Fabulous family vacation location

We had an amazing week for a three generation family of 17 from ages of 3-79. Our family was able to enjoy one another with plenty of space to have group activities and individual bedroom suites . The outdoor space was utilized for the entire week with outdoor dining, palapa dining table for cards and dining, swimming pool, beachfront and lovely indoor spaces. Soliman Bay has good snorkeling when you take the kayaks out to the coral reef, great shell hunting, and fishing opportunities when you rent with a local fisherman. All ages had a fabulous time and hated to have the week end. Even the 3 resident iguanas provided great entertainment for the family. Sunrises and sunsets were enjoyed by all. The staff including the chef were so accommodating and helpful and the amazing Thanksgiving dinner (including floral arrangements and ballon decorations) was much appreciated. A Thanksgiving week to remember.

Beautiful property but not near anything

This property is beautiful and the house is well suited for large groups. Be aware that one of the bedrooms is not attached to the house in a bungalow down at the beach. While it was very nice, there was an odd odor in that space. Also this property is NOT near anything. You should either rent a car or be prepared to stay put. Fernando did drive us around often, but it was very expensive so a rental car would be a better option. The house is gorgeous with ample space for gathering and privacy. We did have some issues with the boiler breaking (no hot water) and the air conditioning not working, but the issues were resolved as timely as possible. Angel and Rosa and exquisite chefs and provided some very tasty meals. No need to go out to dinner as they were more than accomodating cooking us whatever we wanted with ample quantity. Great place for unwinding and making memories!

Amazing venue

All we can say is amazing. The staff is beyond measure! The food second to none. They assisted with a suprise birthday celebration. Would highly recommend this home to anyone that wants a few days in paradise with amazing staff and a perfect sunrise every morning!

Relaxing and fabulous week

Beautiful stay with a wonderful staff. Main floor bedroom for grandparents. Meals were great and chef flexible with menu modifications. Our vegetarians were never without great options. Ages 12 to 87 left with memories of an amazing family vacation.

Beautiful villa

This was our second time staying at the property. The home is beautiful and has one of the prettiest outdoor areas in the bay. The staff was very professional and courteous.

The MOST relaxing week

To echo the other reviews, our family of 13 (8 adults, 5 kids) spent the week at CBS and the staff made our trip. Fernando, Asaella, Angel, Rosa and Gabriel were amazing and took care of every need we had. Angel and Rosa absolutely killed the week's menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Having our meals all together in the outdoor dining area was honestly probably the highlight of our stay...so nice. Our rooms were cleaned spotless each day by Asaella and Gabriel and Fernando took care of everything else from transportation, pool cleaning, beach cleaning as well as answering all of our questions. The house and grounds were absolutely perfect for our family with plenty of room and a great pool for the kids. Jorge, the manager was very responsive and helpful leading up to our stay as well. We would definitely come back and stay here. Thank you CBS crew!!

What a week!!!

We had a family celebration ( 8 adults and 4 children under 4 years). This Villa was ideal. So much space, privacy, and beauty. The staff were amazing. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Special shout out to Fernando who placed a very safe pool barrier to protect our Little’s while we all enjoyed the beautiful yard. Thank you again for such a great week. Hope to come back some day.

Pure Bliss

Casa Buene Suerte was and is pure joy. Jorge was wonderfully responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. While the house and beach are gorgeous the staff will make your stay amazing. Unfortunately we went during seaweed season but we still got to enjoy a bit a beach b/c everyday at 5am Fernando would be out raking and cleaning the beach for us. Everything chef Angel made was absolutely delicious and we went off menu several times, the entire staff really made our stay a wonderful experience. I will definitely stay at CBS again, I would only advise to have a plan for alcohol.

A Week In Paradise

What an amazing time our group had. There were 12 of us all friends of 10 years. 6 couples all with different wants and needs and this house fit all of them! First the house is gorgeous! It doesn't disappoint. With rooms (5 facing the ocean, multiple eating areas, a nice cool pool and oceanfront made this an easy place to stay. We had reservations for dinner every night out and cancelled some just to stay in the home. The staff (5-6 in total) are second to none! Wonderful amazing people who genuinely care and are there to take care of your every need. Walk right into the ocean and you can stand as far as 300 feet out and see your toes in clear turquoise water. The chef is unbelievable and we miss him!!! All the food was tasty, fresh and plentiful. Custom requests were easy to make. Their menu is great and they do a wonderful job. Tulum Beach is about 1/2 hour from the house and setting up a ride with the house staff was extremely easy. This was the best setup you could ask for. Thank you for putting together an amazing experience that will never be forgotten!

Amazing week at Casa Buena Suerte celebrating a BIG Birthday!

The team was great - Fernando, Azalea, Chef Angel and Rosa were attentive and did everything to ensure we were happy and comfortable! The food was awesome and they went out of their way to make my birthday night extra special! The house itself was spacious and accommodated our large group (15 adults max capacity 1 night). Even when we had to use the futons, they were comfortable. When we arrived it was a full tropical storm so the power had gone out and the house was flooded. The team did their best under those circumstances - they got the generator running and worked hard to clean up the flooding. The owners should do some work on the house / window & door sealing to help prevent flooding. They also should invest in a few new kayaks / paddle boards as the few there are old and not in great shape. The listing said there was a hot tub, but there isn't - just a bath tub, so hopefully they'll update the listing so it's accurate - I love a hot tub and that was a main factor in my choice. The pool and beach were lovely - you definitely need water shoes for the rocks. Massages at house were a bit pricey and just "OK." The house is a bit far from downtown Tulum and sadly the taxi / transport situation in Tulum has become an out of control racket, so venturing out gets pricey, especially with a big group. You can walk down the beach to the Jashita Hotel which has a great restaurant and cute little bar. Overall, had a fantastic stay and loved the house and team - highly reccommend!

This property is not what it seems

Upon arrival, we opened the car door and were overwhelmed with an awful smell. The staff met us, they were warm and welcoming. The chef had made a wonderful dinner, however, the house was very hot and humid. The head housekeeper showed us each room, the rooms were air conditioned and the doors were kept shut. The house was nicely decorated. Some of the fixtures did need replacing, such as our sink handle in our bedroom bathroom, it was no longer attached, rusted and wobbly. We contacted manager about the lack of air conditioning in the main areas of the house, he said that he would talk to the staff and have this addressed. The house was kept colder after this, however, the staff would shut off most of the air conditioners in the main areas in the evening, so it was quite warm in the morning and the night; you could not leave your door open. I had a hard time with this, because I did not want to have our door shut, and the kids doors shut, in a new place, in case they needed me. The next morning, with the light of day, we discovered what the terrible smell was. It was Sargassum. This seaweed was full of garbage from the ocean (plastics), it was piled up all down the shoreline, in the water and on the beach. The smell outside and wafting into the house was putrid. We were unable to use the beach or go into the water. The smell woke us up every night, several times. Being in the outside area, was not very pleasant. This was very disappointing, because we paid for beachfront access, and we planned to be able to stay at the house to relax, eat, swim, snorkel and kayak. Instead, we had to leave every day to find beaches and restaurants, that did not have the seaweed or smell, which of course was an additional cost. We did have some meals at the house, because the chef was amazing, and we did not want the staff to feel bad in any way. The staff were very dedicated, the house was kept very clean, our laundry was done for us, they were always available to help. We made every attempt to first handle our concerns that we had with the seaweed, with the owner of this property. We told the owner that other beaches that had the seaweed, did not smell, as long as the seaweed was removed. We told the owner, that we should have been told beforehand, so that we could have made a choice about coming, they told us that they do not tell people about the seaweed, or they would not come. The owner stopped replying to us and would not give us any refund.

Family trip of 14 adults & 7 kids.

Wonderful experience. From Jorge scheduling the rental & helping with the transportation vans to Fernando helping us at the house with all of our questions & excursions. The chefs where amazing, the food was better than any restaurant. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job. Overall it was a wonderful trip. Beautiful house with great accommodations. Great beach, but bring water shoes small rocks at edge of water. Beautiful outdoor area, and pool. You will need transportation to town our your excursions.

Wonderful stay!

It was a wonderful property and experience. The views were surreal! Highly recommend getting a massage next to the beach - the therapists were great and the sound of the waves lapping was lovely.

We will absolutely be back. Absolutely perfect. Staff was beyond great and the chef and sou chef were not just cooks but as good as any nice restaurant. Always easy to communicate at any time.

Can’t wait to go back to this magical paradise!!!

We chose this house because of the pictures and the number of rooms to accommodate our entire family for the whole week we were there. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the house, it was much more beautiful in person than in pictures, and the surrounding areas were spacious yet it felt very cozy. Upon arrival we were greeted by the house staff (Fernando & his wife) both were wonderful, friendly and attentive of every detail during our stay, they made sure we had everything we needed at all times. We hired masseuses one day, and they came to the house and set up a spot near the beach, it was one of the highlights of our trip. We also kayaked every day and were able to see the beautiful marine life in the bay… heck! one of the afternoons while sitting by the pool we saw a flamingo flyby, it was incredible! Overall it was a great stay and will recommend 100% … hope to be back soon.

La casa de mis sueños.

The service and attention of the staff made me feel like a king, the house is much better than it looks in photos! It truly is a magical place. All of the staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Food was fantastic, always served fresh and warm. During our stay we requested additional services such as tours and massages, all of excellent quality and at a good price. They also have lots of amenities such as kayaks, paddle boards, yoga mats, badminton, and board games, among others. Our family was always entertained. The location of the house is wonderful! Its in a private community which makes you feel safe and just a few minutes away from Tulum. Definitely a place my family and I will be visiting again. Gracias Casa Buena Suerte!

Group Stay at Casa Buena Suerte

My large group of 10 had an amazing stay at Casa Buena Suerte. The host Jorge was so responsive and helpful prior to our stay and confirmed all the details before we arrived. The staff on property was excellent. We enjoyed the meals prepared by the chef team daily and the housekeeping staff were very detailed as well. The house manager Fernando catered to our every need and ensured we had everything we needed from transportation to onsite covid testing. We would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again. I will note that the villa is located in a private gated community with several other beautiful properties, however the entry road isn’t paved very well. Please account for this when making plans. It takes about 10 minutes to exit the property in a large van or sprinter. It’s just something to be mindful of when planning outings and attempting to make it to reservations on time.

Lujo y privacidad frente al mar

Tuvimos las mejores vacaciones de la historia por mucho . Esta casa se encuentra en una bahía privada con una vista frontal al mar espectacular , cada detalle de la misma la hace única , tiene espacios muy cómodos para estar reunidos con la familia y amigos , el staff que labora ahí nos hizo sentir como en casa , cuidaron cada detalle y estaban al pendiente de todo lo que necesitábamos , las camas eran muy confortables así como las sábanas , el chef y su ayudante nos prepararon unas comidas deliciosas e inclusive nos hicieron un pastel delicioso para festejar el cumpleaños de mi esposa , el staff nos consiguió un mariachi para hacer la fiesta única! Hay kayaks para salir a realizar snorkel y lo necesario para explorar el área . Hay restaurantes , bares y vida nocturna a solo 10 minutos en vehículo , lo suficientemente cerca si quiere uno ir y lo suficientemente separado si se busca privacidad y tranquilidad , hay cenotes y parques acuáticos por la zona e infinidad de actividades por hacer en el área . Recorrimos la bahía a pie y pudimos darnos cuenta que es de las mejores casas que hay en la zona , definitivamente regresaremos a ese lugar sin dudarlo . Es temporada de alga marina y la bahía tenía algo de esta , sin embargo es tan bonita la zona, asi como la casa y tantas cosas por hacer que en realidad no nos afectó mucho .

The staff and house were perfect. Highly recommended. Solimon bay is great, but it’s a good idea to research windy seasons and forecast to have proper expectations. Even with some wind, you can still enjoy the great snorkeling. Tie off your kayak at the buoy northeast of the house and explore the reef.

Blissful beach house

Casa Bueno Suerte was breathtakingly beautiful. The house sits right on the beach with a tide that doesn’t go in or out. You can hear the waves from every room in the home. The 5 master suites and Palapa were kept very clean by the staff and the beds and pillows were so comfortable everyone commented on how fluffy and comfortable it was. The views and balcony’s of the rooms were beautiful. The staff including housekeeping and chef were great and eager to please. They answered any and all questions/requests. The chef prepared more then enough food at each meal. The seafood meals was definitely the crowd pleasers. There were 2 children ages 2 and 6 and the staff were helpful in getting their sleeping and food needs met. The house was plenty safe for them to roam around and follow the iguanas. bring some water shoes for swimming, the coral reef is difficult to swim since the water is only a few feet deep. We would love to visit again!
