Beautiful villa

My friends and I stayed in this lovely villa (7 of us) plenty of room the host was very accommodating with extra bedding and towel. Pool towels was also at the villa. When we arrived there was bottled water and bits for us to start our holiday, a really nice touch. The location of the villa was great nice and quiet, but walking distance to some lovely restaurants. And good supermarkets. We also walked to the local town and marina took us about 25mins, with taxis on hand if you don’t fancy the walk back, very reasonable in price. Overall can’t fault this villa at all everything you needed was there. Jeff is a very good host communication was great.

Summer stay

We stayed at this villa for a week and what a great week it was, lovely clean little villa with good access to local shops. A lovely little welcome pack made a nice surprise. Overall a great villa we hope to return to.

Wonderful

Another wonderful stay at Casa Rosa.. Highly recommended. Booked again for next year. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Pool area great with plenty of sun beds and shade if needed. Moraira town about 25/30 mins walk, 5 mins in a car. Lovely beaches… Hired our car from Car Rental Hub who brought it to the villa and collected.

We enjoyed staying at Casa Rosa a lot. It was great to have coffee and some food for breakfast already available in the house when we arrived. The location is super, enabling to enjoy the sun going down in the West until rather long in the evening. There are several very good restaurants nearby. A quiet neighbourhood, the Casa Rosa villa is highly recommended!

Delightful property

Fantastic villa. Maintained to a high-quality standard. Would have been nice to have had a meet and greet, for any queries that we had, such as how waste/rubbish should be dealt with, and where to take it. A few small bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and a short taxi ride away from the town of Moraira itself, where there are choices aplenty for food and entertainment. On the whole extremely pleased with the villa, and the host, and would love to come back and stay again

Wonderful

Fantastic villa. Stayed in Moraira many times in another fabulous villa across the road. On this visit there were six of us so needed something bigger and we weren’t disappointed. Air con in all the rooms which was a must because the weather was just perfect. The pool was a good size and plenty of seating areas for us all if we needed a little shade. Favourite place to eat was Algas beach bar with its fabulous views. Will definitely be booking for next year.

Small but perfectly formed

This villa is perfect. We came with our two daughters and their boyfriends. There was plenty of room to sit inside and also outside. There was plenty of space to sit and lounge around and we didn’t feel crowded with six adults. The AC was a real blessing with the August heat. The pool area was fantastic, with umbrellas for shade and sun loungers. A great outside shower for rinsing off too. A gas bbq which we used was fab. We are very familiar with Moraira having lived there 17 years ago, so it was lovely to be somewhere so familiar but also to see the changes. There was a lovely welcome pack on arrival which was fantastic given we arrived at 10.30pm and were all hungry. All in all everything was perfect with Casa Rosa and we can not recommend it enough.

Excellent villa in a great location.

Casa Rosa was everything we were hoping for an more. It’s a very comfortable, well equipped and private villa with plenty of space for a family. The fully air conditioned rooms were a dream in the heat with the dishwasher and washing machine making for an easy life. The pool although not huge was great and the gardens were beautiful with the added bonus of a gas bbq. The location is peaceful but within 5/10mins walk to plenty of bars, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets. A 20min walk will take you to some great beach bars and 40mins walk will take you to Moraira centre. If the walk back seems a long haul due to the heat then a taxi will cost around 9euro. The management team who live local were really helpful and the owner was very flexible and understanding throughout the changes that came with COVID. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Casa Rosa to family and friends and would love to return.

Magnifique !

Petite villa très fonctionnelle et tout confort avec un bel exterieur fleuri ! Bien située à environ 5 minutes du centre ville de Moraira où l'on peut trouver de très bons restaurants et de belles animations au mois de juillet, ambiance très familiale. Nous avons également pu profiter de très belles plages de sables et de galets idéales pour les amateurs de snorkeling comme nous. Les proprietaires sont très reactifs si besoin. Nous recommandons vraiment la villa et les alentours.

Casa Roda is een paradijsje. We hebben er 14 dagen genoten. Service was perfect.

Casa Rosa is een volledig ingericht en gezellig huis met een hele fijne tuin waar je erg privé zit met zwembad en de hele dag in de zon. Met restaurantjes en supermarkt in de buurt. Perfecte locatie voor een heerlijke vakantie

2 semaines ensoleillées dans un très beau cadre

Nous avons passé 14 jours très agréables dans cette villa bien située malgré la difficulté de laisser la liberté à notre chat en raison de trop nombreuses possibilités d’escapade d’autant qu’un autre chat semblait habitué des lieux. En résumé, maison très bien pour des vacances mais venez dans votre chat. Vaisselles très limite.

Villa agréable et spacieuse

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette villa qui est spacieuse et bien aménagée. Le séjour est grand et les chambres aussi (avec armoires de rangement). La climatisation dans toutes les pièces est agréable. La villa est équipé de volet en bois à l'intérieur. Le plus serait un grand réfrigérateur mais avec les 2 petits frigos, nous nous sommes débrouillés. L'extérieur avec piscine est plaisant avec 6 transats, une plancha, un barbecue, un joli coin repas et une naia très appréciable. La villa est située près d'un supermarché et d'une crique. Le centre ville est à quelques minutes en voiture. Les petits attentions de Jeff et Ray à notre arrivée ont été très appréciables (jus de fruits, lait, œufs, beurre, fruits, bouteille de mousseux). L'un comme l'autre sont très à l'écoute et réactifs et nous les en remercions.

Una semana 10

Hemos pasado una semana en esta maravillosa villa y la verdad que ha estado genial. Muy limpio y cuidado. Por ponerle alguna pega, la nevera es muy pequeña y hay que ir casi a diario a hacer la compra, por lo demás, sin pegas. Un sitio tranquilo, la orientación perfecta ya que da el sol todo el día. Repetiremos seguro.

Nice holidays in Casa Rosa

Nice villa, exactly what we were looking for. Not far from some “calas”, walking distance from restaurants and shops. Villa well furnished and clean. Just one thing : may be a coffee machine for non English people would be welcome. 😜 Thanks Jeff.

Bueno, aunque hay cosas que mejorar

El alojamiento esta bien, las camas son comodas y hay aire acondicionado paea estar comodp em casa por la noche también. Lo que me pareció que se puede mejorar es comtar con una nevera mas grande, puesto que las dos que tienen son pequeñas, y si te quedas muchos dias es muy complicado por la dalta de lugar y de frío suficiente. Se ppdria volpcar una de tamaño normal en el cuarto detras de la piscina. La terraza y la piscina son comodas. Mi hija disfrutó mucho. Sufrimos una invasión de cucarachas que supongo que tendrán que tratar. Pero bueno, pudimos terminar la semana de manera positiva. Está bastante equipada la casa, con utensillos de cocina suficientes. Lastima que la TV solo se podía ver en inglés,y las pelis disponibles, que son muchas, sin español, pero bueno podiamos escuchar la radio. Muy cerca de las calas de Moraira. En general la estancia fue buena. Gracias

Beautiful Villa, highly recommend

We had a fantastic time in this lovely Villa, the photos don't even do this justice, it is set in a peaceful location, but within walking distance of some lovely restaurants. Our daughter was happy as we had an excellent internet connection and she could also watch her favorite UK programs on the TV. I can't recommend this Villa enough, it was very clean well equipped and everything we needed to know was in the information provided from the owner or in the Villa guide book. This was our first visit, but definitely not our last.

Best dressed villa in Moraira !

We stayed in this villa for the first time this year and hopefully this wont be our last , the villa was simply lovely with high quality fittings even fluffy towels ! its the little things that count .We travel around Europe quite often and this villa is definitely one of the best . A very quiet area with lots of great restaurants around a great base to explore the Alicante coastline , our hosts were extremely helpful whatever time of day they were required , and prompt communication from the owner is always nice what more can I say except enjoy your future holiday .

Just spent 8 weeks in this lovely villa. Has everything you could need for a relaxing time. The location of the villa is prefect for a short walk to supermarkets and many eating places. The walk into the town of Moraira is lovely. Would highly recommend this villa, for that prefect holiday, long or short.

A wonderful villa

This was our first stay at Casa Rosa & we really loved the villa. It's in a quiet area but very close to the main coastal road with easy access to a nearby supermarket & restaurants. Only a 5 minute drive to the pretty town of Moraira which has a safe & sandy beach & many delightful restaurants. The villa is very homely, clean & comfortable with a great outside space. Plenty of sun loungers,umbrellas, dining furniture & a fabulous gas BBQ! Our grandchildren loved the pool too! There are villa managers on hand to sort out any issues. We had a fantastic,relaxing holiday & will definitely return.

Our Favourite Villa

We have just returned from our 4th stay at Casa Rosa and once again had a great stay. The villa is very comfortable and has everything required for a great holiday including pool, air con, Wi Fi and a gas Broil King BBQ. The location is perfect for us as it is within easy walking distance to the coast road with all it's restaurants and bars. There is also a large supermarket nearby. It is a very pleasant coastal walk to Moraira town ( approx. 2 Km ). The friendly management team are only a phone call away should you need them. We have booked again for next year and would recommend this villa to our family and friends.

fantastic villa!!!

This was our second stay in the villa and it was even better than the first! This villa is ideal for families and has such a lovely homely feel, it has everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be returning.

I live in Jersey, Channel Islands and have purchased a holiday home in an area of Spain that I love. I have children aged 9 and 11 and an extended family of all ages and feel that we have found both an ideal property and location for our holiday home that will see us use it regularly as well as share it with friends and guests.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I have purchased Casa Rosa having holidayed in Moraira and returned twice to find the ideal Villa for our needs and one that will appeal to holiday makers of all ages.

Moraira is an easy drive from either Alicante or Valencia airport - you access the motorway directly from Alicante airport and Moraira is less than 10 minutes from the motorway junction, making it very easy and straightforward to get to, which is important to us after a flight.

Moraira has a very child friendly beach and play areas close by, as well as a small fun fair (in the summer) and plenty of shops. The restaurants and bars are excellent with a nice mix of ambiences.

Javea is 10 minutes to the north with a lovely beach; Calpe and Benidorm are 10 and 20 mins to the south providing year round entertainment.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Casa Rosa is in an excellent location within walking distance of shops, including a major supermarket, numerous restaurants inc Chinese, Japanese; BBQ; Dutch; Steak, Tapas, fine dining and the sea.

The Villa is a very short drive or moderate walk from the main town of Moraira, providing the best of both worlds: the tranquility of being away from the busy areas and in turn allowing you to be in the centre within 5 minutes. Taxis are plentiful and cheap.

The Villa is on a flat plot and is the perfect size for 6 people, with a great lounge and two bathrooms. Outside the pool area is compact enough to keep young children within constant eyeline, yet big enough to relax in the different terrace/patio areas. A BBQ on the terrace overlooking the pool is perfect.

The Villa has off street parking for 2 cars.
