La villa está situada en una urbanización privada a 1. 5 km de Puerto Banús y sus diversas playas, centros comerciales, restaurantes y vida nocturna. Está a solo 600 m de Aloha Gardens, que es un punto de acceso para muchos bares, restaurantes y cafés populares para el desayuno, y alberga el Club de Golf Aloha, cerca también hay 2 supermercados y una farmacia.
La ubicación privilegiada de la villa le permite llegar a todos los servicios en 10 a 15 minutos a pie, por lo que el alquiler de automóviles, los taxis o la espera en el tráfico no son un problema. Aunque un viaje en taxi a Puerto Banús o de regreso a la villa cuesta solo 6 euros por trayecto, a 5 minutos en automóvil. A pesar de su ubicación central, la villa se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila y pacífica, por lo que el descanso y la relajación están garantizados.
Su posición elevada le da a la villa unas vistas impresionantes de la icónica montaña de La Concha, el mar y la costa de la Milla de Oro de Marbella que brilla por la noche. Estas vistas se pueden disfrutar en los jardines de la villa, desde la piscina de 20 metros de largo, el jacuzzi climatizado y varias terrazas.
Hay mucho espacio para entretenerse, cenar al aire libre o simplemente disfrutar del sol y al aire libre. Hay 3 altavoces del sistema de sonido Sonos, una mesa de ping-pong y 15 tumbonas.
También hay una barbacoa totalmente equipada, que podrá utilizar de forma gratuita u otra opción para reservar nuestro espectacular chef argentino que puede preparar una barbacoa de cordero, chorizo, camarón de tamaño jumbo, etc. a su solicitud.
Si desea disfrutar de una excelente experiencia gastronómica en la villa, también podemos organizar el servicio de restauración a cargo de un chef profesional especializado en cocina italiana e india, que también es muy recomendable.

Espectacular casa, disfruta de las vistas

La propietaria una bella persona. Se preocupó por dejar la casa perfectamente preparada para disfrutar con la familia de un bonito aniversario de cumpleaños. Fue un fin de semana, es un sitio muy especial, con unas vistas hermosas, dónde disfrutamos de ese increible y espacioso jardín, con un jacuzzi espectacular. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y muy cómodas. Muchas gracias por el trato recibido. Andy, siempre estaré muy agradecida por disfrutar de tu casa en un momento muy especial para mi y mi familia.

Super maison avec grande piscine et vue dégagée

Nous avons loué cette maison mi août, nous étions 14, plusieurs couples avec grands ado / jeunes adultes. La piscine est superbe (grande avec pelouse devant et toute la place nécessaire) et la vue sur la montagne et la mer splendide. Nous prenions nos repas tous ensemble sur la grande table de la terrasse (manque un peu de chaises) et l’accès cuisine/terrasse/piscine fonctionne parfaitement. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut comme équipement dans la cuisine. Les jeunes dormaient dans la grande chambre avec un accès indépendant et étaient donc autonomes et ravis. Seul petit bémol dont il faut avoir conscience si on est nombreux: il y a deux fois deux chambres en enfilade donc pas idéal pour l’intimité. La maison est bien située et même avec un peu d’embouteillage, Puerto Banús est à 10/15 mns. Globalement un super séjour et la maison a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes.

Large villa with excellant views

Very traditional Spanish style villa, lovely out side seating area with large covered dining area. Plenty of outside space, we had a private chef come to cook for us all and they had plenty of room to cook outside on the terrace and create a buffet area for service. Stunning views across moutains and out towards the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of untensils and crockery, dishwasher etc. Separate self contained flat acommodating 4 people, which is not accessable from or to the main villa, however, this worked perfectly for our group. Easy walk down to the town but obviously uphill coming back. There were 14 in our group so plenty of room and enough bathrooms for use too. My only suggestion would be the need for more sunbeds for use, as there is currently only 5, there are some relaxing chairs. We all throughly enjoyed our stay, and the host made us feel very welcome, was very happy to allow us to gain an early entry if needed and also accommodated a late check out for a small fee, which was great for us all to fully enjoy our last day in the sun. Would definitely recommend

Everything was as promised, yes some patina, but only adhered to the charm. Magnificent view from the garden, nice pool and lovely jacuzzi with the view to be enjoyed with a glass of whatever :) We had a fantastic time.

A bit misleading

Overall we had a great stay and time There are a number of issues which need considering before anyone books 2 children in our group got serious cuts to their toes in the pool.. not acceptable There whirlpool/hot tub doesn’t work and has sharp tiles in it The bedroom layout could have been a massive issue for some.. 4 rooms on the ground floor.. and there is a separate apartment upstairs with a separate entrance.. problem is you have to walk through one bedrooom to get to the other which was fine for us but may not be for others No aircon in the main living room.. again temp was just about ok but a bit of aircon would have been nice Other than the above it was a nice place to stay and the outdoor area had a great view of the mountain and was really nice to sit outside in the evenings

Gorgeous traditional style Casa. Stunning views.

We have just returned from a fantastically relaxing week at this wonderfully traditional villa in Puerto Banus. We travelled as a family group of 14 and the facilities in the villa suited us well. The pool is huge and the heated Jacuzzi is a really nice touch allowing the adults to have a relaxing soak while the younger ones played. There was plenty of seating and sun-loungers for those who chose to relax in either the sun or the shade. The table tennis got lots of use as well. The shops were close and within easy walking distance, with a couple of cafes and restaurants also. We spent a few afternoons in Bar Brothers, a tennis complex no more than 3-4 minutes walk away from the Villa. The Marina at Puerto Banus and the beach is only 10-15 minutes walk away, or 15-20 at a more leisurely pace. It is only €6 in a taxi. Andrea was a wonderfully accommodating host, with no ask too large in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were really happy with our stay. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea's Villa. It was the perfect location for our group of 15 ladies. The Villa itself was fantastic especially the outdoor areas and swimming pool. Andrea had also organised a private chef for our first evening and the food as fabulous setting the tone for the rest of the weekend. Andrea was very kind and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend a visit!

Wow what an amazing stay!

We came 12 girls for a hen party and had the most amazing time. We have absolutely loved our stay at Andrea’s wonderful villa. The house was very clean and a great set up but the outside was the real show stopper! Beautiful views and a gorgeous pool, with lots of hidden seating to enjoy in the gardens. Andrea was a wonderful host, very helpful with anything we needed before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Not worth the money

We payed for early check in, but the house was not ready. The host was very stresed and confused.There were ants everywhere in the house and rats around the pool. The rooms were connected to each other, so no privacy. No coffee machines, so we had to buy our own. Old and worn house.

The villa was not as described, with bedrooms being off other bedrooms, so no privacy at all for anyone staying, two of the bedrooms were accessed from outside of Tod main villa. The host lives in the grounds of the villa and frequently pops over, then summarising all her issues with ourselves, which were most unfounded in aggressive and incredibly long messages.

Great place

What a great villa for a group of friends to get away without kids. One thing to note is that two of the room are really one room with an archway between them. It didn't matter as we put the same family in the room, but could cause others an issue. Worth knowing, but still 5*!

Lovely Villa close to Puerto Banus

11 of us stayed in Andrea's lovely quirky family home for a week. Its a traditional old Spanish villa with lots of character - don't expect modern chic. The outside area is great for large groups and the table tennis table provided lots of entertainment. The pool is large and there is a jacuzzi. The villa is a 5 minute walk from bars and a well stocked supermarket. There are several bars within a 5 minute walk and a 20 minute walk to Puerto Banus. Set up an account with Mercadona before you go and the order arrived when we got there. We did another order when we were there. Very efficient. Andrea was so help full through the whole process and even more so when we got there. She bought new sun chairs, a fan and wine glasses for us. She was always on hand if we needed her. We would definitely go again.

Our stay

Great location. Very good outside area which we really enjoyed. The living space and kitchen is good enough but nothing specatcular. The bedrooms were good but some beds could definitely be replaced for newer ones. The toilets was really nice. The host was nice and helpful but also stayed right besides which didn’t really bother us but it would have been nice to know beforehand. The view was beautiful.

Amazing villa, amazing view, amazing weekend

My group of 13 recently stayed here for a hen party weekend and it didn't disappoint. Months prior to our stay, Andrea was very communicative via email offering tips and any extra information needed, which was extremely helpful. She also allowed a small part of our group to arrive early to set up decorations which we greatly appreciated. The villa itself is even better in real life, and that view was just the cherry on top. The only issue we had was with directing taxis back to the villa as it's not located correctly on GPS but that was easily resolved once we got our bearings. Overall, an amazing weekend, and one very happy hen! Thanks Andrea!

Amazing villa for girls Hen do

The pictures of the property do not give it justice! We were a group of 12 girls on my hen do and it was the perfect place for us to stay. The Outdoor space is incredible and each bedroom is huge. It was very clean and had plenty of bathrooms for a large group of girls. It is a short 5 minute taxi ride to puerto banus city center and would only cost about €6 using Uber so very easy for everything we had planned. Andy was great throughout the whole stay and helped us when we had an issue with our transfer. I would definitely recommend this villa for a large group of people we couldn’t of asked for any more! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great for a hen do!

This villa was absolutely perfect for our hen do weekend. The outside space with the pool is incredible and I’d highly recommend booking the chef for a BBQ the food was scrumptious, a definite highlight of our weekend! Thanks for having us Andy we had a great stay.

Perfect for large groups near Puerto Banus

12 of us stayed and had a great time. Andy was the perfect host. The villa was very classic so don’t expert a modern hilltop villa. It’s a great location - 20 min walk or 5 min (6 Euro) cab. The views are wonderful and the pool was warm and jacuzzi section heated. All amenities you would need. Perfect for large groups wanting fun in the sun!

Beautiful spacious villa in a great location - perfect for large groups

Thank you Andy for letting us stay in your stunning villa. The pictures drew us to choose this property and they don't lie. The decor is superb and very luxurious, a real treat in a holiday rental. As a large group of 15 boys on a stag, we spent most our time in the outdoor area which offered us enough space to socialise outside. The pool and heated jacuzzi were also the perfect size and the views were stunning. Andy was very welcoming when we arrived and answered any questions we had prior to our visit. One of the highlights of our trip was the barbecue, in the outdoor area, which Andy had organised for us. The food was great at a very reasonable cost of €35 per person - which included 2 chefs cooking more than enough food for our entire group. The location is excellent with just a few minutes walk to several restaurants, bars and supermarkets and just a 5 minute taxi to the main Puerto Banus beach area. This was one of my favourite holidays so far and we can't wait to return!

Lovely villa

Weekend stay for the first weekend in June. Stayed here for my Stag weekend and the villa was perfect for our requirements. We found the villa very clean, tidy and presentable. Andy the owner of the villa provided us with a chef (at our request) on our first day. The food was fantastic and came in abundance at a relatively cheap cost (really good value for money). The chef cooked up a fantastic BBQ which stood us in good stead for a long weekend of boozing. The pool and jacuzzi facilities were also very good with excellent views of the mountains etc. Thank you to Andy the owner for a very pleasant time whilst at the villa, I'm sure we will be over to stay again sometime soon!

This property has been in my family for decades since my parents chose to retire here after travelling the world. The villa is romantic and interesting as it has furniture and art collected from all of our travels abroad, so it has a lot of character. The villa also has quite an interesting history, my stepfather who was a film producer with Paramount and Colombia pictures lived here, so the villa has been the host to its fair share of parties with some famous actors as guests, back in the glamorous days of the 70's when Marbella was the new jet-set destination. Our clients appreciate the charm and authenticity of the villa and always feel at home.

Guests have commented that they feel like they are entering a secret garden when they arrive, it feels like you are in your own world as it is so peaceful and yet there is so much to do only a short walk away from the property.
The peaceful experience and chance to appreciate nature in this villa, with the only noise being the birds chirping, is something I find truly unique. Another feature of this villa that many fall in love with are the breathtaking panoramic views. As soon as you walk in you can't help but be awed by the La Concha mountain, Golden Mile and valley and the deep blue sea, a spectacular view which continues to charm at nightfall when you can appreciate the glittering coastline from this privileged position. Gazing at the moon and stars from the villa is also a delight since the elevated position makes the sky seem endlessly wide and bright.
