Beautifully renovated historical home in the hottest location Nashville has to offer. The home has a private back yard with large two story decks and gas grill. A public dog park/playground is located just across the street. Perfect for the kiddos and dogs.
Dogs are welcomed. Maximum 2 dogs. $50/dog/stay

We provide hotel like amenities and house is stocked with all your basic needs as well as lots of extras including complimentary coffee. The house sleeps up to 12 guests.

FIRST FLOOR includes Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Laundry, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
*Bedroom 1 - King size bed
*Bedroom 2 - Two Queen beds
*Bath 1 - Full bath w/spacious shower, single vanity, and toilet (hallway access)

Outstanding!

I booked this house to celebrate my daughter’s 40th birthday. It was a girls trip with family and friends. We had 9 in our group. This house is outstanding. Truly, the pictures don’t do it justice. It has such charm and character, yet it is so homey. The owner’s attention to detail was amazing. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t provided. The location was quiet but walkable to coffee shops and an easy Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit to Nashville and know exactly where we hope to stay!

Birthday Celebration close to downtown Nashville

The location of this lovely home was perfect as walking distance to The Gulch and Broadway. We were a party of 7 ladies coming to Nashville for a long girls weekend and this home accommodated us very well. If we didn't feel like walking, it was a short Uber (inexpensive) ride. We did. have an issue with on of the bathrooms, but the owner resounded very quickly and sent someone to fix it immediately. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay close to all the Nashville action!

College Reunion

Our stay for 7 women was absolutely fabulous (plenty of beds and space). The house is exactly as it appears in the description and worked great for us. It had everything we needed and the welcome snacks were greatly appreciated. The group was able to eat together in the dining area, chat together in the living area, and drink and laugh together on the upstairs deck. We were able to walk to downtown but did Lyft when needed (very inexpensive rides). We loved The Gulch area and all of its cute shops and bars. I would highly recommend this house for a large group....it will not disappoint!! We will come back for our next reunion. Thank You!!!

*"Another Fantastic Stay!"* This was my second time staying at this place, and once again, it exceeded my expectations! The home is just as beautiful, clean, and comfortable as I remembered. Wedding Weekend

This Music Row home was ideal for our family to enjoy being together while in town for our daughter's wedding. Loved the historic home and updated decor. We had fun hanging out on the roof top deck, walking to local spots, and enjoying the neighborhood. My favorite was sipping coffee each morning on the front porch! Would definitely recommend this home to any family or small group seeking to enjoy a neighborhood location with close proximity to all that Nashville has to offer.

House and area was great...quiet neighborhood next to park....quaint, homey, well appointed and supplied...only concern was the upstairs bedrooms had somewhat thin walls if someone is snoring, but otherwise were super cute and cozy...

Extremely nice property in a great location!

Owners were extremely helpful. Property was in great shape very close to a lot of amenities and only about a 1 mile walk to Broadway Street. Would definitely recommend staying here and next time in Nashville will look to rebook it!

Convenient location / Great house

We really enjoyed our stay at Melissa‘s house. The house was remodeled very nicely but has also kept a lot of it’s original character. It is very well amenitized and comfortable. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful property

This property was exactly what we were hoping for. 11 of us stayed here to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The property was very clean. Check in and out was very easy. It was a 20 min (but easy) walk to Broadway. We enjoyed our time there and will be rebooking when we return in the future! Thank you very much ❤️

Girls weekend

Our long weekend stay was fantastic. The host was flexible and easy to get in touch with. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. It is located in a quiet and safe feeling area and just a quick car ride to Broadway. We highly recommend this property for a group looking to visit Nashville.

Book club girls trip

The house was beautiful with a large front porch looking out to the dog park. Walking distance to the gulch area for brunch and shopping. We did take Uber to Broadway street but if you have the time and comfy shoes, you could walk there. Perfect house for our book club to celebrate 20 years together.

Birthday weekend getaway

I stayed at your fabulous house Feb 2-5 for my 60th birthday weekend getaway. I have stayed in many VRBOs over the years and yours is the best one I have had the pleasure of staying at. Beautiful home for New Years Eve!

We had a group of three couple stay here for New Year’s Eve weekend . When we walked through the door , we all knew that we made the right choice of accommodations. The house is so nicely decorated and as a plus , all labels on almost everything we would need to look for. The house is within walking distance of bars on Music Row that we went to watch the football games at and only a $16 Uber ride to broadway hotspots. High recommend booking here for your Nashville Vacation as I will also book here again.

Thanksgiving/wedding

We had thanksgiving dinner with family and friends, in town for a wedding Saturday after thanksgiving. The house was so well stocked, with everything, including trash bags, paper towels, and bathroom toiletries. There was even coffee and creamer, along with a basket of snacks, which we really appreciated as we arrived late in the evening. The location was perfect, the house very clean and very a comfortable for a large group. We will stay here again when we return to Nashville.

Great Location

The house was clean and plenty of room for our family. Great location and walkable to the Gulch district sans a short Uber drive to the Broadway area. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Melissa King - born and raised in East Nashville. Loves Nashville and knows the area well. Melissa has lived in Nashville and surrounding communities her whole life.
Kevin King - born and raised in Illinois, but calls Nashville home for past 30 years (damn Yankee). Kevin has lived in and around Nashville for past 30 years and loves this city.
They have both a son and daughter that are grown and they have eight grandkids.

I LOVE Nashville's older homes with their history and character! It is difficult to find these homes for sale in Nashville now because so many are being torn down and replaced with brand new tall skinny homes that share one lot. When we found this home, it was in very rough condition. However the location was key. It was built in year 1900 and was the first neighborhood in the downtown area. We had a wonderful time restoring and cherish the results! We think you will too!

I cannot say enough about the location! It is 100% walkable to so many fun areas that include music, history, restaurants, shopping, etc. It has a beautiful 2 story deck on the back of the house with wonderful views. And a large private back yard to enjoy. The house is perfect for large groups to gather and socialize but also provides space for privacy as well.
