Bear in Mind cabin is settled on a mountain top with gorgeous mountains, rolling farmland and wildlife to see. Milled from trees on the land, it has a warmth like no other. Sitting by the cozy fire pit will help you de-stress from the distractions life brings. A quiet escape, but “Bear in Mind”, with just over an hr drive you’ll be in Pigeon Forge to shop and see a dinner show. Retreat until the next day with fluffy towels, fragrant soap and a comfy bed. Come see just how peaceful life can be!

Perfect Getaway

Our first visit was Oct 2023. We stayed again Oct 2024 and found the cabin in the same excellent condition. It’s spotlessly clean, well supplied and a perfect getaway. The views are stunning, the hosts are easy to reach and always helpful. We plan to book ahead for 2025.

Mini Honeymoon

This was our second stay at the cabin. We got married in a very busy time of the year for each of us at work, but still wanted to get away to celebrate. Our short weekend away was amazing thanks to the great accommodations and amazing views the cabin has to offer. The host was just as wonderful as the first time, and we can’t wait to plan our next visit.

This place is amazing. A creation from GOD above. Peaceful- Beautiful view. Just a great place to unwind and enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the cabin.

Great stay!

The cabin was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It was incredibly hot outside, but the cabin stayed cool and comfortable. It was so nice to be able to explore the area (hiking, boating, etc.) and be able to return in the evening to a beautiful view and comfortable bed. We love the area and would definitely stay at this cabin every time we return. We had no problems during our stay, but the property managers were communicative and left helpful information in the cabin to let you know how everything works.

We will be staying again

The cabin was absolutely perfect with an amazing view! We were visiting friends who had moved to the area, and the cabin provided us with everything we needed for our trip. Jana supplied many great amenities and was extremely kind and helpful when we needed anything. We will definitely be visiting and staying again!

We loved our cabin and the owners were some Great people.we had a very amazing time and enjoyed the beautiful view we had And Mrs Jana made some of the best cookies ever.We HIGHLY recommend this Rental for the Views and Great Hosts

Beautiful view!

Lovely, clean cabin with beautiful view from deck. Jana was very kind and easy to work with. Checked on me, but was not intrusive. Directions were good. It is a single lane gravel road to access the cabin on top of a mountain. I would recommend you arrive before dark if possible. Also would encourage you to bring your desired groceries, and just enjoy relaxing in solitude . My stay was too short but thoroughly enjoyable. Planning to go back for a longer stay,hopefully soon! Thanks, Jana & Mike, for sharing your cabin with me!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts are great and caring. The cabin is extremely clean, well furnished and just right. The view is beautiful. We would love to return.

Weekend get away

We wanted a remote place to stay to get away for the weekend. This place was exactly what we were looking for. Views were amazing! Jana and Mike had everything we needed. Would recommend and probably stay again.

Great place!

A very nice place to getaway from the busy life. Quite and cozy cabin surrounded by nature and beautiful views. The hosts are very thoughtful and hospitality. Would definitely recommend this place.
