There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay and the open plan dining/living area provides plenty of space for easy living. 3 bathrooms, one including a bath, make all the difference for a comfortable stay. Double doors from the dining area open out to a paved area with an outdoor setting and BBQ. Perfect for entertaining during the warmer months.

Lots of books and games are provided for everyone if the weather turns. There is so much to see and do in Queenscliff and on the Bellarine. You won't be sorry to use this home as your base, whether to create a memorable holiday or enjoy a quick break.

Family gathering

The Large House was perfect for my extended family long weekend, with plenty of space for everyone and multiple bathrooms. The location couldn't have been better for attending the Thomas the Tank Engine event run by Bellarine Railway.

Girls escape

Great position - very short walk to ferry, shops & eateries. Kitchen well stocked. Could have done with a proper spring clean though - quite a bit of dust & cobwebs but otherwise good.

Girls Weekend

We had a great weekend. Property was everything we wanted and more. Location was great. Perfect for a group. We will be back. Staff at Kerleys were wonderful as well.

Great house for large family

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it’s a perfect house for a large group. Great location, walking distance to everything in town. Nice outdoor courtyards for warmer weather. Great heating, house was lovely and warm in the middle of winter. House was very clean, and well appointed with everything we needed. 3 bathrooms was also a bonus for a large group. All in all we loved our stay, we will definitely come back.

Great for a group

We originally had 3 couples staying but at the last minute another couple needed accommodation, so having the extra bedrooms was great. The house is well appointed and the three bathrooms made it easy for all of use to showers when required. It is in a great location for the trains, Sorrento ferry and Queenscliff shopping precinct and town centre. We would use it again if we go back to the area and need accommodation.

Perfect holiday house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a perfect house for our group. Lovely enclosed back yard and walking distance to everything in town. Will definitely book again!

Cycling weekend in Queenscliff

Ideal property and location for a group of friends riding the Bellarine Rail Trail. It would be great if the key could be left in a security box at the property for future renters. This would make checking into the house so much easier than the current model which requires the key to be collected from a real estate agent 5 kms away from the property. Overall a great house for our needs.

Large, comfortable house in great location

The home is really lovely for a stay with a group: with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it was really easy to have us all comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, lots of glasses and crockery, lovely outdoor areas x2 and just a short walk up to town. Really loved our stay, just the inconvenience of having to pick up/drop off the key in Point Lonsdale but at least we could visit the market on Sunday!

Girls Getaway

Our girls weekend in Queenscliff was great, lots of fun and laughter. The house on Wharf Street was fantastic, nice big bedrooms for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. It was a cold and wet weekend but we were certainly warm and cosy. Great location, close to everything. We would definitely stay again. Leanne

Great family getaway

A good holiday home with enough bedrooms for large family group. Indoor living area is a little tight for mix of adults and children but outdoors was great and luckily weather was fine. Three bathrooms were a bonus. Excellent location with beaches, walks and township in easy walking distance.

Appealing home

This property suited us really well as it was close to the shops and the water front. It was spacious but had a different set up of furniture as in your brochure - think that setup would have created a more spacious appeal.

Great House for a group

The online booking process was easy. Collecting the keys disruptive as you need to go to the Point Lonsdale office not the Queenscliffe one. The house was spacious, clean and offered enough space to not be in each other’s pockets. Linen did not come with the property and it’s hire was quite expensive for sets of sheets $40 per bed. Great location, an easy walk to everything
