Beautiful luxury ocean front home located in the prestigious Garrafon area, right next to the Punta Sur Ecological park. This modern home contains 4 master bedrooms with amazing unobstructed ocean views.

Casa Buena Vista with over 3000 square feet of living space is ideal for up to 8 guests. Each of the 4 bedrooms were designed to provide our guests with a private and “spa” like experience. All bedrooms are ensuite with large bathrooms with a walk-in shower. 1 ensuite also has a beautiful soaker tub. Each room has a comfortable King size bed, AC, smart TV, Netflix, wifi and motorized blackout curtains.

Both of lower level bedrooms have full size sliding doors that allow you to walk right out of your room into the pool area.

Both 3rd level bedrooms offer full size sliding doors that allow you to walk out onto the adjoining terrace to enjoy breathtaking views of Cancun. You also have access to the large front terrace with stunning Caribbean views. Enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets from the terraces.

If you want to get out of the sun and relax and enjoy a movie the main living room is equipped with an Sony XBR along with Sonos sound system, Netflix & Amazon prime are available with endless movie options.

Enjoy entertaining your guests in our gourmet kitchen and take advantage of the amazing views. Sliding doors open to a beautiful terrace with outdoor dining for 8.

The backyard offers our guests a beautiful private infinity edge pool to relax and cool off. It has a shallow play and lounge area, and a large swimming area. There are 8 lounge chairs to relax and read a book or take in the sunshine. The backyard has a bar area with a gas BBQ, outdoor speakers connected to the Sonos sound system. Outdoor shower and bathroom for easy access for our guests.

Breath taking property!

Absolutely gorgeous! Even prettier in person. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathrooms attached. House is impeccably clean. Kevan was the best house manager we have ever had!!! He checked in with us daily and arranged everything we could possibly desire.

Beautiful home on Punta Sur!

Our group of four couples loved Casa Buena Vista! It's a beautiful property with plenty of space for guests to enjoy all the amenities! Spacious bedrooms with equally beautiful views! We appreciated the thorough attentiveness from Dawn the owner and the daily help from Kevin the property manager. We can't wait to stay again!

Most Amazing Blues!

One of the best homes on the island, by far. Beautiful and modern, with phenomenal views of varying colors of blue. Definitely will be back to stay at Casa Buena Vista. :)

Highly recommend Casa Buena Vista!

We’ve stayed at the island 30+ times, each time renting a home. Casa Buena Vista well exceeded our expectations. From Dawn the owner, to Kevin the house manager, the communication from these two is unmatched. The home is beautiful, as is the location on Punta Sur. The home had every possible item we wanted. Kevin arranged a private chef, checked in with us periodically, and arranged our departure taxi. You can’t go wrong with this home, and the owner is the most pleasant we have worked with in all our stays on the island.

Great House!!

This was our second time here. House is just beautifulI!! See the ocean from all 3 floors. Kitchen had everthing you need for cooking. Large tv in the living room. Tv in each bedroom. My wife loved the soaking tub in the main bedroom. Love the location on the south end of the island. The house has everything that you need for a family. Dawn the owner was great and Kevin helped check us in and help with some restaurant recommendations. Great stay again!!

Spring Break 2024

Casa Buena Vista is amazing. I read many reviews before choosing the space, and they were spot on. The view is breathtaking. The home is spectacular. What made the visit go above and beyond my expectations, though, were the people (both the homeowner and the caretaker). Prior to our visit, I messaged the host more than a few times, asking for her suggestions and recommendations. She is amazing! During our stay, Pablo helped us out so much. He was our lifesaver twice when we needed help, and he even taught us how to make pico! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Get-Away for a 50th Birthday Celebration for 8 life-long friends

Our group of 8 women (all turning 50 this year), choose this location for our vacation. The property is stunning, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Dawn, was so attentive to all my questions, prior to the trip, arranging grocery delivery, welcome margaritas, a chef dinner at the house and a special birthday cake. Kevin, the property manager was absolutely incredible! He was so welcoming for the moment we arrived, answering questions, providing recommendations, arranging taxis and golf cart rentals. I cannot say enough great things about our experience! Book it, you won't be disappointed.

Luxury Rental Home

Beautiful home with 4 king bedrooms all with beautiful views. Pristine condition. Perfect for our group of 8 (4 couples). Housekeeping daily was an extra plus. Dawn the owner and Kevin the property manager were both super helpful. Highly recommend this place- it is even more beautiful than the pictures

Best place we have ever stayed!

This house is absolutely gorgeous! The pool and view will knock your socks off. The entire property is immaculate! Fully stocked. They have thought of everything. The house manager and cleaner go ABOVE and BEYOND to make your stay excellent. There is no doubt....just book it!

Perfect Escape!

Beautiful property and wonderful property manager and housekeeper! It was incredible to wake up to that spectacular view everyday and Kevin (the property manager) made sure everything ran smoothly and that all of our needs were met. The house was kept immaculate (which was quite a task with our crew which included 4 teenaged boys). Having groceries there on our arrival was a great service and we loved having the golf cart gassed up and ready to go when we got there! We are already taking about when we can go back.

Absolutely Amazing!

This house is the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in. It was spacious, trendy, super clean and the views are unforgettable. The property manager and concierge went above and beyond to make this week memorable. We had chefs come to the house and cook for us. All I can say is wow! Best meal of the week. We will be rebooking this property!

Beautiful House, Amazing Views

This house is on a beautiful, quiet part of the island. There are still restaurants and bars close, but not a crowd. The view is incredible from every room. Very clean.

Dream vacation

Book this gorgeous property immediately! The outstanding view and thoughtful, stylish design of the house will exceed your expectations. The property managers took care of our every need - including finding crutches for a member of our party who sprained her ankle! The neighborhood is lush and serene. The location is fantastic. Over the top casa on the quiet end of the island.

Absolutely beautiful location and on the quiet end of the island. Kevin (the manager) was immediately available the few times we needed him or had questions. Lizeth was the daily maid and did a fantastic job bringing each room back to clean and comfortable for us. We didn't see Victor (yard maintenance), but the place was always spotless on the outside (hard to do with the windy days we had). Omar had a lot to do with the wind depositing stuff in the pool, but he also did a great job. So, service/care was great, and the four bedrooms all with king beds, A/C, power curtains, full bathrooms was so nice. The big living room, the table on the deck, and plenty of seating styles around the pool made sitting around talking with friends so enjoyable. The view of the bright blue water, the boats, the birds, the two "pet" iguanas finished off making the whole stay so satisfyingly relaxing! Thank you Dawn!

Paradise In Isla Mujeres

What can I say? Everything was a 10/10. From the initial conversation Dawn was on top of everything and ultra responsive to my questions and requests. Kevin is the property manager and like Dawn, fantastic! He went to multiple grocery stores pre-arrival, set up transportation, had golf carts at the house, came by frequently. Dawn recommend multiple Chefs to talk with. I chose Monse who prepared 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners. She couldn’t have been nicer and all of us were overwhelmed with the meals she prepared. Better than any restaurant. The house is just as advertised. Stunning views, photos are completely accurate and we all loved it. We will be returning.

Wonderful Host and Property Manager

Kev, the PM, was amazing and welcoming! Helped us get reservations and what not. The house is WONDERFUL and better than the pictures show. We loved our stay!
