You will find a fully prepared kitchen to prepare your meals. Equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishes, cutlery, various kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, water boiler, toaster, and hand blender.
This apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, flat-screen television and air conditioning.

IMPORTANT:
The indoor heated pool and squash are closed for maintenance until the end of May.
Between October 2024 and May 2025, the building will undergo exterior maintenance (painting), without limitations to the overall functioning of the condominium.
