The Marriott Newport Coast is a fractional ownership program with inventory managed in a similar way to its hotels. The owners have a right to a size unit rather than a specific unit and, as such, all the villas share the same basic decor, floor plan and amenities, however, if you do have a floor level or building preference the owner may make a request with the Marriott on your behalf. Guests will have full resort access.

With regards to the view: about 50% percent of the villas overlook a nature preserve and golf course - the other half feature views of the Ocean off in the distance (not direct Oceanfront resort). A request can be placed for the distant Ocean view, but cannot be guaranteed.

The family can enjoy Disneyland and Knott’s Berry farm a close 20 minutes away, while Los Angeles, Venice Beach, Westwood, Getty Museum, and Hollywood can be reached in under an hour. 1 hour to Universal Studios, 1 and half hours to San Diego, San Diego Zoo, Animal Kingdom and Sea World. The villa is spacious, comfortably elegant, and fully equipped. The open-plan kitchen/dining/living room is perfect for family meals and relaxing at the end of the day.
