Comfort is second nature to this newly built townhome with two tastefully furnished bedrooms located on the top floor. Each bedroom is situated on the third level. Two spa-like full bathrooms are appointed to each bedroom for your privacy and convenience.

The 2nd level of our house features an open floor plan with a kitchen, dining room, and living room.

Our kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a cast-iron skillet, coffee maker, rice cooker, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop, pots/pans, dishes, glasses, and other cooking essentials.

The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city, with a 55" Roku TV and a selection of board games for your entertainment.

I highly recommend! The property manager is extremely responsive and it made for a stress-free stay during a momentous return to Nashville to defend my dissertation.

Convenient and Clean

Easy to check in and out. Supplies were adequate to arrive from the airport without having to stock a full property and it was clean. Would definitely stay again. Lots of stairs but that was also expected.

Great stay, definitely recommend!

Great townhouse in a decent location with just a 10 minute drive into downtown Nashville. The attention to detail in this property is brilliant. Easy to access when we arrived and absolutely spotless. Really comfy beds and well equipped bathrooms made our short stay very enjoyable! Great communication throughout with the property manager, amazing how quick they responded! Cannot recommend this property enough. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nashville getaway

Calvin was always prompt with his communication nice place just 1 hiccup that was taken care of immediately very easy to get to airport and down town and to sons house very convenient.

Place was very clean! Beds comfortable, Neighborhood seemed safe and was quiet. As mentioned there are many stairs! So luggage and food was an effort. This place is not for the handicapped or unfit person.

Fabulous

A very nice place to stay and a very easy commute to downtown Nashville and to the Grand Ole Opry. Our host Cal was so communicative and reached out prior to, during and after our stay. Which made our visit that much easier. We will reach out for our next Nashville visit.

Wonderful Place

My son and I took a trip to Nashville for the Morgan Wallen concert. We had an absolute blast! This place was so adorable! Absolutely loved the decor! It was perfect for us! We would definitely book again!!!

Great Location for Nashville Visit

The property was very nice and very clean. We found the location to be nicely situated for easy access to Downtown Nashville as well as visiting the Grand Ole Opry area. Having the Garage was a big plus to us as we drove to Nashville and wanted a place to store the vehicle since we used Uber or Lyft to visit Broadway. The only thing I would caution everyone is the garage is a very tight fit. I drive a Ford Explorer and while it fit it was a very close fit. The property owner was very responsive to us as we found some things we wanted to address/bring to their attention. He answered me within minutes and even offered to come the next day to address something I had found.

Wonderful vacation.

The unit we stayed in was very clean and close to everything. There were several days we walked and walked, it was great. The Grand Old Opry was spectacular, watching Scotty McCreery getting inducted in to the GOO. The unit was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Convenient location and cute

The house is located close to the highway so you can be anywhere around Nashville fairly quickly. The house is super cute and halls a great place to take photos. Really only has room for 4 people to sleep. I can’t imagine having more in this space. When we arrived it smelled like weed but was presented with remedies to fix the problem.
