Nuestra casa es una casa grande, decoradas con buen gusto y funcional con muchas ventajas: Está a sólo 10 minutos de Marbella, a 2 minutos de Elviria y de moda Nikki Beach se encuentra allí; .. a poca distancia de hermosas playas, muy bonito campo de golf y un premiado Cabopino Marina, con buenos restaurantes y hermosos yates y puntos de vista. Además, la casa cuenta con una fantástica terraza con tumbonas, mesa de comedor, sillas, una barbacoa y wifi gratis aquí. Por lo tanto en verano como en invierno se puede disfrutar de un clima soleado maravillosa de la Costa del Sol. Las vistas desde aquí son fantásticos; en algunos días incluso se puede ver Gibraltar y la costa africana. La casa tiene una cocina abierta con una zona de comedor y de estar abierta (con TV de pantalla plana y canales internacionales). La sala de estar, se siente una amplia terraza cubierta. Las habitaciones dobles de arriba ambos tienen cuarto de baño. Las habitaciones dobles comparten un cuarto de baño de la planta baja. Una de estas habitaciones también se puede utilizar como una sala de televisión. Todas las habitaciones tienen grandes armarios. Hay una piscina comunitaria con duchas y aseos. Aire acondicionado y Wi-Fi está en todas partes en la casa. También tenemos un libro de actividades diseñadas para que usted no tiene que hacer la investigación primero si quieres un día de distancia (Malaga, Ronda?). (Alquiler) coche es recomendable si quieres descubrir el entorno y las diferentes partes de Marbella .. Eva le espera en casa para entregar la llave. También se pueden recoger desde el aeropuerto si desea alquilar un coche. Porque Covid, puede hacer reservas para los meses de enero a abril y recuperar su dinero cuando no pueda llegar. Si no puede venir en temporada alta, cambiamos su reserva o le devolveremos el dinero si podemos alquilar el mismo período. Siempre tenemos ofertas atractivas para los huéspedes que quieran pasar el invierno en Andalusia. Especialmente en tiempos de Covid es muy saludable y seguro aquí en Cabopino; tasa de contaminación muy baja, a menudo al aire libre, con mucho espacio y poca gente.

Marbella Home Base

Property was as described in a great location that was central to touring the surrounding cities. Well equipped and very clean property. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others without hesitation.

Nice holiday resort

Located in a quiet area of Cabo Pino with 15 minute walk to the beach. Good bars and Marina. Just lacking a decent supermarket near by.

The perfekt house for a calm week in Spain

We loved the terrace it’s perfect for long dinners in the sunset. Also the grill was a nice touch to it. The pool was deep so that was nice but it is not connected with the house, you have to go around. Overall a we had a great time and a super helpful host!

Highly recommended!

This was our first trip to Spain and were with friends, so three couples in total. Eva was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us the place, along with helpful tips on where to eat and get groceries. The place appeared exactly as the picture showed, very clean and easily accommodating eight people. It is five minutes drive from the beach and 15 to downtown Marbella, and great location for day trips. Highly recommended.

Family friendly property

Walking distance to the beach and great restaurants, pool was great for the kids. Loads of outdoor space, we particularly enjoyed the roof terrace. Eva is a great host-very helpful.

Very nice Townhouse

We where 4 adults living in this very nice townhouse for a week. Its very easy to find and the landlord was very helpful. Perfect for golfers and easy to park outside. We will definitely recommend this house.

Great Villa

We absolutely loved our stay at Eva's lovely villa. The views were amazing from the roof top terrace and my wife loved the great artwork on display. Eva was an awesome host, even assisting us with an errand. Our next trip to Marbella will definitely include booking this property.

Amazing 50th Birthday

Both friends and family stayed to help me celebrate my 50th birthday. The villa was close enough to everything and has great views. Eva, the hostess was really helpful and was very prompt to respond to any queries. I would stay here again.

Great hols with family and grand children.

Great Villa, plenty of space for the 7 of us. Fab views of sunset from Solarium. Weather was perfect so everything just fell into place. Many toys and inflatables for the children to share. Quite brilliant!!

A fantastic few days

The apartment was fantastic and perfect for our family of 7. We used the pool plenty of times and there was never anyone else there! The rooftop has lovely views and we had many bbqs. Less than 15 mins walk to the beach with plenty of places to eat & drink. Check in was very easy. All in all a great stay. Would recommend

Great place and that view!!!

We were with two families and loved this spacious house and that fabulous roof terrace! We’ve been out and about a lot but it was always good to come ‘home’ and have a drink and relax on one of the sunbeds upstairs while the kids went straight to the pool. We especially liked the various little restaurants on the beach. The roof top BBQ is super cool too.

I want to live here

The property was very tastefully done and enormous! 3 floors, patios AND the rooftop terrace? I wish we had a larger family! We had a car, so the location was perfect for trips to Marbella and Malaga (and less than 1.5 hours to Ronda). Eva was very kind, helpful, and responsive. Great stay

Comfortable house in a good location

Översättningsresultat A very well planned house. Comfortable with the terrace and the kitchen on the same level. A little mishap with the curtain was arranged immediately. There was little base with spices which made it easier. Kitchen equipment was in good condition! Nice with the bar counter. The roof terrace was very large and private, which however limited the views. Quiet surroundings with a nice view over hole 6 on the Cabopino golf course.

Family Holiday

spacious and clean town house equipped with everything needed, nice swimming pool area, which most days we had to ourselves. Very quite location, which although was lovely, it is remote and we feel a car is needed. Very hilly with not a lot local. We did venture to the bus stop which wasn’t far and was easy to use and good value to explore. Eve was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The only negative we felt would be the bedding and towels where tired, old and well used, could do with being renewed.

Friendly host, clean property, and great location!

Ava was amazing! She responded to every question and concern we had in a timely manner, and she was very friendly. She made suggestions about how to get where we needed to go, or things to see. As for the property, our group of eight adults - some family and some friends - had plenty of space to spread out or spend time together. The property is in a great location! It’s walkable to the beach, pool, a small grocery store, and a few restaurants as well. We had two cars, so having parking included was very convenient! We placed one in the garage and parked the other on the street. We definitely enjoyed our beach days, but we were also able to drive to the border with Gibraltar, to the ferry that took us to Morocco, and to the mountains to hike the Caminito del Rey. Aside from the location, the property was clean, spacious, and had great views. The rooftop gathering area was beautiful and there was a nice sun protected sitting area outside on the main level. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space to sleep all eight of us. There was air conditioning available, but we only used it at night, since we could open plenty of doors and windows to get cross breezes during the day. I highly recommend this location for your next vacation! Marbella and its surrounding areas paired with Ava’s property will set you up for a great experience!

In principle a great property but the pool was under construction and the host unwilling to refund

This is a tricky review to write because in principle the property is great and the host is properly a great host under normal circumstances. These were, however, not normal circumstances. 36 hours before our arrival the host informed us that the communal pool, which is normally accessible to guests and which is featured on the property’s website, was under construction and would not be done in time for our arrival. This was a rather big issue as we were traveling with three children including an infant. We had looked at many properties and had selected this one because of the easy access to the pool - allowing the bigger kids to hang out there with the grown-ups going back in forth with the baby. It was also something the host could probably have predicted much sooner - giving us a chance to cancel and find an alternative propoerty. The host did try to come up with alternatives including using the neighbors’ neighbor’s pool, which unfortunately turned out to be a bit of a dirty construction site and very hard to get to – particularly with a pram. She also offered that we could use the pool at their private house, which is around 10 minutes’ drive away. Hence, it was not for the lack of trying but none of the options worked out logistically with an infant in tow. With ten days of vacation in front of us we therefore asked for a refund as access to a pool similar to the one, which would normally have been accessible, really did turn out to be critical – also after having tried out both alternatives. This would have allowed us to find another place as this property simply did not have the amenities promised. We rent out our own summerhouse and have given full refunds if something hasn’t been working properly. It was not the host’s fault that the pool was under construction and she did indeed try to find a solution. However, a rental property is at the end of the day a good that one sells and the quality and a nature of it obviously needs to match the description or a full refund is in its place even if it means losing out on rental income. That is certainly how trust-based systems like Home Away ought to work. The host refused to refund even half the rental price, which we had proposed as a compromise. Instead, she offered us a 200 euro discount, which evidently did not help much now that we needed to find another property at short notice.

Nettes Haus nicht weit vom Strand

Ein sehr nett eingerichtetes und sauberes Haus. Der Pool war für die Kids super. 2,20m tiefe. In 4 minuten mit dem auto ist man an einem sehr schönen Strand. Gute Gastronomie im Laufweite.

Schöne Tage in Marbella

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist toll. Das Haus ist ziemlich ringhörig, was je nach Nachbaren etwas mühsam sein kann. Etwas schade war, dass es mit 2 Kleinkinder nicht so einfach möglich war draussen zu essen. Alles auf die Dachterrasse zu tragen war mühsam. Eva ist eine nette Gastgeberin. Als lief unkompliziert ab.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Untertags waren wir viel unterwegs und haben sich in der näheren Umgebung (bis zu 100 km) die Sehenswürdigkeiten angesehen. Abends genossen wir den Tagesausklang auf der Terrasse. Also - sehr empfehlenswert und die Gastgeberin sehr nett.

Hello my name is Eva Meenhorst. We are a Dutch family of 6 living in Spain. We rent out our design holiday home in The Netherlands (Homeaway 1174826) and our Marbella house in Spain. We bought this house as first owners (2016) in Cabopino because of it's stunning roofterras (with BBQ) and the superb location; close to the beach, golf and even skiing in winter time. Besides it's close to all amenities like supermarkets, restaurants, marina, behemian surfer's beach, exclusive Nikki Beach, golf courses and Mabella itself.
