La villa recientemente renovada y moderna Anna Deluxe (2017) está completamente cerrada y está alarmada, con portón eléctrico. Hay aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y calefacción por suelo radiante en los meses de invierno.

Exterior: piscina de 9 x 4 con iluminación y un montón de área de descanso y descanso al aire libre y comedor bajo la terraza cubierta.

Hay una barbacoa y estacionamiento para un auto. Los extensos terrenos han sido plantados con palmeras y coníferas.

Lavadero: hay una lavadora.

Limpieza / Toallas / Ropa de cama: Se proporcionan ropa de cama y toallas, incluso toallas de playa. La propiedad (servicio de limpieza a pedido) se limpia semanalmente i (pago adicional cobrado por hora).

Electricidad, agua, toallas, sábanas están incluidas en el precio.

La villa ofrece un alojamiento amueblado agradablemente moderno para 4 personas que podrán disfrutar de su ubicación aislada en la zona residencial privada de Dona Pepa I, Cuidad Quesada. La propiedad tiene una buena posición y hay excelentes vistas de un área del parque y los lagos salados La Mata y Torrevieja desde su terraza en la azotea.

El parque acuático local (Ciudad Quesada) está a 4 km, y el de Torrevieja a 12 km, y el campo de golf local (La Marquesa) está a 4 km de la villa. La casa está prevista de un sistema de alarma conectado que transfiere cualquier alerta a una central y todas las puertas y ventanas tienen rejas de seguridad.

A menos de 500 m de la villa hay un hermoso hotel de 4 * con spa (baños de vapor y sauna, aromaterapia, masajes, jaccuzi ...) en la misma zona alrededor del hotel, encontrará una selección de bares y restaurantes ... a unos 300 m al otro lado de la villa hay más tiendas y restaurantes, y un buen supermercado. Esta villa es muy apropiada para una familia de 4 o dos parejas que desean disfrutar de una villa de lujo para sus vacaciones.

PROPERTY WAS BRILLIANT.

This property was fantastic, very high end and clean. Only thing we were dissatisfied with was the swimming pool as this was advertised as heated however there was no cover which meant the pool held no heat and was too cold to use.Would definitely recommend this property.

Great villa

Els & Ricky were great hosts and available if required. Villa was well furnished and comfortable. The pool was fantastic but will be even better when the cover is fitted to allow the the higher temperature to be maintained. Everything you need is provided in the villa. Very quiet area for the period of our stay. We benefited from having a car to explore the local area.

Absolutely wonderful!

Our stay at this villa was absolutely wonderful! The highlight for us was definitely the pool – it was crystal clear and inviting, perfect for cooling off in the heat. The garden area with the palm trees added such a serene and calming atmosphere. The villa was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying meals al fresco, and the nearby lounge chairs were great for sunbathing. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again!

Everything was as described on the Vrbo web-site description. The managers, Ricky and Els, were excellent hosts. We didn't need them very often but when we did they were superb. Highly recommend.

Beautiful modern property

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. Just as described in the listing and as lovely as the photos suggest. The area was so peaceful which was just what we were looking for. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in quality accommodation then you won’t be disappointed.

Family June Break

We have just had a lovely break in this Villa. This is our second stay and we plan to return. The villa is exactly as described. Large clean and well equipped. The pool area is so tropical with new additional lights for the evening to sit and relax on terrace. The owners are very helpful if you need anything. Thank you Ricky and Els for letting us stay in your beautiful villa.

Excellent villa, comfortable and has everything you could need. A couple of suggestions to improve it even further:- A full length mirror would be useful A demonstration on the alarm system so that we didn't set it off - sorry Elsa. A demonstration on how to use the TV on arrival would also have been useful so we didn't have to bother Elsa again! Overall a beautiful villa, pool and outdoor garden.

Fantastic Villa

Had a great stay at the Villa, with the initial meeting with the owner when we arrived who explained everything that we needed to know, and how to contact them if we had any problems. Brilliant accommodation with everything you needed for a perfect holiday, in a great position for getting around, shops and restaurants. We had a couple of small issues during our month stay, which were dealt with promptly and efficiently by the owners Ricky and Els who were the perfect hosts. We will have no hesitation in renting the property again, and recommending it to others.

From start to when we left, both Ricky and Els were available and helpful. The villa was exactly as advertised, clean, tidy and modern. You will definitely need a car to stay here although there are some lovely restaurants within 20 minutes walk, I would definitely recommend the Grand Italien Restaurant, absolutely brilliant.

Fabulous Villa

This is a fantastic villa. Very comfortable, both inside and outside. The kitchen is so well equipped with top of the range appliances. Excellent air con, very comfortable lounge and bedrooms, excellent TV system with an abundance of channels. The pool area is fabulous. Ricky is a great host and a very friendly person, it was a pleasure to meet him, and also his lovely Mum when we returned the keys. Thank you Ricky and family for a lovely stay.

Lovely, spotlessly clean villa.

Firstly, communication with the owners was quick and easy. We were very grateful to be allowed to check in earlier than 5pm (our flight arrived early). The villa was spotlessly clean, nothing was missed and everything you could want is there. The kitchen has high end products which were so easy to use. The bedrooms are very welcoming with the most comfortable beds too - I slept so well. The villa is in a lovely residential area and it is so peaceful there. The pool is the perfect size and we spent hours chilling in the sun. We took advantage of the free electric charging point as we had a hybird rental car. What a money saver! I highly recommend this villa.

Fantastic

Fabulous villa in perfect, quiet location great for exploring region. Villa is equipped with everything you will need, has a great pool area and is very secure. Ricky is the perfect host, there to show you where everything is and how everything works, very friendly and accommodating, we are really grateful he allowed us to remain in villa on departure day due to a cancelled flight - thank you! We will definitely be returning in the near future

We had a perfect 2 weeks stay at the villa. All was just has described and more to be perfectly honest. Spotlessly clean, just could not have ask for more. So we booked for another 4 weeks. Thank you so much Ricky and Els, good honest people.

Fabulous property in a wonderful location.

Throughly enjoyed our stay here. The villa caters for everyone’s needs and more. The pool was just what you need on a boiling hot day and the kids had lots of fun in it. Although I will say my husband was disappointed the pool lights didn’t work as he was looking forward to using the pool in the evening. I will agree with a previous guest that the villa is missing a full length mirror. I think adding one would make the villa perfect. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The host were lovely and on hand if we needed them. I have already recommended this villa to friends and family and I wouldn’t hesitate booking to stay here again. Many thanks Ricky & Elsa.

More than surpassed our expectations. The property is top class with everything you need and more. The owners are so welcoming and encourage you to make it your home. Nobody could be disappointed staying at this lovely, quiet villa. Ricky even let us use his apartment nearby for the day as our flight was later that evening. This place was also amazing and would be very happy spending a holiday here also. Great to have met you Ricky and hearing your story and I'm sure we will see you again! Beautiful home

The house was beautiful and Hosts were great but we hired this property for the lovely size pool but unfortunately due to all the palm trees loosing the seeds we never got to use the pool except for 3 days out of the 3 weeks so this was very disappointing I wish we were warned about this, I know the wind is not their fault but I feel that the trees could have been maintained to stop this problem !

I am a man who born in Belgium and worked in the coal mine until i had a car accident on my 20th birthday caused by a drunken truck-driver. Since the accident do I sit in a wheelchair, I am an interior designer - architect, landscaper and try to enjoy my life as good as possible. I am married since 1992 with a nice woman and we have a daughter together.
We came to the Costa Blanca in the year 1995 for my health, I must say this was no mistake, my health is much better then when we left Belgium.

I like to ask you, why not try the Costa Blanca for your holiday? Our area has an enormous variety of attractions for all ages and interests. Sporting facilities including four 18 hole golf courses, 5 full size bowling greens, several marinas, tennis, squash, fishing, windsurfing and horse-riding are only some of the many activities that are available within a 20 km radius of our location.

There are several safe guarded beaches that have been recognised for their quality by the granting of a Blue Flag - The European Union for Ecological Quality symbol of approval. The beaches have facilities for water sports and sun-bathing. The sands are a paradise for the children.

Our villa is near citrus fruit plantations which are characteristic of this part of the Costa Blanca and enjoy spectacular views of the salt lakes at La Mata and Torrevieja.
Come and join us! We are certain you will thoroughly enjoy your stay in a mild and agreeable climate that has over 300 hundred sunny days each year and is recommended by the World Health Organization.

The villa has to offer you a lot, is completely private and has 2 bedrooms with TV, connected at the Internet, Floor-heating, Electric shutters, Double glassed windows, wooden oak floors, air-conditioning, Living-room provided with a large table for 6 people, the TV launch has a very nice relaxing sofa, IPTV, Internet, DVD, Stereo-installation, Air-conditioning, fully equipped dream kitchen, glass table with 4 chairs, seats covers with leather... there is to much to tell... please look at the pictures and even then you didn't see all

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The area around the pool is of composite with Led lights, so in the evening & at night this gives a nice and relaxing view. You are on holiday when you sit there on the terrace overlooking the pool with his palm-trees with a good glass of red wine or a beer, seeing the children enjoying the pool. It's so nice with the lights around the pool at night, it gives me personal the feeling I am in Thailand.
