3 bedroom charming farmhouse style waterfront lake house with private covered boat dock. Boat launch available 1/2 block from the home. Cable TV in each bedroom, Internet, vaulted ceiling, washer/dryer, full kitchen, large deck.
Charcoal grill, fire pit, black stone grill, picnic table, hammock.
Sleeps 6 +... King bed in master, queen beds in each bedroom. 2 additional roll away twin beds, queen air mattress, and Pac n play available upon request.
Great location for a private getaway or family gathering. (No parties). This is located in a residential community. ** Please note..this is a sportsman lake and not suitable for swimming.
Wheelchair accessible.
Located off Hwy 19, great place to stay within 30 minutes to Canton 1st Monday Trade Days.

Close to town but secluded in a great location.

We stayed here to fish the Skeeter's owner's tournament and the house is very nice and perfect for our needs. It was right on the water but just far away from all the craziness associated with such a large tournament. The boat ramp being so close, and private dock is such a great added convenience. The host was great, available for any question and responded very quickly. Highly recommend.

Great Place for Fishing and Relaxing

Amazing house on Lake Fork. Clean and well kept. The boat slip is great and has power so you can charge batteries. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Family Weekend

We booked for a weekend getaway to get some good family time in. My dad, son and I enjoyed every second fishing off the pier. My mom loved sitting on the front porch in the rocking chair watching the deer. Thank you for sharing your lake house with us. We made great memories this weekend!

Love this house

This is such a beautiful place. This is our second time staying here and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Such a convenient location and close to town. Perfect for those who love to fish like we do. Can't wait to plan our next trip!

Stunning Lake House

We stayed here for our trip to Emory,TX to view the eclipse. The house is beautiful, clean, well supplied, and quiet. The owner is local and is very responsive to comments and questions. We had no concerns at all during our visit and check-in/check-out was effortless. Just my husband and I stayed here on this trip but the house would be perfect for up to three couples or for a family with children. My only regret was that we didn’t bring our kayaks. I would have loved to have explored the lake. Oh, and we woke up to deer in the yard. That was a nice surprise for us city dwellers!

The Sweet Spot

Absolutely a five star place. On Lake Fork with boathouse. Perfect if bringing a boat. The house is perfect. Layout is outstanding. Nicely decorated and very well kept. The owners were very helpful and courteous.

Family visit

This is a beautiful property right on Lake Fork. Great views, very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again! Only wish that one bedroom would include twin size beds, but the house was beautifully decorated and everything was top notch!

Perfect girls weekend

This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend canton trip! We loved spending time on the deck, watching the deer and having our morning coffee prior to heading to canton to spend the day shopping. It was such an easy drive! It was Alain wonderful to come back here to relax after a full day! We will definitely be back!!

Relaxing Weekend. Neat towns nearby!

The house was perfect for our group. We had fun sitting on the back patio overlooking the lake, playing games and exploring the nearby towns. The owner gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Sulphur Springs has such a cute town square with a lot of community activities.

Designer's dream lake house

Beautiful property with every detail covered. This house was clearly built to perfectly host guests and capture great lake views. I think the only downside is it's not a swimmer's lake house. Everything else 6 amazing though. Very beautiful.

Lake Paradise

What an amazing property! It’s as beautiful as it is online. The living area is amazing with the large windows looking at to the lake. Bedrooms are so comfortable and oh my…the showers!! Joanna was so very responsive throughout our stay. It’s a paradise for bird watching and seeing deer. The dock was great for my husband and step son. We will be back.

PERFECT!

This place was absolutely perfect in every way! The pictures just do not do this place justice! Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood on Lake Fork! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. The owners are so nice and very accommodating! An added bonus to your stay….. deer, deer and more deer!! It was amazing watching them come eat in the backyard every evening!

Excellent Stay

The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. It even included deer corn which led to eight deer showing up one night! Owners were very responsive and helpful. Would stay again!!!’

Perfect home away from home!

Beautiful farmhouse decorated home, not lacking anything! Fishing was not great on that end of the lake, many stumps. But overall it’s a perfect place!

Lake house

The setting is nice with a full lake view and access. The house was nicely decorated and well stocked. Canton Market Days was only a 30 minute drive.
