. The pool is lovely and we quite often had it to ourselves, the only issue we had was there were no lay down sun loungers to take to the pool just reclining chairs, which albeit comfortable were not ideal. The beach is about 15 mins away by car, unfortunately there are no buses through the village. Yvonne who manages the property is lovely and really friendly, helpful and informative. She supplied us with a more than ample "very welcome" pack as the shop is a little walk from the property. She introduced us to some of the residents, directed us to the bars and kept us informed of any events happening in the village. Although small San Cayetano has a few bars with a couple of them serving food. There is a great community feel and we got to know a few of the locals too in our week there, don't miss quiz night at Mady's on a Monday. There are a couple of small supermarkets, a bakery and tobacconist which we found more than adequate for our stay. If you are looking for quiet, relaxing, holiday without the hustle and bustle then look no further you won't be disappointed.

Having owned a property in San Cayetano for the past 10 years, now seemed an excellent time to purchase a holiday rental for both family, friends and holiday makers. Excellently located from the airport of Murcia International, Alicante airport and the beaches of Los Alcazares, the villa is just 10 minutes from most locations by car and a couple of minutes to the shops bars and restaurants of the local village

The property is set in a very friendly gated community with its own pool. The large L shaped patio terrace has plenty of space for outside dinning, reading and relaxing. The sun balcony from the master bedroom makes a perfect place to read and relax.

The villa has been furnished very tastefully and comfortably. All the beds are fitted with deep luxurious mattresses, bedding and oversized towels. Fully air conditioned and ceiling fans fitted to all rooms

All the mod cons you’d expect to find like dishwasher, microwave, Dyson hoover, 55” flat screen TV with blu ray player and mini Boss sound speaker.

We hope we’ve thought of everything and even include beach towels, cool box and deck chairs.
