We have had a fabulous stay at this modern and clean property which is centrally located so only a short walk away from everything and with a stunning view of the city. Excellent communication with the owner regarding accessing the building and the property. Luggage store in the building was incredibly useful.

Fantastic flat in a great location. Detailed information provided for check in and how to find the flat which enabled a quick and easy arrival. The flat was far bigger than anticipated which was great. Everything as described and all we needed for a great stay. The location really is perfect to be able to walk everywhere and with lovely views over the harbour. Would absolutely stay again.

Great apartment, catered to everything you needed. Particularly appreciated the dishwasher and washing machine tablets and the hairdryer. It’s in a very good location, close to the bus stops, the shops in the centre and the Radisson blue where lots of the tours go from. Check in and out very easy, and efficient.

The stay in this hotel was pretty much satisfactory. The only point I suggest improvement is the instruction about finding the right building. There were many Total Apartments building in that area, and took me about 10 minutes to find the right building I booked. There were also many people wondering to find their hotel building.

Spacious modern apartment! Excellent stay!

The apartment was basically brand new and so spacious. Clear instructions were given. Much better than staying in a small hotel room. Felt like we were living there. Would stay again. Short walk to town and easy access to walk over the bridge to the Arctic Cathedral. Make sure to go to Vervet Bakery for the best coffee and pastries.

Just enjoyed lovely stay in these beautiful apartments in stunning Tromso. Location was perfect just few minutes walk to centre, bars, restaurants & supermarket. View from balcony was stunning & everything looked new & very clean. Under floor heating in bathroom was a plus. Only negatives was bedroom really small & WiFi poor. Good communication with hosts & self check in & finding property really easy. Would happily stay here again and recommend.

One of staff young man was very helpful and patient. One of young lady was inpatient shut the phone before we fully understand. The Apartment was in a very good condition and Premium location. However the property next door has big buildings work going on. But inside is very quiet Not problem . The from one of room can view the bridge . The other is street view. As on the first photo

I wish I had chosen a hotel. This apt was nice but the bedroom was really terrible. The room looks out into a hallway outside the apt with a huge window. So weird. The bed was very uncomfortable, squeaky and an overall poor experience. The garbage cans were full when we arrived and we were asked to take out other people’s garbage. The pics are deceiving, don’t do it! Get a hotel.

Lovely property would stay again. Communication regards to entering the property a few days before would have been great I did have to email them a few times. We didn't have a key to do the recycling so had to leave it on the side for the cleaners and our waste. But the apartment is lovely ideal location to stay whilst in tromso.

Great location and cozy vibes!

The apartment is cute and clean, and the location is amazing walking distance from many attractions. Amazing view from The balcony. The management was kind and responsive to us ! I would only suggest some toilettes and / coffee - tea as a great touch.

Host was great, our first unit had unfinished works and was dusty so we were upgraded to another unit. The next unit was better but still had unfinished works and materials left around. Overall we were not happy with the price we paid and the quality received.

Location is great and the apartment is well equipped. Since this property is brand new and half of it is still under construction, we had to suffer some odors from paint and furnitures. Beds are squeaky and cheesy bedding quality does not justify the price I paid for the apartment at all. For some reason I never received their instructions about how to check in before arrival, so my kids and I had to be wondering around outside of the building in the arctic snow during late night for about half and hour while we tried to contact the property management. A man called back and sent me instructions right away. The funny part is that man was just like “now you have the instructions and you can get in” after he heard we never received any instructions before he called me. Guess it is the way they handle their customers.

The property is clean and convenient to downtown Tromsø. But the area is a full blown construction zone. We were woken early each morning with drills and hammers going. The communication with the management is poor at best. It took over 24 hours to respond each time. The fire alarm went off the first night at 4 AM and no one from the company even showed up to help or see if things were OK. They just spoke to one of the guests on the phone about how to turn off the alarm remotely. In addition, the plumbing was not properly installed and vented so that the sewer gas is backing up into the bathroom. I would not recommend this apartment-hotel to anyone. Maybe after all the construction is done it will be better, but I think it is irresponsible to let people stay in an unfinished building that is under construction without informing the guests that they will be in such a condition.

Gittiğimizde odanın kodu yanlıştı telefonda arama hakkı olmayan ya da ingilizcesi iyi olmayan biri olsaydı çok sıkıntı olabilirdi. Çıkacağımız gün sabah 8 de kapıyı biri açmış ve koridorda oğlumuzu görünce kapatmış bizim için kötü bir anı oldu otele ilettiğimiz halde mantıklı bir yanıt alamadık
