The main house features a garden level with easy walk in access. This space is perfect for game night around the custom designed table for 8 or the poker/bumper pool table. We are sure your guests will enjoy the Pack-Man game table with 400+ additional classics. Designed for gathering, the built in benches allow for additional seating and storage. Claim a spot on the couch in front of the TV to cheer on your favorite home team.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
The spacious outdoor space offers several attractions. Enjoy a group photo around the one of a kind custom carved Lighthouse or roast a marshmallow while swapping stories around the fire pit under the party lights, in your very own yard. Custom landscaping yet to come. For your added convenience take a trip up to the boardwalk on the complementary golf cart offered seasonally.
