Gran Premio de Motociclismo MOTO GP normalmente en Abril y la Feria del Caballo en Mayo.
La estación de tren y buses está a unos 600 m y el aeropuerto a 13 km.

ATENCIÓN: Por su seguridad, si van a utilizar la BBQ, se prohíbe terminantemente el uso de cualquier líquido inflamable, como alcohol, benceno o gasolina. Y esta deberá quedar limpia después de su uso además de las cenizas depositadas en el contenedor de la calle.

This two-storey apartment, with a big lovely terrace and private garage, is situated in the historical town centre of Jerez., next to San Miguel Church and 800m away from the Town Hall and 5 minutes walk from the town centre. The apartment has two bedrooms, with embedded wardrobes, 2 complete bathrooms, a fully equiped kitchen, and a living-room with a sofa. 4 people can sleep in this flat, altogether. There are two lifts from the garage direct to the second floor, where the apartment is, and the main room and the terrace are on the upper floor.
From its 61m2 terrace you can see in the distance El Puerto de Santa María.

La Zambomba is nother important event in the first weekends of December, when people gather in the street to sing Flamenco Christmas Carols.
The railway station is nearby and from there you can take trains to go to Sevilla, Cadiz, and even to the Jerez airport which is at 12 km from Jerez. Around 20€ by taxi.
In this, all year round sunny town, you can also enjoy the tapas in its bars or tabancos and you will be kindly welcomed.
Near the house, there are shops, and good taberns with economical menus.

UPON ARRIVAL and according to the Spanish legislation, all members of the group , above 16, will be required to show their IDENTIFICATION CARD or PASSPORT, these details will be sent to the local authorities.


ATTENTION: For your own safety, if you are going to use the BBQ it is strictly forbidden to light it up with any flammable liquid such as alcohol, gasoline, benzene... The BBQ must be cleaned after its use and the ashes must be deposited in the street container.
