Esta villa de lujo frente al mar está perfectamente ubicada, a pocos minutos del centro de Corralejo y con espectaculares vistas al mar, incluidas las islas de Lanzarote y Lobos.
Puede caminar desde la terraza, con piscina privada climatizada, directamente a la playa. Se encuentra a menos de cinco minutos a pie de las playas de la ciudad y a pocos minutos del pintoresco puerto y restaurantes, a diez minutos de un gran supermercado.
La villa está totalmente equipada, incluye dos baños completos y tiene capacidad para hasta seis personas cómodamente. Hay servicios de ferry desde el puerto hasta Playa Blanca, Lanzarote y hasta la deshabitada isla de Lobos.
Muchos deportes acuáticos están disponibles en las playas cercanas y más en el espectacular Grandes Playa a las afueras de la ciudad.
No hay necesidad de un coche, pero si decide alquilar un coche hay conveniente en el aparcamiento de la calle. Ideal para familias o personas de cualquier edad que buscan un descanso hermoso, relajante (romántico).

Si está buscando unas vacaciones relajantes en familia con excelentes vistas al mar y fácil acceso a restaurantes y paseos a lo largo de la playa, esta es la villa para usted. Hay una cuna, trona y escalera disponibles y la terraza es segura con una barrera de cristal y una puerta con cerradura a la playa. El lavadero tiene una lavadora, fregadero, plancha y tabla de planchar. La villa también tiene una caja fuerte con llave para el uso de los huéspedes. Se proporciona ropa de cama, al igual que toallas (no toallas de playa) y alfombras de baño que se cambian una vez por semana. En el exterior hay una piscina privada climatizada, terraza con barbacoa y zona de comedor. También hay tumbonas, sillas de mimbre y sombrillas y la terraza de la azotea ofrece una magnífica vista de la bahía. La villa tiene wi-fi gratis, un moderno televisor con alrededor de 50 canales más conexión HDMI y un reproductor de DVD con alrededor de 40 populares DVD. Maravillosa estancia

Llevamos diez años yendo a Corralejo y he de reconocer que con diferencia es la mejor estancia que hemos disfrutado. Tanto por ubicación como por servicios y comodidades, ésta Villa ha cumplido con creces nuestras expectativas. Mención a parte, la atención prestada por Gonzalo que desde la llegada ha sido un grandisimo anfitrión solucionando nuestras necesidades y haciéndonos muy fácil la estancia. Repetiremos sin duda!!. Perfect holidays

If you love the beach and the sea this is your place. The location is perfect. The big terrace with the swimming pool, the barbacue and the direct access to the beach is the best and we spent great times there. The only inconvenient refers to the pool maintenance; you have to cover it every time you are not using it but it is not enough; finally the water turns green due to its clossness to the sea. A cleaning every 2 or 3 days should be required. The property inside is ok. The kitchen needs an update and the crockery, glasses and kitchenware should be renewed and completed. In any case, we spent a comfortable and nice holidays.

Cannae beat the view

Beachfront villa. What's not to like. If you found fault with the villa...( which we didn't ) just pour a drink.... then sit outside by the pool looking across to Lobos. Take in the view & enjoy the weather....... then nothing else will matter.

Possibly the best spot in Corralejo, near the town but away from noise. The villa is very comfortable and equipped with everything you could need.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen, die Lage ist super. Der Pool angenehm warm im Januar, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Haus ist schön, aber die Einrichtung auch schon in die Jahre gekommen.Man sollte erwähnen, dass 3 Schlafzimmer im Souterrain sind, das wurde zum Teil als Keller wahrgenommen. Es gibt aber Fenster.

The perfect place for a getaway

We had an amazing time in this wonderful flat. The location is unbeatable. The terrace door goes out to the beach. A few footsteps and you can bath in a nice bay with sandy ground. You have a view onto the island Los Lobos and in the distance Lanzarote. We found the house very clean and Gonzales met us at arrival and did a very nice check-in and later on also check out. He is a super friendly guy and nice to talk to. The house is spacy with a big double room upstairs and the bathroom and downstairs we had three rooms with another bathroom, both with shower and bathtub. In the kitchen, we found all equipment we needed for cooking and the dishwasher is an extra plus. The pool on the terrace had a nice temperature and is big enough to exercise a little bit swimming. We really enjoyed our time and send a big thank you to Sheila, Robert and Gonzalo

Lovely well kept villa with stunning views of the sea.(Fantastic to have the beach just outside the villa gate). The villa is very roomy, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Location is handy for shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely be staying again.

Family Holiday

We had a fantastic time staying at this property, right on the beach, nice pool, ice cold air con in bedrooms all Amenities you can think of. Quiet at night, 8 minute walk to the main shops, restaurants and bars. Check in really easy. Great to sit with doors open at night listening to the waves. I would definitely recommend this accommodation if you are staying in Corralejo👍

Exceptional Frontline Property

I have stayed at this wonderful villa several times and for me it is my favourite of all the seafront villas on Ave Grande Playas. The location is perfect whether you want the coastal path, surfing, shopping or nightlife. The villa has all the home comforts and facilities you could need to cater for all ages. Kona Kai is in a residential complex so provides a calm and peaceful environment for your holiday. Communication from booking with Roger and Sheila to meeting in resort with Gonzalo is faultless, easy and welcoming. I look forward to returning.

Schlner Aufenthalt

Schöne Schlafzimmer mit viel Stauraum und vielen Kleiderbügeln in den Schränken. Gut ausgestattete Badezimmer. Toller beheizter Pool mit ausreichender Anzahl an Liegen. Der Platz im Wohnzimmer und am Esstisch für 3-4 Personen ausreichend, Sitzmöbel aber zu klein. Küche sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Großartige Lage-besser geht nicht.

Simply fabulous

An amazing homely property right on the beach with great views and a short walk from the town centre. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again. Also Gonzales the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. We were sad to leave!

Lovely villa in a great location

Well maintained spacious villa with loads of character in a fantastic location. We stayed for 11 nights and used it as a base for watersports, cycling and relaxing. The host and local rep were super helpful and communication was excellent. Thank you!

Fab holiday

Had a fantastic stay at the Villa for our 40th wedding anniversary. Pictures are accurate and villa was lovely. Had already stayed at a villa a few doors along before so knew the area was lovely and perfect for us, with the ever changing scenery of the sea, was amazing. Did have an issue with pool heating where we had to call Gonzalo. And wifi would only work in livingroom but not a big problem. Overall would definitely go back again, and recommend this villa. Thank you for allowing us to use it Roger

Wow what a fabulous place.

This villa is fantastic. It really is all that the pictures imply. It is beautiful, with a lovely pool which looks straight out onto the beach. There is a footpath along the beach to bars, restaurants and loads of shopping. The villa does not have its own designated parking space, but there is loads of on-street parking right outside so it is not a problem. Gonzalo (the local rep) is lovely and very helpful. Definitely 5 stars in every category.

Ideal

Perfect location! We visited as two families with teenage boys and it was lovely that the villa was close enough to the hustle and bustle for them yet offered some relaxing quiet for the adults. View was amazing, always something to watch. Ticked all our boxes. Gonzalo was very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for the memories.

Lovely Villa in Fantastic Location

Just returned from a 12night stay here and wish we were still there. Couldn't ask for more in terms of location right on the beach with great views day and night and a really easy walk in to the main area of Corralejo even with 3 young children. Cant think there would be a better location away form the hustle and bustle but so convenient for walking out for dinner and drinks Villa was well equipped with everything we needed and heated pool was at just the right temperature. Air Con worked well to keep cool when needed. Would definitely recommend

Wonderful villa in an amazing location

Really enjoyed being based here for 10 days. Great pool, much nicer house than the pictures suggest! Fab location and Gonzalo who manages the property couldn’t have been nicer.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We bought this villa after a number of visits exploring most of the Canary Islands. In our opinion, Corralejo is the nicest resort in all of the Canary Islands. Luckily for us this villa became available in 2014 and we were in a position to purchase it. The main attractions of this property are the location right on the beach and it is only a short walk to the main restaurants, bars, local beaches and the harbour in Corralejo.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Private heated pool, part of a predominantly residential community which means it is nice and quiet during the day and night. There are no extra charges for anything and it has very fast internet, much better than what we get in the UK!
