Discover the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in this charming Battersea house, offering two beautifully appointed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Located on the ground floor, it provides easy access with a few steps leading up to the entrance.

Inside, you'll find a double bedroom and a king-sized bedroom, each designed with a soothing neutral decor to make you feel right at home. There's also a double sofa bed in the living room for extra guests, making this flat ideal for families or groups of friends. The bathrooms offer luxurious features—a bathtub with both overhead and handheld showers in one, and a walk-in shower with an overhead shower in the other.

The heart of the flat is the conservatory-style living room, bathed in natural light and equipped with a smart TV. It opens onto a large garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors or entertaining. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and a breakfast bar for two, ensuring you have everything you need for home cooking. This flat is also pet-friendly, subject to prior enquiry, so feel free to bring your furry friends along!

Enjoy full access to our cozy flat, including the garden. Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries provided. Fully-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and Smart TV at your disposal.

For a delightful meal or a relaxing drink, Battersea has some excellent choices. The Victoria Arms is a fantastic spot with great food and a lively atmosphere. If you prefer something more intimate, try Tim Bobbin, a smaller place with a superb selection of drinks. The Sun is another favourite, especially in the summer when you can enjoy the outdoor seating.

When it comes to dining, you can't go wrong with the Victoria Arms again. Alternatively, head to Battersea Power Station for a variety of top-notch restaurants. You can try Fiume for Italian cuisine with a view, or Cinnamon Kitchen for contemporary Indian dishes. For a unique dining experience, Mother serves up delicious sourdough pizzas in an industrial-chic setting. Vagabond is perfect for wine lovers, with a broad selection of wines by the glass and tasty snacks to accompany them.

Battersea is a vibrant area with plenty to do and see. While the closest Tube station is Clapham Common, you can easily reach it by taking a short bus ride. From Clapham Common, you have access to the Northern Line, connecting you to Central London and beyond. The closest Overground station is Wandsworth Road, giving you additional transport options.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
