New Exciting Condo At Mystic Springs

We have stayed here a few times now and the condo is always very clean, inviting and has everything you need to have a great holiday. It is centrally located which makes it easy to get to shopping and groceries. We have already booked our next holiday at the same location. The pool and hot tub are amazing in the winter months. You will not be disappointed if you book this condo.

Awesome place to stay

This is a great location and accomodation. The girls loved the pool & what is better than having it right outside your back door? Clean & spacious. We really liked having the bedrooms upstairs; a nice separation of space. We easily walked into town for shopping and eating. We will be back.

Enticing Mountain Chalet

The suite is very clean and has everything needed to make for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed staying here as all the amenities were close and the suite had great Mountain View’s. We would definitely stay here again as the suite is very modern and like I mentioned very clean with all the amenities needed. The pool is a very nice touch and the resort is well looked after. Thank you for the great vacation.

Exceptional experience and wonderful hosts

Loved the stay! Couldn't have asked for better stay. The house was perfect, location was great. Cleanliness was on point. I would highly recommend the house and hosts. Will book with them again. Hosts were super responsive, accommodated early check in and late check out as well on our request.

Absolutely awesome - the only things missing were a decent corkscrew to open a bottle of wine and any sort of meausuring cup in the pantry. Very clean - great location - very much awesome!

Lovely place in Canmore

We had a great stay at Andrew and Linsday's place in Canmore! It was clean and bright and the pool and hot tub were great. The beds were comfortable and the home was spacious. It was well-located within walking distance to restaurants and other amenities. We definitely recommend this home to others.

Stay for the night

Me and some friends stayed here for the night on a ski trip. It was easy to find, the parking pass was easily accessible and so was parking. The place was very clean and had everything we needed, access to the pool and hot tub could not have been easier, and the beds were comfortable. 10/10, would stay again.

Mystic Fenwick Hotel/Condo

We had a wonderful time staying at the Fenwick condo. Private, fully equipped with everything you might need away from home. Hot tub and pool provide relaxation after day of hiking. Two bedrooms conveniently separated by a hall give you privacy and quiet space. Cozy living room with fireplace create an amazing home atmosphere. Fully equipped kitchen allows comfort of preparing your own meals. We would definitely recommend it and hope to come back soon. Thank you.

Awesome Place

I find this place amazing. We stayed here when it was -36 outside. The place is warm and inviting, unfortunately the heated pool was not available at the time. Didn't get the chance to check out the hot tub. Everything was clean and organized. Great for family and group get-aways.

Vacation

Overall the accommodation was good. Communication with management was very good and helpful. Kitchen cupboards were awkward for short people and could use more storage for our things. Kitchen was well equipped. We were disappointed that there was no laundry in the townhouse as was specified. Laundry soap that was provided was confusing as it was mixed with the dishwasher soap. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The park pass is not helpful if you are traveling from Jasper because you have to purchase a pass and because we were traveling with a large group we purchased the year pass. We were also told by park staff that the pass was not transferable and would be illegal though I don’t know how that could be proven as no personal information is given.

Family get away

Stayed at the condo for three days with four adult children. The sleeping arrangements were OK but I found it a bit crowded to be able to sit in the living area and play games etc. Also would’ve been nice to have a washer dryer and some more towels for the hot tub. The lighting in the kitchen was less than optimal and the kitchen overall was very small and not very functional for cooking. Was a nice unit, but not really well set up for efficient cooking eating or relaxing as a group since it was very small probably better for two people or a family with small children.

Super Easter Getaway

Loved the condo, its location. Really roomy set up. Beautifully clean. The pull down couch was really large and comfy. Kitchen was really well stocked, everything we could possibly need for our four nights stay. Plenty of towels for both use in the condo and outdoor pool. Plenty of bathroom soap, hair wash, toilet rolls, etc. Outside of food we needed to buy nothing, there was even enough coffee and tea for our stay. Loved the location because it overlooked the pool. Really pretty at night with lights surrounding the pool. We were able to park our vehicle directly opposite the condo which was also a plus. Parking was always available. There was also a park entrance card, so we could drive straight through the park gates, which saved us both time and money. Would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend this condo.

Cute little chalet

Very clean and cozy place .Loved the soft bedding. Well stocked with coffee and tea. I liked that they supply two different coffee machines for drip coffee but also for keurig pods. Although the kitchen was tight on space, there was a big fridge and freezer. The chalet felt a bit small for 6 people. Would recommend for 4 people and a dog. This place is a dog friendly what we loved and has a nice pathway for dog walking behind the fence. The pool and hot tub was nice add on. Could be noisy at times from both the pool and the close proximity to highway, but when the windows were closed it was manageable. Our unit faced the highway on one side and pool on the other. I would still recommend this place. The location was great, walking distance to the city centre and 2 mins away from the nearby boardwalk trail on the creek.

Excellent place to stay!

Our stay at the Mystic Chalet was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We traveled with our 3 teens and we found it to be the perfect size for the 5 of us. The location within Canmore is also really convenient to restaurants and for jumping on the highway to Banff or Calgary. The pool was really fun for the kids, and the hot tub is very large (it says it holds 30 but it was comfortable with 3 families). We loved coming back after hiking or tubing and jumping into the warm water without having to fight crowds at the hot springs. The kitchen had everything we needed, and included a Keurig machine and a regular coffee maker. When we stayed, there were a few pods to get us started and also large salt and pepper shakers. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The beds were really comfortable, including the mattress on the pull-out sofa bed! There is a lockable ski locker and a big closet at the front door perfect for dropping winter gear. The unit has large closets in the bedrooms and one in the hall, which was great for our larger family. We really appreciated the parking pass and Banff Park pass included with the condo, they saved us a ton of money. The property was clean and quiet with ample parking (make sure to leave the parking pass in your car). Check in was really easy with the emailed and texted code to open the door so you don't have to keep track of a key. It's clear the owners of this property put a lot of thought into making a welcoming and comfortable space for their guests. I'm going to recommend this spot to anyone traveling to the area!
