From the moment you enter, you will be in awe of this spectacular space. The loft-like feel of the open-concept living, kitchen, and dining room is punctuated by beautiful details like an exposed brick wall in the kitchen and surrounding picture windows that allow you to make the most of the stunning Main Street views. Make yourself at home in the cozy living space, where you will find a large flat-screen TV, a leather sectional sofa, and two plush armchairs where you can nestle in and take in your morning coffee while overlooking Main Street below.
Step out onto the striking patio where you find two Adirondack chairs with views of the mountains. Here you can enjoy the breathtaking vistas as you step into the private, 4-person hot tub which enjoys the same views of the mountains and Main. Soak your cares away as you sit above it all, tucked between city and stars on this gorgeous rooftop-like space.
Back inside and just off of the living room, you will find the dining area with a spacious table with seats for as many as eight. Ideally situated between the kitchen and living room, this roomy space makes it easy to take on a game or puzzle, enjoy browsing in an "Ultra fast gig" 1200mbps WIFI or dig into a meal or snack while staying central to the fun. If needed, additional seating for six more is nearby at the large kitchen island, which doubles as a bar for six or as a convenient serving area for the living and dining rooms.
The kitchen is a dazzling and modern space with an exposed brick wall, open shelving, and high-end finishes. From its dark stone countertops to its top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances to the roomy island with pendant lighting, this kitchen has style in spades. Please note that while there are 45 steps to the entrance of this home, there is also an elevator for your use.
Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!
The fireplace is currently out-of-order.
Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
