Casa Violetas se encuentra a pocos metros de la piscina y tiene un gran jardín privado con barbacoa, mesa y sillas y tumbonas. Con un amplio aparcamiento cerca y todas las instalaciones, incluido un pequeño supermercado a 50-100 metros, y con vistas a la famosa fuente y estanque de peces de El Capistrano, Casa Violetas probablemente goza de una de las mejores ubicaciones en esta urbanización excepcional.

En la planta baja se encuentra un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, y con una puerta que sale al jardín. También en la planta baja se encuentra un salón con zona de comedor, televisión y DVD, y una cocina equipada con lavadora, microondas, horno, nevera, cafetera eléctrica etc. También hay Wifi gratuito.

Los dos otros dormitorios se encuentran en la primer planta. El dormitorio principal, con cama de matrimonio, tiene una gran terraza con vistas al mar y las montañas, y el segundo dormitorio,con dos camas, también da a esta terraza. Además hay un baño con doble lavabo, bañera y ducha.

El interior de Capistrano Village es peatonal, lo que hace que la urbanización sea ideal para familias con niños pequeños, y el gran jardín que tiene la casa permite mucho espacio para jugar o relajarse. Los huéspedes se pueden servir de las naranjas o limones, en temporada, de los varios árboles que también dan sombra al jardín. En invierno, la propiedad se hace especialmente acogedora gracias a su estufa de leña recién instalada. También hay aire acondicionado en el salón y dormitorios.

Capistrano Village tiene dos piscinas comunitarias grandes, y piscinas pequeñas para niños/bebés. Hay un mini-supermercado, bar y restaurante, además de otros supermercados más grandes cerca.

Perfect location

Big house that fits the big family! Perfect location and nice with the garden and the balcony. One need, a new coffee machine so we can drink hot coffee:)

Love capistrano, great location in the village, great for the pool, great it had its own garden. Only let down for us was the the shower, mouldy shower curtain, shower head had no adjustment, ok for me, but living with 4 women hair washing was an issue.

Lovely autumn break in great location

Casa violetas is a spacious and well equipped house, with great outdoor (garden and roof terrace) in a lovely village just a walk from Nerja's beaches and old town. The Capistrano village is great and very tidy and well presented. For us the house was well located right by the supermarkets, 15 mins walk from the beach and 20 mins from the Old Town. There are buses that can be used or taxis but we ended up walking, which wasn't a problem. Nerja itself is lovely and we'll definitely be back.

Amazing holiday in Capistrano Village, Nerja

We stayed for 3 weeks in Capistrano Village, in two different houses. Both were great. 3 pools within very short walking distance, poolside bar was excellent, there's a good restaurant in the complex with great staff. Complex is very quiet and the houses we had both had great, very private terraces and very private gardens with wonderful sea views. The nearest beach is approx 10 mins downhill walk from the complex and is served by buses. The town is 10 mins away by bus or a 25 min walk. Taxi to beach and town are about €5. We'll definitely be back!

Easter holiday

A superb villa in a beautiful location. We have been staying in the area for over 45 years, but the owner of this property, Juliet, was exceptionally helpful and easy to communicate with especially regarding transport from the airport which she organised for us, key collection and check out etc. The Villa was beautifully clean and is just as listed. We were incredibly fortunate with the weather and spent most of our days on the nearby beach which we walked to, but there is a regular local bus to be used. The pools nearby the villa are immaculate and the surroundings in el Capistrano are wonderful. I would highly recommend this villa and the owner was exceptionally helpful. It’s also very well priced for the area. We would use agin without hesitation.

Nice for short break

The booking process was smooth. Communication was good. Juliet was a star. The accommodation was spotless and kitchen facilities were ample. The location is perfect for shops, pool and for the restaurant. It is a 10 minute brisk walk to the beach. Being the only door leading directly from the small square, (no 30), we found it a bit noisy late at night. The terrace upstairs leads off the two bedrooms which is not ideal but the view is quite breathtaking. The garden to the rear has a drying area and a lawn and olive trees. However, the sun loungers were past their best and require replacing. They were in such poor condition we couldn’t use them. This accommodation is in need of some repair and tlc. There is visible damp and mould in at least two of the rooms and the upstairs bathroom smells of damp. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the atmosphere in the village was friendly and warm.

Lovely Comfortable Villa

Stayed for 3 weeks at Casa Violetas over Christmas and New year with our two little dogs. The owner Juliet was extremely helpful with all our many questions before arrival and even got us in a day early when we had to make a rush for the border because of new French covid restrictions. The villa is very comfortable with excellent Wi-Fi and the cable tv, which is important in the winter months. The air conditioning system is in every room and can also provide a good source of heat for those chillier evenings. Everything you need is provided. The garden is an excellent size and is north facing but has sun for most of the available hours in the winter and there is a nice balcony which is south facing and has a view of the sea. There is a good sized bathroom upstairs and a also a downstairs bathroom but it is in the garden which is useful for sunny days and during the summer it would be great for the bedroom downstairs. The 3 bedrooms are a good size. The villa is clearly rented rather than a former home and so there is a little bit of wear and tear and the beds, bedding and linen are not luxurious but they are perfectly adequate and it certainly did not detract from our wonderful stay. Capistrano village is very well maintained and is quiet. The pools looked nice and are very close to the villa but are obviously closed for winter months. There are a few bars nearby and one in the urbanisation but these were mostly closed or limited due to the season. None of this was not an issue for us because Burriana beach is about 15-20 minutes walk down the hill, which has lots of lovely bars and restaurants and the beach is very clean and the old town is a similar distance away. The uphill walk home is not bad but may need to be considered if you are not particularly mobile. We noticed a number of people were getting a short cab home! There is a fabulous Mercadona supermarket which is only a 5 minutes walk. All in all perfect location at any time of the year.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Nerja est un secteur très jolie. La maison est agréable dans le style andalous, elle mériterai juste de petits rafraîchissements (moustiquaire troués par endroit, boiserie de fenêtre abîmées par temps) ce qui 'n'empeche en rien pour passer un excellent séjour, je recommande

Gepflegte und sehr saubere Unterkunft

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem gemütlich eingerichteten, sehr sauberen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Abende.auf der Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick über das Meer waren das Highlight. Das Ferienreihenhaus verfügt über 1 Bad und WC im 1. Stock. Das 2. WC mit Dusche ist im kleinen Nebengebäude über die Terrasse erreichbar, was für mehrere Personen nicht so optimal ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings ohne Geschirrspüler. Der Garten, sowie das ganze Feriendorf ist wunderschön bepflanzt. Kinderpool und Swimmingpool sind gut integriert. Gute Anbindung an die Stadt und nahegelegene Supermärkte.

Séjour très agréable

Tolles Haus in Pool Nähe

Die Lage des Hauses in der schönen Anlage mit direkter Poolnähe ist perfekt, besonders mit Kindern. Das Haus ist geräumig, die Qualität der Betten könnte besser sein, die Sauberkeit in der Küche war leider schlecht, die Reinigungsmittel (Staubsauger, Wischmop) waren in schlechtem Zustand. Der Rundumausblick von der Terrasse war unschlagbar, die Berge im Rücken, das Meer vor der Nase. Die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt und wunderschön begrünt. Alles in allem ist das Haus für Familienurlaub perfekt.

Relaxation

We really enjoyed our holiday here. Highlights of the property was the veranda which got lovely morning sun and the secluded garden. All the facilities were great. Location of the villa was perfect with seaside , and the many tapas and restaurants of Nerja within easy walking destination. After a busy day sightseeing it was so great to come back to our peaceful villa. Handy having the small and large supermarket so close. We hired a car and visited the Nerja caves , Frigiliana and Alhambra . Went kayaking to Maro which was one of our highlights. Would love to visit again.

Wonderful family stay

Underbart välutrustat hus

Fantastiskt fint och välutrustat hus i ett vackert och mycket välskött område. 20 min promenad till stranden och till centrum.

This house has an amazing location within Capistrano Village, right on the little square with the fish-pond, next to the pools, supermarket, restaurant etc but with its own private garden and a terrace with lovely sea views.

Capistrano Village is such a peaceful location, and it's car-free interior makes it perfect for families. The gardens are so beautiful and well looked-after, and the sky is almost always blue! You can alternate between the nearby beaches and the communal pools in the development, or take a drive up to Frigiliana in the mountains.
