Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed with cove mtn rentals on how my reservation was handled. They overbooked and I clearly booked first, but sir some reason it wasn't saved into their system. But for whatever reason they decided I was the one that needed to choose a different cabin. Not the way I would or do business

Loved our stay at the Parrots Nest

Perfect location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really nice cabin and perfect location. There were 5 adults and 4 children and we had plenty of room. Close to all the attractions. There was a maintenance issue that was addressed very quickly by the staff.The one negative was the cleanliness. It was quite dusty, ceiling fans especially and we had to wash all the dinner/cookware prior to use. If they are going to automatically add a $375 cleaning charge to your bill, I would expect it to be much cleaner. Also, some of the saplings should be cut back as they are overtaking the view.

Parrots nest, more like spider web heaven!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can tell this place is on its third or more owner, they don’t care about it. They just want to make money from it. There was dirty dishes, pots and pans put back in the cabinets. The silverware was so old they couldn’t come clean. We had to get plastic ware and bowls/plates at the local Walmart. There was con webs in the windows so thick that you couldn’t see through the windows. The view could be nice if they would take a half a day and trim the trees back. There was no chlorine in the hot tub at all. The stuffed raccoon on the table was at least thirty years old, the cobwebs on it was only five or six years old though. You can hear every conversation through the floors. The cabin could be very nice again if the owners would just put some time into it.

Somewhat satisfied

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was good. Disappointed with trash taking off. We were there a whole week 11 people, probably should have taken off trash at midpoint week, 11 people can generate a lot of trash. And then to top it off had to drive 20 minutes to take off the trash that wouldn't fit in the cans. Went to 2 places that you recommended one was full and one was the main plant (they only took the big trucks). Eventually they gave instructions were to take the trash. Last day not enjoyable 😅🤨😕 liked approximate to everything especially Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge. Rooms were good and beds were comfortable, only bad thing was cobwebs on lights in bathroom lower and upper bathrooms. Cobwebs on ceilings in upper king bedroom. You could hear the creaks Everytime someone moved, especially in the morning.

Great location

Great views and great location. Very steep road for access. Biggest problem was that the water has a very strong sulfur odor and makes the entire house smell. A couple people in our family refused to shower due to the strong odor.

Amazing view

The view was amazing, the property was clean. The only downside was the water smelled like sewer. It had a terrible smell that would stink up the house after a shower. Seems as if the hot water heater is going out.

The house was great! Parking is a little trick

We had a great mother daughters weekend with friends. Lots of space and amazing views! Parking area has a steep turn around. We had two large SUVs. It was a little tricky but we figured it out. Three would be a challenge. If you arrive after dark, you might want to have someone take a flashlight and check it out and figure out the best way to park

As advertised. Had a great time. Nice property, what I expected.

Really enjoyed it. A few improvements needed from general wear and tear but very good overall. Nice view, really good location for Pigeon Forge/Dollywood area. Staff was great.

Nice stay!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice stay. There were some issues that need to be addressed like the broken leg on the foosball table, an electrical outlet in the main floor bedroom sticking out of the wall, looks like someone used charcoal on the gas grill, there is no near by dumpster for cabin trash overflow, and I had to park my vehicle on top of the hill and walk down to the cabin which wasn’t great for the older guests. But other than that the stay was good. Great mountain view! The fireworks display from Dollywood was awesome. Short drive to Pigeon Forge.

We found it clean and comfortable...once we found it. It was hard to locate, very steep roads. And if there are multiple people that don’t get around easily on foot, this is not the place for you. One bed had no sheets but we found some and made up the bed. It was spacious, and relaxing...but we won’t choose this one again.

Amazing private view

We loved the private location and amazing view! The place was clean and had lots of games and things to do. However, I thought the listing said jacuzzi tubs but they were more like regular bath tubs with jets and shared between multiple bedrooms. The beds were super uncomfortable and broken. The location was perfect for us. Overall a good place and we would consider staying there again.

Great Location, beds not so much

This was a fine property. There were quite a few spider webs on the porch railings, and one large one in one of the bedrooms. The biggest problem was that the beds were terribly noisy. It was so bad that my wife and I slept on the floor. Every time you move on the bed it made a terrible squeaking noise that would wake us up. I would not stay here again simply because of the beds. I believe the problem is that the bases under the mattresses are poor quality, but I am not sure.

Beautiful

Great location and much bigger than we realized. Only one thing I’d change though- those beds are so loud! I could hear the other guests everytime they rolled over. Chang out those box springs and this place is golden!
