Bienvenido a nuestra Villa Real frente a la playa. Disfrute de unas vacaciones relajantes disfrutando del sonido de las olas y el olor de la playa. Alojamiento perfecto para unas vacaciones familiares o una puerta de entrada. Precioso apartamento en primera línea de playa con acceso directo a la playa y zonas comunes con piscina, cenador y parque infantil para niños. Relájate y disfruta del paseo.

La propiedad está totalmente equipada. Todas las habitaciones y áreas comunes tienen ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado. Cada habitación tiene un Smart TV con Internet de alta velocidad, así como la sala de estar que también tiene televisión por cable. El complejo cuenta con una hermosa piscina limpia y bien mantenida que cuenta con dos piscinas para adultos y dos para niños. Ofrecemos todos los elementos esenciales para que su estancia sea inolvidable.

¡Buena ubicación! A 32 minutos del aeropuerto, a 45 minutos del Viejo San Juan, a 30 minutos de El Yunque, a 60 minutos del ferry a Vieques y Culebra, a 29 minutos de la Hacienda Carabali (¡cabalgar, muy agradable!), A 14 minutos del Walmart Super Center, a 15 minutos de un centro comercial, un patio de comidas y una pista de karting cubierta. No hay nada mejor. Como dijo uno de nuestros huéspedes "fuera de lo común, pero lo suficientemente cerca de todo para ser conveniente". A poca distancia en coche hay muchos restaurantes y vendedores locales de "comida callejera" que ofrecen un toque local para simplemente relajarse y descansar. ¡Esta será tu estadía perfecta! ¡¡¡Promesa!!!

Siempre estaré disponible durante su estadía y haré que sus vacaciones sean inolvidables. Ofrecemos, como servicio adicional, entrega de comestibles. Simplemente haga el pedido en línea y me aseguraré de que los comestibles estén en la propiedad en su lugar, ¡bebidas frescas y frías! Stay in Loiza

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra's property! Aside from a tiny issue with some ants in the kitchen, the property was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the beach toys and towels! The A/C was great and the washer/dryer were so nice to have. The access to the beach and the pool are so easy, which our teens especially loved!

The condo is well kept, updated and has a beautiful view of the ocean/beach. This is my 2nd time back and will probably be back next year!

Great communication

We arrived at our stay and despite some confusion on behalf of the cleaning company and the property not being ready when we arrived, the communication was impeccable, we made do with what we had and did some wuivk cleaning up. That host immediately got in touch with the cleaning crew to have them on their way. Things happen but the communication was great. The location was gorgeous, the property was maintained well. No complaints about our stay, we will definitely book again.

Beautiful place

The place is beautiful. I would recommend to friends and family. I will go back to this to this beautiful home. I will rent from her again, I first was lost because it was my first time in the island but communication with her was the best The beach is about 5 yards from the patio.Thank you had a blast.

Location location location!!

We love Malibu Beach resort we’ve stayed there several times this particular unit was beachfront and gorgeous. The host has it very well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots,pans pretty much anything you can ask for.. bbq grill outside with beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles and a cooler. There were 6 of us in this unit and plenty of space for all of us. This location is very close to the national forest, kiosks, and the ferry.

We really enjoyed the stay, so close to the beach and water. Great response from owner with some minor issues. The washer and dryer worked great. Clean and minimal interior design. Loved it!

Great Gem on the Beach

We had a great stay at Malibu Beach with a direct view of the ocean and steps away from the sand! The unit was comfortable and quiet with very good A/C in all rooms. Located 30 minutes east of SJU and is centrally located for Old San Juan, El Yunque National Forest, snorkeling at Fajardo/Icacos Island and Luquillo. Well stocked with all the cooking utensils you need as well as an outdoor gas grill and beach equipment.

beautiful stay .. location great ! walmart , walgreen's and mcdonald’s in close proximity . easy access to highway. literally ocean/beach in the back yard .. pool in front .. condo was very comfy and clean … will stay again ! next family vacation . oh yeah very secure and safe .. gaurd on duty daily. as soon as we pulled in he greeted us and patrolled who came in and out of complex

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach. The ocean was a bit rough but we still had a great time relaxing on our very own beach. T master bathroom is a tight squeeze but all accommodations are comfortable and clean.

Family Beach Vacation

This was a great find for our family of five Puerto Rico vacation! We loved the close proximity to the beach which was nice and clean, and just steps out the patio door. The pool was amazing- perfect for families as there was a shallow pool for littles and deeper pool for bigger kids and adults. We also liked the centralized location between San Juan, El Yunque National Forest and Farjardo since we had activities in all these places. The condo itself was clean and had all the beach necessities. The host was also very responsive when we had questions as well. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great location for a wonderful PR vacation

This lovely condo was exactly as presented. It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located, just steps from the beach. The pools on the property were also fantastic. The condo is located within easy drive to El Yunque rainforest and to charming Old San Juan. Sandra, our host, was instantly responsive when suddenly we lost WiFi on a Sunday. She had the problem rectified in record time. Overall a 5 star experience.

Awesome Place

We are all military, Army and Navy and came here to celebrate one of our Navy spouse birthday and we had a blast. The Vrbo was excellent, clean, big, with everything we needed to feel like home. I don’t think we could have found a better place. We recommend this Vrbo 100%. V/r SFC Ramos

Vacation too short

We absolutely love Puerto Rico. This unit was very accommodating for our family! 3 bedrooms, beach access! Loved that there were beach chairs for us to use. Our kids love to be in the ocean with waves and it was so nice to walk right out the back and have beach access. Sandra was very easy to get a hold of.

Absolutely stunning beachfront property

The view from this apartment is stunning! Best part was having breakfast outside on the patio and viewing the ocean. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. The private beach was beautiful. This unit is very convenient. It had everything we needed. The only thing that wasnt comfortable was the shower because of the floor being same height as rest of bathroom the water easily floods over. Also we couldn't get hot water in bathroom by hallway. The owner was very helpful and quickly responded. Overall this was the perfect place to stay and I would definitely recommend this property. The location was in a quiet area within a short distance to other amazing beaches.

Great location

We added a night before arrival to go straight there from the airport but a miscommunication left the condo not ready. The owner was very quick to remedy the situation (was before 6am & she had the cleaning crew there right away & gave us refunds). The cleaning crew were wonderfully thorough (even bought new sheets & towels, so we wouldn't have to wait for laundry) and cleaned around us while we rested from an overnight flight. After that was a smooth and wonderful stay! The location was perfect - you can see the beach from the back door & are steps away from the beach gate. The beach was clean & not crowded (sometimes we were the only people there) with amazing views. There's an area to rinse off outside the beach gate. The pool is really close and a good size. We were the only people in it. The pool was warmer than we'd like, but still nice. Beds were comfortable & showers had good water pressure. The location was a very easy drive to everywhere (we went to Walmart, Fajardo, El Yunque, Old San Juan, & Crashboat Beach). Puerto Rico has a large stray dog population, but the dogs on the beach were friendly & didn't cause us any issues (1 steals shoes). We felt very safe & comfortable in this condo. Some tips: pull on the front door while unlocking, the entrance to the community doesn't look like it but it's the right road, & at night the security guard is sitting inside of the gate. We were 3 teen Girl Scouts & 3 moms.

Needs Work

Location was beautiful; however, the property was a little dated. Shower head in master bathroom was broke spraying water everywhere, and when I picked up floor mat it had black mold on the bottom of it. The worst part was the water pump running non-stop, and when I called property owner, I was told to just turn it off we didn't need it. We had no water once we shut it off, forcing us to turn it back on and listen to the really annoying noise all night.
