Villa del Mar es la villa de playa más grande en la costa norte de la República Dominicana. Con 13 habitaciones, 16 baños, ubicado dentro de una propiedad cerrada frente al mar, en la bahía de Cosón.
Cuenta con numerosas instalaciones como: gran piscina desbordante, jacuzzi climatizado, jardín de juegos para niños, mesa de billar, sala de ejercicios, wifi, TV, inversor, sala de masajes.
La villa se alquila con el servicio de dos limpieza, (8am - 5pm)
un chef, un barman, (8h de trabajo)
Un conductor y un mini bus.
Las Terrenas es la combinación perfecta de un pueblo de playa de ensueño y una ciudad cosmopolita. Su costa cuenta con múltiples playas impresionantes, así como una variedad de pequeños hoteles, bistros internacionales, boutiques de ropa y artesanías, restaurantes locales y bares animados. Si bien las playas de arena blanca ubicadas en la ciudad son buenas para nadar, las cercanas Playa Bonita y Playa Cosón te dejarán sin aliento.
Las noches cobran vida en Las Terrenas con bailes, desde bachata hasta R&B, y éxitos principales, a lo largo de la fila de bares y salones de Pueblo de los Pescadores, uniendo a los diversos residentes del área bajo las estrellas.

Vacation and Wedding

We brought family and friends to Villa Del Mar for a week long stay. We hosted our wedding at the villa as well. We had a wonderful experience. The food was fabulous. Omar, Joel, and Jose were so nice and helpful. Rebecca went above and beyond to help me plan the wedding for 10 months prior to our arrival. She was great at communicating and she answered every question I had and made sure we had everything we needed/wanted for our big day. She also came to check in periodically during our stay. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Family Reunion 2024

Fabulous place to stay and unwind. The staff is great especially OMar and Jose ! Rebecca is completely awesome for all your communications and a great manager. The property is 4 star and could be 5 star with some upgrading. Watch out for the mosquitos after rain storms. Overall a great place !

From the moment my group walked into the house they were very impressed. The pictures don't do the house justice. Rebecca was sooo easy to work with and very attentive. WAY Better than we could have ever expected!

We chose Villa del Mar b/c had a huge family group (16 adults & 11 kids) so naturally needed a large space and this place did not disappoint! Everything here was incredible - the house, the rooms, the pool, the beach, everything! And more than that the staff was absolutely amazing. Rebecca was super helpful and communicative leading up to the trip. Deciding the nightly menu, organizing activities, booking transportation for a large group, she took care of everything! Omar's an amazing cook, Jose is the man, and really just everyone there was awesome. Really cannot recommend this place enough - book it as soon as you can!

Amazing House - Great location

The house was perfect. Big thank you to the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. We caught a marlin and some Mahi one of the days the the staff grilled up some of it and made ceviche with the rest. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s simply paradise

We had the best time at Villa Del Mar. Rebecca and the house is staff is simply amazing! The chef Omar and Sous Chef Joel día a beautiful job preparing our meals, our guests couldn’t stop telling us how amazing the food was. Our bartender Jose prepared the most amazing passion fruit mojitos and drinks. Their attention to detail is remarkable. The cleaning staff is also on point, the rooms equipped and cleaned just like a 5 star resort. We couldn’t be happier. We had an unforgettable vacation.

Amazing villa on the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa de Mar. We were five families with kids ranging from 2 to 12 and had plenty of space in the villa. The villa had everything we needed and we only left once or twice - pool, beach, spacious outdoors, amazing staff and chefs, and a really incredible property manager that was super responsive, easy to communicate with, and had the perfect level of supervision and hands off so we can relax. The staff/chef crew were so nice and helpful, and their food was delicious. The property manager also helped us arrange a catamaran excursion, which was a real memorable highlight! 5 out 5 stars. We will definitely be back!!

We had 22 in our group. 10 adults, 12 kids 14-17. The house was great, Omar and Jose were the best!!! Theresa and the cleaning ladies were the sweetest ever!!!! The beach...speechless. This is our third trip with this group and villa Del Mar and their staff are amazing!!!! Thank you martine for your amazing job answering all of our many questions. Tough vacation to beat.

Trip of a Lifetime

We stayed here with friends and family for our Wedding. It was unbelievable in every way. Rebecca helped me with questions and activities from 6 months out all the way to the day of. All the staff is amazing. We had 2 under 2 years old with us who loved the pool, and the beach. But be aware the house isn't made with safety of little kids in mind. That being said it has everything anyone whose staying there will need. If we can make it happen, we'll be back someday. Thank you to everyone at Villa Del Mar for making our wedding trip unforgettable!

great stay!

Awesome location, great staff and wonderful vacation. The crew were truly amazing, thank you to Omar/Miguel/Jose/Jenny? and i forget one more who cleaned the rooms. Thanks to the property managers who kindly left their fishing poles for us to use. Only issue we had was one side of the house didn't have hot water. I am completely fine with cold showers, but we had some young toddlers that needed hot baths in the evening. This was fixed mid-way through the stay. Again thanks again and we highly recommend this property. Nik and crw

Heaven on Earth

We were a group of 7 families bringing our sons as a graduation trip (23 people's. They’ve all grown up together playing sports together and will all be going off to college. The boys had a great time- pool volleyball, volleyball in the yard, spike ball, pool, ping pong, and paddle boards. The parents had an equally great time relaxing! There was plenty of room for us all. The house is spectacular. The staff is as amazing preparing drinks, three meals a day, and cleaning. The view and beach are beautiful. It is basically like a mini all-inclusive resort but you only have to share it with your friends/family. Rebecca, the house manager, was the best. Communication and planning with her was great. She set up our excursions (Laguna Dudú and snorkeling) and came by the house several times to discuss options with us. As others have said, you will need bug spray and you will need to be careful about slipping. We learned to put flip flops/shoes on as soon as getting out the pool or just walking around to help a bit with traction. You just have to be careful. This was definitely a trip of a lifetime and memories we’ll always remember! Wish we could have stayed much longer.

Awesome Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Del Mar. We were a group of 19 people ranging from 1 - 80 years young! The staff is absolutely amazing. we alll wanted to bring the chefs Omar and Jose' home with us. We did encounter a few problems with the air conditioning, but they were resolved on a timely matter. The floor around the pool is VERY slippery as stated by every review, but with caution we were safe. The beach area and water were fantastic. If you are a large group, it is the perfect house. The young adults that stayed up late did not keep up everyone else. Loved our trip

AMAZING Stay

So we stayed at Villa del Mar as a group of about 25 friends, after my husband and I got married in the city. AMAZING does not even begin to describe the experience. For starters, Rebecca (the property manager) is wonderful. She coordinates everything in advance for you, and has a list of activities with great vendors to work with. The staff at the villa are also phenomenal. We paid Rebecca in advance for our food and drinks, and the Omar always had delicious food ready and Jose had great drinks prepped. The villa is in pristine conditions, the rooms are gorgeous, and the beach is beautiful. Only thing is beware the mosquitos… but being a beach front property with an open concept, there’s really no getting around that aside from lots of bug spray haha. Overall, one of the best experiences we’ve ever had and would love to stay again! Thank you Rebecca and Shauna for everything!

EPIC Family Vacation - Exceeded Expectations

Every year our family does a beach vacation on the east coast in the US. I have 6 brothers and sisters and my mother has 16 Grandchildren. This year my Mother is turning 80 so we wanted to do something special. So we booked Villa Del Mar based on the web page and reviews. Our trip exceeded our expectations. Omar and Jose (cooks and bar tenders) were great. The meals were fabulous. How great is it to eat lunch on a bar stool in the house pool. Highly recommend the Pig Roast, it was awesome. We also rented Olivia's Sail Boat for the day and her crew was great. It was a much better value than the other excursions that were offered. Make sure you walk down to Luis's bar on the beach.

We had 24 of our family and closest friends come to villa Del Mar to celebrate my 50th birthday. Ages 14 - 77. We charted a bus from Santo Domingo and upon arrival our breath was taken away by the beauty of the property. We were greeted by all the staff with cocktails and appetizers. Everyone was very happy with the accommodations. Three meals were served each day with the ringing of the bell. To this day we are waiting for the bell to ring to eat 😁. Food was amazing!! Chef Omar and team did not disappoint. We chose fresh fish for most dinners with a pig roast one night. Our clothes were cleaned each day along with our rooms. We never lifted a hand. FABULOUS 50/25

My husband and I shared the villa with 24 other family and friends. Plenty of room and very clean. Rebecca is AMAZING! Very organized, helpful and prompt to respond. Highly recommend the buggy waterfall tour. You get to see all of the city. DuDu lagoon was gorgeous and worth the drive, able to see different part of the country. Do NOT recommend fishing (nothing caught but our own lines) Food was very flavorful, good and plenty for everyone. Breakfast could of had a little more variety. Gisele the bartender one day went above and beyond bringing us drinks to the pool, hot tub and kept the drink area really clean and dry. Jose could of been more consistent with drinks. Do be careful of the wet floor. The ladies did a Great job trying to keep it dry and clean. Miguel was very helpful when needing to go into town. Bring bug spray for Nosema, they started getting us after the storm 1/2 way through our week. 1 suggestion is bring smaller American bills. WATCH OUT for the luggage vultures at the airport when arriving and going to your shuttle bus to the villa. Make sure to pay only your bus driver upon arriving at the villa. I thought the 2 hour bus ride after flying was going to be rough and it was great to see the country, our bus driver was a very safe driver. No worry in the world, was a vacation of a life time! Can't wait to visit again. VERY BEAUTIFUL AND BREATHTAKING!
