With frontage on the water, our home is 2,500 sq. feet with 4 bedrooms sleeping 10, 2 full baths and 2 1/2 baths. Open concept living room and kitchen overlooks the cove at Dock Square Kennebunkport. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops. Kennebunk Beach is a bike ride away (1 mile). And there is a beach shuttle stop walking distance from our home.

Drive down the dirt driveway to our secluded 1-acre yard on the water with a dock. The deck awaits you for early morning coffee. Later in the day, pull up a chair on the screen porch for an evening of games with your family. Or enjoy a fire pit while sitting on the deck listening to the summer bands in Dock Square. Bring your kayak or you can use ours.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT GOOGLE MAPS.

Our old address was 160 Port Road which was a dirt driveway shared by 3 homes. The town renamed it to Cattail Path which is not in Google Earth yet. If you use Google Earth for the location you will see a house that is at the end of our dirt driveway. That is not our house, we are behind it.
