Located in Los Cristianos area a 4 levels villa with a large capacity ,tastefully decorated. It is ideally located away from the crowds in summer, but close to ocean and bars. 2 bedrooms are opening into a fruit tree’s garden with a recreation area, sofas and chairs. The house has a fully fitted open –plan kitchen and a living room of 50 m2 with access to a large terrace.You will be delighted by a large terrace- solarium (54 m2) with a mountain view on the top floor equipped with kitchenette, seating area with sofas. Is in a 10 minutes walk from the centre of Los Cristianos.Along the promenade you will find lots of bars& restaurants. Los Cristianos Port, with ferry services to La Gomera, La Palma and Santa Cruz, is a 15 minutes walk .
Accommodation of undeclared persons is not allowed
The secure deposit is 300 EUR and refundable after inspection of the house at the day of departure.
Sleeps 6-7. 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa. Facing the mountain. Conveniently located in a calm street in 50 m from the ocean and in a 10 minutes walk from the centre of Los Cristianos. A complex has 3 swimming pools with sea view, one is heated. I have air con but if you want this option you need to pay extra 100 EUR per a week. If you reserve and pay only for 4 persons i appliqué the price for 4 persons at your disposal there will be only 2 bedroom access to the third of the bedroom will be closed.

The villa is cleaned by your arrival. If you need one additional cleaning during your staying, it will be for extra fees 150 EUR including the changing of bed linen & towels.

You book a house in a resident complex with families with children, elderly people. According to the rules of our complex it is impossible to make noise, to organize noisy celebrations, to listen loud music after 23:00. We warn that if you violate the peace of your neighbors after 23:00, penalties may be imposed on you

Toller Familienurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung - es ist keine Villa, sondern eine enorm große, hervorragend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung - hat all unsere Ansprüche mehr als erfüllt. Aus unserer Sicht hervorzuheben sind - die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit modernen Kühlschrank und Ofen/Herd sowie Mikrowelle, - die drei (!) Außenbereiche (2x Terrasse, 1x Balkon) mit Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten und - der grüne und schattige Garten. Die Geschirrspülmaschine zeigte leider zwei Defekte: Die obere Schulblade rutscht sehr schnell aus der Führung, so dass sie uns mehrfach vollbeladen fast heruntergefallen war. Die Körbe zeigten erste Spuren von Rost. Das Spülergebnis war jedoch stets sehr gut. Die Matratzen der Betten haben wir (bis auf die Kleine) als sehr hart empfunden, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Für Kinder ist die Anlage leider nur bedingt geeignet: Die tolle und einladende Poollandschaft darf von ihnen (trotz Schwimmabzeichen in Silber bzw. Gold) nur unter Aufsicht von Erwachsenen genutzt werden. Ballspielen ist im Pool nicht erlaubt. Die Badezeit endet bereits um 19 Uhr. Alles ist auf absolute Ruhe zugunsten der (vermutlich) oft älteren Bewohner ausgelegt. Der Präsident (?!) persönlich brachte uns die Poolregeln, weil wir vor deren Kenntnis einen kleinen Ball mit im Pool hatten. Kinder scheinen in der Anlage nicht wirklich erwünscht zu sein - so zumindest der Eindruck. Dennoch - sie werden ja größer - würden wir wegen der tollen Wohnung und der guten Lage jederzeit wiederkommen.

Fabulous

I stayed here with my husband and 2 teenagers. The villa was spotless and had everything that we needed for the two weeks that we stayed. Amazing views and a lovely private garden and balcony. The complex was lovely and the pool area was nice and quiet whilst we stayed. Took about 20 minutes slow walking to the centre of los Christianos which was fine with us. Host was very helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend staying here and would book again if returning to the area.

Easter Break

Lovely stay in a clean and tidy apartment. Very quiet on a private complex. The only downside is that at 11pm you are expected to be quiet so you have to sit inside with the doors closed. Good location, not far from the beach.

Excellent Property

Myself, wife, and 2 teenage children stayed at the property for 2 weeks from the 22/8/22. Communication with the Anford (property owner) is excellent and check in and out was easy. The property was exactly as described, with lots of outside areas to relax. My wife was even eating the mango's that fell from the tree in the small garden. The location of the property is in a residential area and was quiet (which is what we wanted), the pool area of the complex was never busy and in the 2 weeks of our stay, there was never more than 4 people on loungers around the larger of the 3 pools and even fewer in that pool. The nearest supermarket is approx a 5/10 minute walk and the centre of Los Cristianos is approx 15/20 min walk. Overall an excellent property and host and would highly recommend.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Makeln

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig bemessen, hat eine tolle Dachterasse und einen tollen kleinen Garten mit Mango-, Zitronen- und Feigenbaum. Die Pools sind sehr gepflegt und man war größtenteils alleine darin. Es gibt jedoch einige Dinge die in der Einrichtung defekt waren, die wir hier kurz ansprechen möchten. Die Fliegengitter waren eingerissen und konnten nicht ganz geschlossen werden. Die Rolladen waren ebenfalls defekt. Der obere Liegestuhl war kaputt und nicht nutzbar. Das vorhandene Kochgeschirr ist wirklich sehr knapp bemessen für die Anzahl an Personen die in dem Objekt unterkommen können. Der Checkin wurde von einer ungeduldigen Dame ohne Englischkenntnisse durchgeführt, so konnten einige Punkte nicht geklärt werden. Informationen wie z.B. die Öffnungszeiten der Pools usw. hätte man Prima in einer Mappe bereitstellen können. Der Vermieter war jedoch immer kurzfristig per Whatsapp erreichbar. Nichtsdestotrotz war der Aufenthalt toll und wir würden die Unterkunft wahrscheinlich wieder buchen.

Superb Villa

This villa exceeded our expectations. It's spacious and clean and had everything you could need. It's about 15-20 walk from the beach and the centre of Los Cristianos, but there are plenty of parking spaces on the road outside. The communal pool is big and not busy and plenty of free sunbed. The owner of the villa was very helpful and always available if needed.

The apartment was excellent and on site facilities were very good. The owner was very responsive.

We had a very enjoyable holiday with all facilities in excellent condition. The owner was very responsive to enquiries and restaurants / bars were only a 10 minute walk away. Very pleasant views from the balconies. We intend to use this again in future.

Wonderful apartment

This was meant to be a special holiday for my husband’s 70th birthday and it certainly was.We were a family of six adults and can honestly say this was the best place I have ever rented.Very clean and everything you could possibly want was here.Sitting on the veranda for meals ,swimming in the pools(the pools were quite cold )but ok if you kept swimming!.So much space so that we could have our own area if we wanted time alone.would highly recommend you stay here.Thank you so much for letting us stay here.The owner was very good at keeping in contact if you ever needed to know anything.would return tomorrow if I could !

Schönes Haus, nette Vermieterin

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Schönes, großzügiges Haus und problemlose Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. An einigen Stellen zieht man, dass das Objekt nicht mehr ganz neu ist, aber das war nicht weiter störend.

Great Accommodation

Property was very clean and everything you could ask for was available. Communication with the owner was good. Pool area was excellent but could do with some umbrella stands to put the umbrellas in! Location was good, about 20 minute walk to centre but there were local bars and supermarket within 10 minutes if you didn't fancy the walk

Stunning apartment.

A fantastic apartment. Very spacious and in a quiet neighbourhood but within walking distance to busier areas of Los Cristianos. The pools were great for swimming and were not busy or noisy. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Thank you to Anford for being so helpful throughout our stay.

Super fijn verblijf in een heerlijke villa

Alle foto's laten zien hoe het eruit ziet. Heerlijk rustige omgeving met een super op loopafstand. Fijne zwembaden en mooi uitzicht. Het huis is volledig ingericht en het dakterras was onze favoriete plek. Jacuzzi was niet bruikbaar maar die hebben we niet gemist. Op het dakterras ook nog een fijne buitendouche, Kortom: Super!

Lovely house in a quiet location

We had a lovely stay, the house was mostly clean (some rubbish left in the cupboards and within the terrace furniture) and in a quiet location around 10 minutes walk to the front, and around 20 minutes to the centre. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine was great for keeping the bath and pool towels clean! The roof terrace was also great and had the sun for most of the day, we would have spent some evenings up there too if there was BBQ! A few issues.... It was a little frustrating upon check-in as the lady who greeted us didn’t speak English, and therefore it was difficult to grasp her instructions. This was particularly frustrating as we had some questions that we were unable to ask as a result. Although the owners were available via telephone at this time, it was difficult to get answers to our questions as the lady informed us she was in a business meeting. Also upon check-in, there was a very strong smell of fish, we realised this was coming from the fridge and lasted for a number of days which was rather unpleasant. The beds were rather hard and uncomfortable, but this is often an issue on holiday and wouldn’t stop us going back. Overall we had a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Fabulous large villa in quiet location near seafront and mountains

Had an amazing 9 day stay here with two children 7 and 9. Very nice secure complex of large villas which were all practically empty so we had 3 pools to ourselves, and critically the medium sized pool was heated (end of March) so no problem with swimming every day. Can walk up the large hill across the road and get great views of the town and the harbour area, whilst Los Cristianos is about a 10-15 minute walk to the main promenade area, but with lots of supermarkets, shops, eateries and the impressive Gran Arona hotel just around the corner from the villa. Only complaints we had were that the beds were uncomfortably hard with rock like mattresses, and despite having a nice jacuzzi bath, there wasn't enough hot water in the small tank to fill it. We managed 4 quick showers a day between us no problem. There was also some dangerous broken glass left on two table tops that the owner clearly hadn't had time to remove/replace from a previous breakage which was worrying with two children in the house, but no accidents happened. Really great to have plenty of space over 3 levels (4 if you need a 3rd bedroom) with a lovely rooftop terrace with wrap around sofa, kitchen area and beds. Good enough all round that we're planning to go back next year, and despite walking a great deal to get to the best restaurants in town, it was always nice to go back somewhere comfortable and quiet at the end of the day. If you have a car, you can park for free a few steps away with plenty of spaces. RECOMMENDED!
