Wonderful stay!

The unit was very well equipped and the check in process was smooth and very professional. Got a little noisy on the living room side in the evenings but we recognized that our stay was over a peak period. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Location and Property

Amazing location and property team to work with. Lou was awesome to work with and his team took great of us during our stay. They even helped us book dinner reservations and excursions. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful getaway!

We had a great stay at Louis's place at the Icon! The views were beautiful and the check-in process was seamless. Prices at the beach bar were very reasonable for food and drink with good service, and the proximity to the airport and away from the very touristy parts were a great plus. Still very easy to get to Centro or the Romantic Zones, but enjoyed being slightly away from the craziness. The pool is absolutely amazing!

Outstanding property & stylish condo

Overall, my partner and I had an amazing stay. The private beach, landscaping and pools were lovely. The unit doesn’t have a sunset view but that wasn't a deal-breaker for us. We would go down to the beach to watch the sunset every night. I would definitely stay at this condo again.

PV beach condo

I stayed at this lovely condo for 4 nights and it did not disappoint. The pictures don’t do it justice. I had the pleasure of getting the sunrise and sunset :) great pool / beach area, food and drinks are priced well and a nice gym if you’re into that kinda thing. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be coming back.

Great property

We truly enjoyed the unit and the amenities of the Icon residence. Location is great, just 15 min taxi ride to zona romantica. Mr Enrique the propert manager always responded our inquiries promptly. The elevator could get busy at times but not a big problem. Highly recommended stay.

Luxury e with Amazing Views

We couldn’t have asked for anything more from our stay. Unit is well appointed, everything you would need. The security team is stringent on property rules but it’s really not too much of a bother. Minor inconvenience for such a wonderful property and experience. Convenience store and grocery store within easy walking distance. Would love to visit again!

A GREAT STAY

I'm a seasoned Puerto Vallarta fan and have lived/visited PV for years. The Icon is a lovely place with a friendly staff and quality of lifestyle that will not disappoint. I enjoyed the coworking space they had, made a new friend or two, enjoyed the restaurant, beach bar and especially the view. Huricane Lydia gave us a scare but the building seems to be very weel constructed to obstain any surprises that mother nature may deliver from time to time. I will return and soon.

Amazing Condo with beautiful view of Ocean

We are so happy we selected this specific property at the Icon. From initial communication with the owner, to final check out, everything was perfect. Lou responded to my questions immediately, and when he put me in contact with the property management team - they were just as great (Gabby and Karine!) So accommodating to our needs and check in time, to allowing us to have a little later check out due to our flight time. The suite itself has everything you need. It was very clean, well appointed, bed was comfy and you can't beat the view! Perfect view of the sunset! The balcony had plenty of seating. Overall, the Icon itself was very nice. Pool was nice, pool bar and restaurant was convenient and again can't beat the location - right on the beach. I highly recommend selecting this specific condo unit for your stay in PV. You won't be disappointed!

Amazing week at the Icon!

We are in the airport after one of our best holidays ever. From the start, the owner Lou was so quick to respond as we planned our trip. We were greeted by Gabriela, who showed us to the condo and got us set up. Gabriela is amazing and was available for questions and support throughout our week. So grateful. The condo has amazing views of both the sunrise and sunset. The breeze was lovely. Special thanks to Hector and Carlos for the poolside service! Also Ivan kept us all in check and was great to talk to. All staff were always friendly and we were greeted with smiles. People have talked about the ‘rules’ and we found them to enhance the tranquility of the complex. So nothing but positive experiences for us. We will be back. Thank you Icon Vallarta.

PV Paradise

This condo was beautiful - wonderful views of the ocean (and fireworks off the balcony at night!), well appointed kitchen, good wifi. We enjoyed the gym, pool and private beach, as well as the ease of walking to nearby restaurants. Thank you so much for being the best hosts, super communicative & even took us to the airport. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We will definitely retun!

Great communication with the owner prior to our arrival in PV. The condo is clean, spacious and the bed quite comfortable. The view of the Sierra Madre Mountains and the Bay of Banderas is amazing. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the property management team, Enrique and Gabriela who demonstrated the use of the t.v., location of appliances, etc. We will definitely stay at this location in the future.

Beautiful view!!

The condo was as described in the VRBO listing. Beautiful view with sliding doors that open all around to enjoy that beach breeze. Within walking distance of several restaurants, a grocery store, and a convenience store. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the access to American tv channels was a plus! The water pressure for the shower however was not that great which is something we come to expect. We love this particular section of the beach which is why we stayed at the ICON. We did have an issue with one of the blinds falling while we were out for the day but after a few back and forth texts with the property mgmt it was fixed within 48 hours. The only issue we had is completely separate from the condo and more with ICON and the need for us to wear a bracelet since we were "visitors" to condo's that are owned. The bracelet left me feeling like the treatment from "owners" was a little cold. Other visitors would talk with you at the pool or passing by while owners seemed to not want to make eye contact. I had one gentleman tell me "next time wear a mask!" when I was on the elevator alone without my husband yet we were told at check-in that masks were no longer required, it was a little awkward. There is an on-site Spa that gives amazing massages. The concierge was very pleasant and kind and more than helpful. There is a no cash restaurant/bar on site that includes pool and beach service. You have to load a card that you use and they charge a fee. I loaded a card for $200 USD and was charge $20 USD. It was convenient to use the card and not have to spend pesos. The best servers were Erick and Louise (sp?) by far they were the best!! They do allow smoking on the beach which includes cigarette butts in the sand...no bueno. We really enjoyed our visit and the condo. We love Mexico and was blessed to be able to experience the views including the night views from this condo.

Icon Paradise

The whole experience was excellent, property was well layout, excellent views. Condo was well appointed for when we decided to cook meals. Location, location, location, easy walks to all kinds of restaurants, short cab rides into old town. Lou was an informative host!
