Villa de estilo moderno de dos plantas recién reformada. Construida con materiales de primera calidad. Muy cómoda y atractiva para cualquier época del año ya que es fresca en verano y cálida en invierno. La planta alta dispone de tres amplios dormitorios con capacidad de hasta 7 personas y bebe, con tres baños completos; salón -comedor -cocina de 65m2 con las mejores vistas de Playa Blanca. Cocina moderna Siematic completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios de última generación. Planta baja con dos dormitorios dobles y baño completo con ducha e hidromasaje, salón de juegos, billar y mesa pin-pon.
Piscina climatizada recién reformada, Smart T.V. , internet - wifi, amplio espacio de aparcamiento para vehículos.

Excepcionales vistas a Playa Blanca, Fuerteventura Isla de Lobos e intimidad. La Propiedad está justo donde comienza el Volcán de Montaña Roja que es un paraje protegido y donde no se puede construir; ofrece esa zona de la posibilidad de subir caminando a la cumbre del volcán y disfrutar de unas vistas y de una experiencia simplemente mágicas.
Las noches son increíblemente tranquilas para disfrutar en su terraza de las mejores vistas sobre Playa Blanca y de un cielo estrellado que permite ver en noches claras multitud de constelaciones estelares. Qué decir de las noches de Luna llena!!!!
Se puede bajar caminando a la playa o al centro del pueblo de Playa Blanca en unos 20 minutos, aunque la subida se recomienda hacerlo en vehículo a motor.
Playa Blanca con sus restaurantes, sus playas y su entorno en general es un lugar magnifico para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y también de alegres momentos.

Fantastic property in a Quiet location

The property has had some investment recently and looks fantastic. The property has every offering including large TV, great wifi and internet access and ancillary items such as a beach towels etc. The property is in a very quiet area of playa blanca and provides great views of the resort,The local agent is very attentive and does their best to make sure you have a great stay, and we did. will go back again

Amazing Villa

Everything about Villa Los Roques is perfect, peaceful, with amazing views over to the Marina and Papagayo Beaches. The Villa inside and out is huge and has everything needed.Carlos is extremely responsive and text us almost each day to check all was ok. The pool was very cold, even though Carlos arranged for the temperature to be increased when we asked, so maybe that was just us. Something to take into consideration for those with mobility issues is the villa has around 15 to 20 steps to reach the front door. The main bedroom bed is very low, as is the living room sofa. However we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend. Carlos is the best host we’ve ever experienced.

Luxury Villa

This property is a unique gem. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle to make it a relaxing stay, but only a 5 min car journey and you are in the heart of Playa Blanca. The property added so much value to our stay, it is very spacious, both inside and out. The quality of the utilities was much better than expected or that we had experienced before. The size of each bedroom is ideal and the way the villa is laid out makes it ideal for a family of all age groups. And finally, Carlos, always very quick to respond, very friendly and very informative about the villa and wanting to make sure that we had the best time. We would definitely look at using again.

Eine tolle Villa mit grandiosem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Urlaub. Die Villa läßt keine Wünsche offen. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit allem Komfort eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben ist die liebevolle Dekoration, sogar mit sehr passenden Originalgemälden. Sie wurde offensichtlich erst vor Kurzem renoviert.Von den in älteren Kommentaren genannten Mängeln war jedenfalls nichts zu sehen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Pool und dem überwältigenden Blick über Playa Blanca und das Meer. Carlos ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar und stets zuvorkommend war. Die Abwicklung von check-in und check-out war sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Great holiday but read review before booking!

First impressions “wow” it’s huge and really well appointed. Pool and large gardens, 3 bathrooms, games room, 4 beds but could easily sleep 10! Open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with induction hob, dishwasher & washing machine. Large sofa, tv & amazing views over PB! On closer inspection the outside did not match up to the photos on vrbo and as time went on the wear & tear showed up. Villa clearly tired and worn, bathrooms slightly grubby, basement shower stuck on too hot and water was boiling. Water pressure too low for all 3 showers to run at the same time anyway, beds rock hard, ants in main bedroom/bed, basement windows whistle due to being ill fitted, no pool cue tips, 2 frying pans that were not induction hob compatible, zero chlorine in pool despite 2 visits from pool guy (stayed 15/20 mins both times)-green stain round rim due to years of sun cream (as explained by pool guy). Outside floor tiles cracked, decking slats loose, fake grass badly fitted. Sun loungers/chairs dirty or broken. All that said owner (Carlos) & cleaner (Sylvia) very helpful where they could be. When we arrived earlier than anticipated we didn’t have to wait till 4pm as Sylvia let us in. When there was a problem with the water supply-it was sorted asap and gift given for inconvenience. When toaster broke-new one bought immediately. Despite what sounds like a huge list of complaints none of that spoilt our holiday. There was only one issue that truly had the potential to impact our stay and that was the location. I’m glad we looked into address as soon as we were given it (once full booking fee paid) as it gave us the opportunity to hire cars. It is a serious walk down into town & an even more serious walk home again. Not sure if owners or vrbo are responsible for the pinned location on the map but it isn’t accurate to where villa actually is. Definitely need to be fit or have own car. Luckily we are/had both. This review is not meant to be negative and we hope it is taken with the intention it was written - a realistic review. As previously mentioned all the above did not spoil our holiday one bit, we just feel the villa is tired but has huge potential to be stunning.

We had a lovely time at this large villa with lots of space. The property is becoming dated and we feel that a few things should really be repaired, especially the decking around the pool which we felt was slightly dangerous in places. Also, the wooden flooring in the villa is tired and coming up in 1 place.

Verlebte Unterkunft und ein überheblicher Besitzer "Carlos".

Wir sind von unserem Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus Villa Los Roques vollkommen enttäuscht und waren froh endlich wieder zu Hause zu sein. Die auf dem Buchungsportal gezeigten Fotos müssen viele Jahre alt sein und entsprechen in keinster Weise dem heutigen Ist-Zustand. Bereits als wir nach unser Ankunft das Rollschiebetor zur Einfahrt aufschieben wollten, war dies nur sehr schwer durch Anheben möglich, da die Eisenrollen abgerostet sind. Das Ferienhaus ist wie angegeben recht groß, aber ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und verlebt. Der Holzfußboden ist teilweise stark verblichen und zerkratzt. Der Bereich in der Küche wurde wohl mal ausgewechselt. Dies muss jedoch unsachgemäß erfolgt sein, da der Übergang völlig bröckelig ist und es mehrere größere Fugen zwischen den einzelnen Holzbrettern gibt. Im ganzen Haus knirscht und knarzt der Holzboden bei jedem Schritt. Die Zimmertüren sind verzogen, so dass sie teilweise kaum zu öffnen bzw. zu schließen sind. Die Abdeckungstür in der Küchenzeile für die Waschmaschine hängt schief, die Ecken vom Spiegel im Bad sind blind, die Kurbeln der Sonnenblenden an allen Türen und Fenster sind entweder abgebrochen oder funktionieren nicht. Ob die Türen mit den Sonnenblenden überhaupt zu öffnen sind, konnten wir nicht feststellen, da sie geschlossen waren und wir keine Schlüssel dafür hatten. Nur für die beiden Eingangstüren. In 2 der 3 Bäder funktionieren die Duschen nicht, das Licht in der Küche über der Arbeitsplatte funktioniert ebenso wenig wie das Licht und der Dunstabzug an der Dunstabzugshaube. Besorgniserregend und gefährlich waren jedoch die herausgerissenen Steckdosen im Schlafzimmer sowie hinter dem Fernseher. Dass das große Sofa im Wohnzimmer völlig durchgesessen und die Matratzen bretthart sind, wollen wir nur am Rande erwähnen. Ebenso, dass mehrere Glühbirnen defekt waren bzw. sich keine in einigen Lampen befanden. Dieser kaputte und verlebte Zustand zieht sich leider auch im Außenbereich fort. Auch hier eine alte und verblichene Poolfolie und ebensolche Terrassenbretter, welche sich zusätzlich noch morsch in die Höhe biegen und mit ihren Ecken und herausragenden Schrauben für gefährliche Stolperfallen sorgen. Ebenso gefährlich ist die etwas zu schmale Poolumrandung für den Überlauf. Ein falscher Tritt und der Fuß gerät in den Überlauf. Wie die verrosteten Stangen am Pavillon erahnen lassen, hing hier schon ewig keine Gardine mehr. Genauso hat das Himmel und die Sonnenmuschel kein Dach.

Family Holiday

Myself, my family and their partners came to stay here in May for a week holiday. We were absolutely delighted with the location, the space in the villa and the views. The local taxi service was so quick to arrive every time and It was less than €5 to get into the town. We found that everything we needed throughout our stay was available in the villa. The host was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Would highly recommend this Villa for a stay.

Peaceful 10 days in playa blanca

We stayed at this villa over Easter 2022. 1st impressions of the villa was wow , just how big the villa is really doesn't do the place justice at all its huge. 4 very good size double bedrooms . 2 on the main floor with a connecting ensuite. 1 double/King and 1 twin room with 2 single beds. My only observation is that the ensuite should have locks on the doors for privacy. Lots and lots of wardrobe space, more than you will ever need. Downstairs/ basement are 2 double bedrooms. Both have double beds. It does look like there is 1 double and a twin on the photos but it is 2 double. Also in the basement is a massive games room which tbe children loved 😍. The cues and table tennis equipment does need new tips and new bads but perfectly fine to use. There is also a bathroom in the basement By far and away the best point of the villa is the open plan living area and kitchen. The kitchen is amazing with absolutely everything you ould ever need on a holiday. It is to die for. The living area has a great TV and what I would say stunning views over playa blanca with a massive window being the centre peice of the villa. Internet is amazing at 300mb speed for those movie nights in and uk TV channels 1 to 5. Now the bits that could be improved. On the outside the villa does appear to need a little tlc improvement. Some of the sunbird slats are missing and need replacing. The pool is big , but needs a major clean, I reported this later in our stay. It is heated and worked fine but left our clothes and bodies stained green. Tbe owner claimed this was due to our sun cream , but having done lots of villa stays I don't really agree, it didn't spoil our stay but a deep clean of the pool or maybe chancing the chemicals would be required. Please don't let this put you off what is a beautiful villa with an owner who always responded pleasantly and professionally.

La vue !!!

Villa très agréable par son espace terrasse avec vue MAGNIFIQUE sur mer et volcans, sans vis-à-vis, et piscine de taille suffisante (10m) pour nager ou s’amuser à plusieurs, et surtout chauffée, ce qui est essentiel à cette saison. Grand salon/salle à manger avec cuisine bien équipée. Seul petit défaut : manque de vaisselle (seulement 8 assiettes de mémoire), obligeant à faire tourner souvent le lave-vaisselle. La suite parentale donne sur la terrasse et est très grande et très agréable. La 2nde chambre du haut également, avec 2 lits simples. Les 2 chambres doubles (lits 140) du bas sont plus modestes et moins agréables car sans vrais fenêtres (vasistas) mais confortables et bien suffisantes pour dormir. La grande salle du bas, avec billard et ping-pong, est sympa pour jouer de temps en temps mais nous y avons passé finalement peu de temps car on s’y sent un peu enfermé (un vasistas seulement) et on est tellement mieux sur la terrasse quand la météo le permet ! Échanges cordiaux avec Marta et Carlos, que nous n’avons pas vus (ils vivent sur une autre île) mais réactifs sur whatsapp et surtout très arrangeants. Bilan en forme de question : reviendrions-nous en cas de nouvelles vacances à Lanzarote? La réponse est un grand OUI !

Excellente location !

Maison idéale avec beaucoup d’avantages : très spacieuse, bien équipée, une vue sur Playa blanca sans vis-à-vis, une salle de jeux avec billard et ping-pong, un accès direct pour grimper sur le volcan « montaña roja » et un excellent accueil des propriétaires. Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans cette maison.

Villa ideale pour un sejour en famille

Villa ideale pour un sejour en famille : vue magnifique, au calme, sans vis à vis, piece de vie tres grande. Quelques ajustements logistiques nécessaires pendant le sejour mais carlos et Marta ont été reactifs. Je recommande vivement. A savoir : tout à côté à 5 min en voiture. 2 Chambres, salle de jeux et 1 salle de bain sont en sous sol.

Somos una familia canaria que vivimos en la Isla de Tenerife y construimos la casa de Lanzarote, Playa Blanca, con toda la ilusión del mundo para disfrutarla al máximo tanto nosotros como nuestros huéspedes. Nos encanta caminar y nadar, pescar y navegar en las aguas de Lanzarote. Tenemos también varias embarcaciones en la Marina de Rubicón, a pocos minutos de la Villa.
Esperamos siempre poder ser de ayuda a nuestros huéspedes y solucionar de la mejor las posibles dificultades que pueden surgir fuera de casa cuando se va de vacaciones.
En definitiva, hacer la estancia un éxito total.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

La zona de los Altos de Montaña Roja, aunque está algo alejada del centro del pueblo de Playa Blanca y del litoral marítimo, ofrece una privacidad y unas vistas inmejorables. Está justo al lado del Volcán de Montaña Roja, zona natural y virgen y protegida por su fauna y morfología geológica. Es un placer subir a la cima y circundar todo el Volcán que nos va a deleitar con unas vistas únicas y sencillamente mágico.
La zona es residencial y muy segura.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Ciertamente que destaca la privacidad, las vistas únicas y la tranquilidad. Es una propiedad donde se puede estar juntos en familia o en grupo y a la vez permite buscar un espacio para pensar. La piscina y la zona de baño y solarium son fantásticas y muy cómoda.
Toda esta zona ha sido recientemente renovada.
