Beautiful 2 dormitorios, chalet de lujo con excelente tamaño familiar piscina privada, zona de bar de la piscina exterior con nevera exterior, barbacoa y zona de baldosas. La Villa bien situado a poca distancia a pie del complejo del restaurante / bar que tiene una hermosa piscina comunitaria (julio y agosto), pistas de tenis, campos de petanca y también está cerca de campos de golf de la zona. 12 minutos en coche de la playa, a 10 minutos del campo de golf y tiendas más cercano. Ideal para familias, golfistas, andadores y parejas.

A wonderful week had by all!

We have just spent the most amazing week here. The kids (aged between 4-14) loved the pool and Mazarron Country Club feels very safe for families. There was everything we needed, both at the villa and in the local vicinity. The port is beautiful and we had a few lovely dinners out. We spent a day at the water park and zoo, explored Bolneuvo beach and went rafting. Amazing memories that will stay with us forever 💓

Schöne Villa

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr Schön. Der Besitzer war stets mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Das Haus und die Poolanlage war sehr schön und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne auf Garry und sein Haus zurück Lg Joachim und Marianne😍

Très agréable villa

La villa est vraiment agréable et en tous points conforme à l'annonce. Un tout petit bémol : les maisons sont vraiement très proches les unes des autres et on entend beaucoup les voisins ou les bruits des piscines qui ont besoin d'entretien... Le fait d'être au sein d'un country club est très sécurisant, et la superette répondait à quasiment tous nos besoins. En revanche, ce n'est pas là qu'il faut aller si on veut rencontrer la population locale, puisque nous n'avons croisé que des Anglais et des Allemands. Le restaurant du Country Club était fermé pendant nos trois semaines de vacances et nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu en profiter. La Murcie est une très jolie région et Carthagène et Murcia en particulier méritent vraiment d'être visitées.

Excellent 2 week stay at Garry’s villa. Perfect villa for nice quiet getaway! Lovely outside space to sit back and relax. Clean tidy and modern villa, we really enjoyed our stay. Garry’s communication throughout the whole process and afterwards is great. Thanks for a lovely time.

Superbes vacances

La location était parfaite pour nous (couple avec 2 enfants). L'arrivée et la prise en main du logement a été très simple grâce aux informations que nous avaient laissé le propriétaire avant notre arrivée. Très bien accueilli. Vraiment rien à dire. Location fidèle à l'annonce, jolie et fonctionnelle. Avec soleil, mer chaude, de belles ballades dans les environs... Parfait

Amazing holiday in an amazing villa 😀

We spent a fantastic week in this villa, can't rate it high enough. From booking the villa right through to departure everything was straight forward and easy. Communication with the owner Garry and Lianne was excellent. Area is peaceful, spotless and secure and we fell in love with the marina in Mazarron. Villa has absolutely everything you need to enjoy a fabulous family holiday and having its own pool was a highlight for our kids who were never out of it, this was also cleaned almost daily. We would highly recommend this villa, you won't be disappointed and all being well we hope to be back again next year.

Just returned from a wonderful 10 days at Casa Algeria.

The villa was everything we needed for a family of 4. The pool was the highlight of the holiday for our 6 year old twins. You will need a car as the supermarket is about 5 mins drive away. Garry, the owner, was great. He responded to our questions before the trip quickly and also during our holiday he was available to answer questions. We all had an amazing time in this beautiful part of Spain!

Beautiful villa in quite location

Villa with everything needed and a fantastic pool which was an excellent size and deep enough for the children to dive into. A car is required there is a supermarket and restaurants within a five minute drive but drive another ten minutes and you and are in the main town which has a lovely Spanish feel to it with lots of restaurants to choose from. We used the car regularly during our stay to travel further afield and visit some of the nearby beaches.

Amazing

Amazing holiday. Villa was excellent. Pool amazing and kept clean for the whole of our stay. Everything possible in villa that you may have needed was there. Garry the owner was fantastic giving us any details we required. Answered any query immediately. Nothing was too much for him and for that we thank you. Excellent Villa to relax and explore

We have just returned from two weeks at Casa Alegria and can't wait until we can go back again. We are a family of 3 with a 20 mth old Daughter and the property was ideal for all of our needs. The safe, secure and fully enclosed garden offered us peace of mind and the gorgeous private pool was delightful to cool off. We also made the most out of the BBQ! We were lucky to have 14 exceptional days of perfect weather!! The villa was a good size for a family with kids or two couples/four friends etc. Plenty of space and everything you could possibly need (including all UK tv channels, if you can't cope with missing your fav shows). The ceiling fans were a god send and enabled us all to sleep well. The villa has a beautiful back drop of hills/mountains in pretty much all directions and the Country Club is very quiet yet very easily accessible. You do realistically need to hire a car. The Consum Supermarket at Camposol is only 3-4 mins drive and has everything you could possibly need. We tried 3 or 4 others that were further afield and the quality and selection was best here. We tried the beaches at Bolneuvo and Puerto De Mazarron. Both were great but the beach next to the port was exceptional for children. Very safe and shallow. We ate by the pool most nights, as it was a lovely setting and we like to cook, but we highly recommend Viggos in Puerto Mazarron. Excellent value and exceptional service. Lovely selection of fresh fish dishes, traditional tapas, pizza, pasta & burgers etc. I must say how incredible the owner, Garry, was through the whole process from booking and even whilst we were there. Garry couldn't have possibly been any more friendly or helpful and genuinely wanted to do his utmost to ensure we had an excellent holiday. His recommendations were hugely appreciated and level of communication was exceptional. I highly recommend Casa Alegria!!

Beautiful Place

Me, my husband and 11 year old son came to stay here for 1 week. The villa is absolutely beautiful. The area is quiet and just what you would be looking for, for a quiet relaxing holiday. A car is essential. Supermarkets and lovely shops and restaurants only a few minutes away in the car. Weather was also absolutely beautiful. The people who own the villa were more than helpful they kept in touch with me before we arrived, informing me of all the places to go. We couldn't have wished for a nicer holiday and can assure you we will def be back .

Always relaxing

We have been to Villa Alegra for the past 2 summers and looking forward to our 3rd visit this summer, great place for family time or just on our own relaxing by the pool especially having the bar so close!! Owners always accommodating

Originally from London & now based in Surrey in UK.
I bought the villa off plan in 2004. I lived there for a couple of years. Moved back for work but wanted to keep the villa as a holiday home and regularly visit as like the Spanish lifestyle. I one day would like to return there to live. I have someone visit the villa once a week to maintain the pool & make sure everything is in good order.

I bought the property for a relaxed lifestyle & leisure opportunities. It felt quite authentic & like the true Spain.

I love this area because it is still relatively unspoilt and authentic. There are no high rise hotels. The weather is always guaranteed to be sunny that’s why they call it Costa Calida (hot). I only returned to UK for work and family commitments and I never thought of selling.

Recent development has included major new roads in the region so that it’s now quicker to get here from the airport and to other coastal towns and attractions. Costa Calida is quieter than other regions like the Costa Blanca and the Costa del sol. However the same facilities are available in the area if you want them. Local beaches offer room & space to explore & relax away from the crowds.

The villa is gated with a walled secure garden with private pool. The is a Pool bar and fridge. We offer a Large BBQ and patio area, HD Freesat television with DVD and DVD library. Fully equipped kitchen.
Also the Country Club offers a communal pool with bar and restaurant. Quite private area and only 10 minutes drive from beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. There are Golf courses only 10 minutes away. Nice views affordable from the villa.
